What about the rest of the sub-animals? Have they been tried yet, or did I miss them?

Who the fuck are the Black Footsoldiers? http://nationalblackfootsoldiernetwork.wordpress.com/ I'd like to catch one of these niggers shitting or pissing on Channon or Chris's graves. |

I saw that blog last week. That blog is so over the top, I think it's being done to just generate attention for a deeply disturbed individual.

How to interpret the jury decision.
1) Whites too weak to stand up to nigs, even when they're fifty percent of the jury. 2) Nigs don't believe, in their hearts, there is any such thing as a crime against a white man. Conclusion: Random slaughters of blacks and the jews who sicced them on our once-nice nation is the only way to put them in check and protect our communities. The jew-controlled media and the jew-bought government will run interference for them until the last hated racist (white man, regardless of his political views) is underground. Them's the terms. You can shout, pout or cavort about but they're not going to change, apart from worsening as the Great O'ermudding proceeds apace. |

If we do protest again, we should protest on the grounds that there should be a federal trial and that Channon Christian's and Chris Newsom's Civil Rights were violated by these five primates. We should protest until we are blue in the face.

DNA test in Channon Christian's slaying raises new questions
Sample on Christian's underwear not from suspects, boyfriend * By Jamie Satterfield * Posted October 9, 2009 at midnight Specialized DNA testing intended to narrow down the source of an unknown semen sample instead has raised the possibility of two more suspects in the torture slaying of a Knox County couple. If that weren't worrisome enough for prosecutors on the eve of alleged ringleader Lemaricus Davidson's trial, his defense team Thursday charged the Knox County Sheriff's Office with violating attorney-client privilege and asked that the case be tossed out as a result. A Virginia lab has ruled out as sources for semen on slaying victim Channon Christian's panties her boyfriend, slaying victim Christopher Newsom, and suspects Davidson, Letalvis Cobbins, George Thomas and Eric Boyd. Defense attorneys David Eldridge and Doug Trant wrote in a motion filed Thursday that the testing revealed "the presence of male DNA from two unknown individuals." They want to tell jurors about that finding at Davidson's Oct. 19 trial. They cited a legal rule that sets out when an accused rapist can use in his defense proof about his alleged victim's sexual behavior. That rule is intended to limit attempts to sully a rape victim's reputation, but the attorneys insist in their motion they are merely heading off any prosecution attempt to block the use of the DNA findings. Prosecutors waited until last month to seek DNA testing of Christian's panties, found inside a trash bag in Davidson's Chipman Street home soon after the January 2007 deaths. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation was unable to isolate the source of the sperm, so Judge Richard Baumgartner authorized specialized testing. Prosecutor Leland Price has said the panties were essentially overlooked in the mound of items seized from the house and, once identified as hers, tested in a bid to link Boyd, who is not charged so far in the killings, to the crimes. Also on Thursday, Davidson's defenders accused KCSO of copying a letter from Davidson to his attorneys that outlined "strategy" and factual issues and turned it over to prosecutors, violating the confidentiality afforded communication between defendants and their attorneys. They asked Baumgartner to toss out the case as a result. "Mr. Davidson's defense has been compromised in an irreversible fashion," they wrote. What niggers often do in a kidnapping is call their friends over to join the fun. And that fact in itself argues for segregation. Niggers know they can count on their friends not to turn them in - even if they're committing the most serious crimes.
What Whites call crime, niggers call everydaylife. What Whites call crime, niggers call normal. One size does not fit all. |

Prosecutors and the media say the crimes weren't racist. But we know GD well that during all those hours of 2 whites being physically abused by a half dozen niggers, at least some of the niggers verbally abused them as well, by calling them "honkies", "white bitches", "white ho", "white M.F'ers", and/or "peckerwoods", etc. It's impossible they didn't.
Prosecutors know it too, and all they had to do to prove it, was to offer the female nigger defendant 25-years-to-life, in exchange for her honest court testimony. Prosecutors are therefore, guilty of deliberate cover-up, and the jewsmedia deliberately silences the racist fact.

Thomas guilty on 38 counts: Jury to consider punishment today in death penalty case By Jamie Satterfield Posted December 8, 2009 at 11:09 p.m. The same jury that deemed George Thomas criminally responsible for the January 2007 slayings of a Knox County couple today will return to decide his fate. The seven-woman, five-man jury from Hamilton County took less than seven hours to return a sweeping set of guilty verdicts Tuesday against Thomas for the litany of crimes committed against Channon Christian, 21, and Christopher Newsom, 23. Those convictions included first-degree murder, felony murder, robbery, kidnapping and rape. Thomas, 26, showed no reaction to the 38 guilty verdicts. His defenders, Tom Dillard and Steve Johnson, left the courtroom without comment as the families of the slain couple hugged law enforcers, including lead Knoxville Police Department Investigator Todd Childress, and prosecutors Leland Price and Takisha Fitzgerald. Thomas is the third of four defendants convicted in the case. Ringleader Lemaricus Davidson was sentenced to death after his October trial. Davidson’s brother, Letalvis Cobbins, escaped death after his August trial and instead was sentenced to life without parole. Unlike Davidson and Cobbins, who faced a mountain of forensic evidence, the case against Thomas seemed in jeopardy at the outset. Prosecutors had no DNA, no fingerprints and no eyewitnesses. Thomas had conceded he was inside Davidson’s Chipman Street house where the couple was held captive but insisted he did nothing more than smoke marijuana and bide time until he could leave. Dillard and Johnson contended Thomas’ presence and failure to act was not enough to meet the legal requirements of the criminal responsibility law, which allows a defendant to be rendered equally guilty of crimes committed by another if he or she benefited from the crimes and either aided or attempted to aid the perpetrators. Even Knox County Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner seemed skeptical of the strength of the state’s case, reserving judgment — even now — on a defense bid to have the case tossed out for legal insufficiency of the evidence. But Christian’s father, Gary Christian, said he, wife Deena Christian, and Newsom’s parents, Hugh and Mary Newsom, left the courtroom Monday after closing arguments confident that Thomas would be convicted. “I think Leland Price and Takisha Fitzgerald … are brilliant,” he said after Tuesday’s verdicts. “I don’t think any of us … were confused about the outcome. We knew he was guilty. He knew he was guilty. This jury obviously knew he was guilty.” “We’re very grateful to this jury,” Deena Christian said. “We just hope they can bring it home (in the penalty phase).” Mary Newsom added, “He took our kids’ lives. We feel like they should take his life too.” Hugh Newsom also lauded prosecutors, saying, “They did not waver.” Each of the defendants in the case have blamed the others. Davidson said Thomas and Cobbins were the killers. Cobbins blamed Davidson as the instigator but also accused Thomas and suspect Eric Boyd in the killing of Newsom. Boyd has not been charged in the slayings. Suspect Vanessa Coleman, who could face trial next year, blamed Thomas in Newsom’s slaying and Davidson in Christian’s death. Thomas blamed Boyd, Davidson and Cobbins. However, legal rules bar prosecutors from using one defendant’s statement against another. Today, Baumgartner will preside over what is essentially a mini trial. Jurors will hear from the couple’s parents and the impacts the deaths have had on their lives. Thomas’ defenders likely will send his relatives to the stand to ask the jury for mercy. |
