A "doctor" arrested in January on charges that he sexually assaulted a patient was charged Saturday with sexually assaulting additional patients.

The committee found that the woman's story was supported by DNA evidence taken from semen and saliva that was on her. "In short, the evidence is overwhelming," the committee said in its statement to the full medical examining board.

In another words, because the accused is a nigger, the burden of proof has to be that much higher despite the fact that blacks rape at a much higher rate than other groups.
