Diet for old skinny guys
If you are young, normal weight, or over weight this post will seem full-on nonsense.
I am 75, 5 ft. 11 inches, and weigh around 140 lbs. Such a person has almost the opposite health problems as others...among which, low body temperature, low blood pressure, and low blood sugar. Oddly enough theses problems are frequently brought on by idiot greenie promoted diet propaganda. Here goes...a great list of foods that can overcome the above: -------- Foods/spices that increase body temperature Black pepper Cayenne Cinnamon Garlic Ginger Horseradish Coconut Oil Green Tea Coffee Foods/spices that increase blood pressure Salt Pickles Canned tomatoes Sugar, honey, maple syrup, molasses Milk full-fat Fatty meat, poultry Fish/shellfish Coffee Foods/spices that increase blood sugar Fruit, dried fruit, fruit juice Milk full-fat Sugar, honey, maple syrup, molasses Unrefined breads, traditional refined, sourdough...breads/grains French fries Looks good, doesn't it? -------- Mike (The above is not a joke.)
