2 Black Thugs Stab White Pizza Delivery Kid to Death: Where’s the Rioting?

When 2 gangbangers murder a white pizza delivery guy – does Obama, Sharpton, Eric Holder or the media care? Nope.

Alexander William Burkart, 22, crashed his car after being stabbed to death in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Police arrested two eighteen year old black males. Both are described as local gangbangers that have had numerous run ins with police. Burkart was delivering pizzas at the time.

Deandre Lee Arnold, 18-years-old, was arrested early Sunday morning after homicide investigators recognized him from video surveillance near the murder scene at 178 Northbound Gratiot Avenue. Arnold has been charged with Felony Murder.

Deandre Arnold of Mount Clemens was video arraigned on felony murder charges in 41B District Court in Clinton Township. Magistrate Dan Goulette ordered he be held without bond in the Macomb County Jail.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. —According to the prosecutor's office in Washington County the charges were dropped against Rico Cohn

Investigators said a key witness died, and there was not enough evidence to try Cohn.

Cohn was accused of strangling a Fayetteville woman in 2006.

Nina Ingram was found dead at her apartment in Fayetteville.

A Fairfield man facing the prospect of the death penalty appeared in Solano County Superior Court Tuesday where attorneys in the case delayed setting a trial date.

In April, Solano County prosecutors announced they would seek the death penalty against murder defendant Anthony Lemar Jones. Jones, 33, faces a murder charge carrying special circumstances in connection with the death of 13-year-old Genelle Conway-Allen, whose naked and lifeless body was found Feb. 1, 2013, in Allan Witt Park.
Previous testimony indicated Jones followed Genelle in his vehicle as she walked home from school on Jan. 31, 2013.......

David Lowry of Essex 
Superior Court in Salem denied a request for a change of venue. Chism is scheduled to appear in

NEWARK — The alleged gunman in the June 2014 murder of Livingston resident Brendan Tevlin pleaded not guilty today to charges of committing an armed robbery about two weeks after the fatal shooting.

NEWARK, N.J. — A Seattle man was indicted on terrorism and murder charges Thursday in a shooting that killed a college student in West Orange, New Jersey last year.

Ali Muhammad Brown, 30, was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of terrorism, one count of murder and other charges in the June 25, 2014 shooting that killed Brendan Tevlin, 19, of Livingston, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s office.

It was the first murder case in New Jersey in which a defendant was charged with terrorism under state law, prosecutors said. Brown had allegedly said he was motivated by a “bloody crusade” to punish the U.S. government for its foreign policies......

Titusville police executed a search warrant Thursday at a home in Mims in connection with a death investigation from Titusville.

Investigators arrived at the home on Marigold Avenue Thursday afternoon.

Titusville police said Quinton Woodruff is a person of interest in the death investigation of Brandee Kelley, 24.

Philadelphia police have arrested a man in Monday's slaying of an elderly woman from East Mount Airy, officials announced Saturday.

In a news conference at police headquarters, Capt. James Clark, commanding officer of the homicide unit, identified the suspect as Leroy Wilson, 37, who was arrested early Saturday morning in Norristown.

Regina Brunner Holmes, 85, was found Monday in her East Mount Airy home, beaten, stabbed, and with her throat slashed. Holmes, a grandmother and a part-time employee at the Chestnut Hill Local newspaper, was a fixture in her community, and her violent death shocked those who knew her.

Wlson was known as "Leroy the Handyman" to neighbors and for at least a year had done odd jobs for residents in the area, Clark said.
He had worked for Holmes before, which police believe led her to let him into her home Monday. Police think Holmes may have caught Wilson stealing something, causing him to attack her, Clark said.

Wilson has a "violent and lengthy" criminal history and has been arrested more than 20 times, mainly in Florida, with a few violent-crime arrests in Philadelphia, Clark said.

In the hours after the slaying, one of the few clues police had to go on was the fact that Holmes' car had been taken from her driveway. The car was found later that week on the 3100 block of Stillman Street in North Philadelphia - and then some of Holmes' possessions were found in a house on that block, including her laptop.

One police source said Wilson's fingerprints were found on the car and laptop, leading police to identify the man they would eventually arrest. They then identified Wilson in a photo taken at an ATM where he allegedly attempted to use Holmes' debit card. Attempted online purchases using her credit card were traced to an address allegedly linked to Wilson.....

A death-penalty trial has been rescheduled for a self-described pimp accused of killing three people in a Las Vegas Strip shooting and fiery crash more than two years ago.

Trial had been due to start next week for 29-year-old Ammar Harris on murder, attempted murder and weapon charges.

Records show that Clark County District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney rescheduled trial for Oct. 12.

