UK driving licence to display union flag

About time!, on the negative side I note the hideous euro flag will also be shown. The licence will also have to be renewed every 10 years with a recent pic - the current fee is £15.

Never mind the flag what about the stealth introduction of a charge to pay when it runs "out of date". The first I knew about this was when looking at a scan of someone else's driving license

Another money making scheme from the DVLA is the latest road tax refund changes. When you sell a car the tax gets cancelled, I recently sold a car and calculated £75 remaining.
They sent me a cheque last week for £18 !!!.
