Did NASA take my box wing (back + forward sweep) concept?

The instant I saw it I was like "Hey, that's mine!". I had the idea of the concept way way back in high school. Of course I do know that different people come up with very similar ideas independently.

These classic grade school designs resemble the shapes and airfoil
configurations used in modern aircraft. If I wanted to mock you
it would be quite clear and not of question.

Pardon me for reviving this old thread. I feel a bit smug.

Looks like my intuition was correct. The box wing exhibits very impressive flight characteristics.
