Architect Lodge, No. 519, New York, November 7, 1935, with honorary member Franklin D. Roosevelt (front-centre). F.D.R. was initiated into Holland Lodge, No. 8 (NYC) on November 28, 1911, and awarded the 32 Degree of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Masonry (brought to the U.S. thru a Jew) by the Albany Consistory of New York on February 28, 1929. Stood directly behind his chair in the photograph, are his sons James (left), and Franklin Jnr.
