I've only installed RED HAT and FEDORA. Ran a WEB SERVER using Fedora Core. Stable as granite.

Linux-wise, although I'm not a big Linux zealot (far from it), I'd say:
  • Gentoo
  • Debian
  • Slackware

Gentoo is by far my favourite, it also has a great community behind it. It can be a bit tedious, it's not really a 'rapid deployment'-friendly one. Slackware is an alround nice, traditionalist and reliable one, although I haven't used it for quite some time.
