1.Balkans/Italy doesnt look like Gypsies
2.Gypsies doesnt look like Tamils
3.Not all Turks are brown
4.Albanians are not non-white
...

Lots of People in Northern Europe think when they see a Gypsy thats a Sicilian or even Greek or Albanian and WNS, they think Gypsies look like Tamils......
They also think all turks are brown but the majority in northern and western turkey are pale and a good percent got blue eyes. Also People think Albanians are non-whites but they are normal white people.

.....

Be honest who of you had these prejudices before being really informed?

Before the country now known as Turkey was invaded by the Turks in the 11th century A.D., it was earlier occupied by Gallic tribes who migrated there from Thrace in the 3rd century B.C. and remained the dominant culture until after the 4th century A.D. The Galatians were a European people closely related to the Gauls of Western Europe and the Gaels of Ireland and Scotland.

Many parts of Europe that border on Asia and the Mediterannean have populations of mixed races. This can be seen by looking at the genetics of the peoples inhabiting various parts of Europe.

European (White) DNA generally falls into three basic haplotypes:

R1b (Celtic)

R1a (Scythian)

I (Germanic)

The populations found in Mediterranean countries have a higher percentage of E3b DNA, which is associated with the invasions of the Moors (Berbers). Jews, Arabs and other Semitic populations found in the Levant and the Middle East have a higher percentage of J haplotype DNA:

Im E3b its associated with Romans, Macedonians and Phoenicians....Its a fine white haplogroup....it was brought into Europe not that late like with the arab invasions and jews but much earlier with neolithic farmers from the middle east. but you are right its of middle eastern origin. Hitler was E3b