Harris is accused of killing an aspiring rapper behind the wheel of a Maserati that crashed into a taxi, which then burst into flames, killing a driver and a tourist from Washington state.

Harris is already serving 16 years to life in Nevada state prison on separate rape and robbery convictions, plus up to five more years for bribing a prison guard to obtain cellphones.

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. - A man who once portrayed Chief Osceola while attending Florida State University was fatally stabbed last week in a fight about gumbo spices.

Caleb Halley died from his injuries Thursday, according to the Tallahassee Democrat.

Panama City Beach police said Halley's co-worker, Orlando Thompson, 26, was arrested in connection with the stabbing.

Lt. John Deegins said Thompson and Halley were working at Buddy's Seafood Market when they got into an argument "about the amount of spice to put into the restaurant's gumbo."

Deegins said the argument "quickly escalated" when Thompson armed himself with a wooden board and Halley with a small pocket knife. The initial altercation ended after a "quick skirmish" in which Thompson retreated, but Thompson later returned with a knife and was seen on surveillance video "swinging and thrusting the knife at Halley

WASHINGTON (AP/WJLA) - A man is dead after he was stabbed on a train approaching the NOMA-Gallaudet Metro Station Saturday at about 12:50 p.m..

Authorities have identified the victim as 24-year-old Kevin Joseph Sutherland of Northeast D.C.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jasper Spires, wanted for first-degree murder in the case.

Authorities said the stabbing may have occurred during a robbery.

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) - A woman walking with her boyfriend in Hollywood was shot and killed, and police are looking for the gunman.

The shooting was reported shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday. Police said the victim, identified as Carrie Jean Melvin, 30, of Hollywood was found on Sunset Boulevard and McCadden Place near Hollywood High School.

According to investigators, the suspect approached the woman from behind and shot her. The woman's boyfriend, who was with her at the time, was not shot. Police said Melvin lived nearby and the two were walking to get something to eat.

Melvin was pronounced dead at the scene. Her boyfriend was not injured. His identity has not been released.

Authorities said there is no known motive at this time.

"We've interviewed the boyfriend, there's no indication that they had any idea there were enemies, that she would be targeted, so at this point we just don't know," said Detective John Skaggs.

Witnesses said the suspect ran to a car, described as a black four-door vehicle, and drove off.

Police described the suspect as a black male wearing dark clothing and a hoodie. Authorities said they are planning on looking at surveillance footage from nearby businesses to assist in their investigation.

MUSKEGON, Mich. — A man has been charged with murder in connection to the Muskegon Heights shooting last week that left one woman dead, though he is not accused of actually shooting and killing her her.

Ishmail Autman was charged Monday with open murder and a weapons charge in connection to the death of Peggy Sue Everett, according to Muskegon County Sheriff Dean Roesler.
Investigators say Autman and Everett were in Muskegon Heights on June 30 to “commit a crime” when Everett was shot in the head as they drove along 8th Street near Broadway Avenue. Everett, a 36-year-old mother of four from Muskegon, was rushed to the hospital and died the next day.

Authorities don’t think Autman shot Everett, but because his actions contributed to her death, he is being charged with murder.

Nearly three years have passed since Monique Marlowe was shot and left to die in the back of a rental car, and they’ve been quiet ones. The 25-year-old —third in her class at Winder’s Apalachee High School and an honors graduate of the University of Georgia — gave Gwinnett authorities a vague description of her assailant before she passed, but that’s all there is.

A black man, a blue shirt and no answers.

Monique Marlowe, 25, was shot and killed on Sept. 21, 2012, while vacuuming at vehicle at the Hertz Rent-A-Car on Satellite Boulevard in Duluth.

The family announced Tuesday that they’ve upped the reward to $100,000.....

JUNEAU — Kriscilla McHenry calmly sat in the defendant’s chair and entered a plea of no contest on Monday to reduced charges of second degree intentional homicide.

Dodge County Circuit Court Brian Pfitzinger accepted McHenry’s plea and found her guilty of causing the death of Michael Soeller.

McHenry, 31, was found guilty of the stabbing death of Michael Soeller. Soeller, 43, was found dead in his apartment at Randolph Motel & Apartments, N9938 Highway 73, Randolph, Aug. 24.

An autopsy was conducted and it was determined that Soeller died of sharp force trauma with 38 individual stab wounds...

FORT DODGE | The issue of lack of racial diversity in the jury pool in the first-degree murder trial of a Northwood African-American man was raised again Tuesday.

However, it appears this time the trial of Tyrone Washington Jr., 41, will continue, unlike in May when his first scheduled trial was halted due to a lack of African-Americans on the jury.

Washington is charged in the August 2013 stabbing of his ex-girlfriend, Justina Smith, 30, in Swensrud Park in Northwood......
