U.S. President Donald Trump has told the same story about his policies toward Israel on at least four occasions, each time citing a different Jewish friend. A complication of videos over the past few months collected by the Washington Post shows Trump touting the 2016 U.S. pullout of the Iran nuclear deal as the "biggest thing" for Jews.

In nearly identical stories, even telling the same anecdote twice in one day, Trump refers to different Jewish friends. The first time Trump told the story was in September, he said the conversation occurred with "people." “I said to people, what is more important, the Golan Heights or the capital of Jerusalem by moving our embassy there…He said, neither sir, what you’ve done in Iran is more important,” the president said.

The Trump administration and Betsy DeVos, an heiress who was given the Department of Education because of her large donations to the GOP, have been fighting Israel's wars on campus for months now.

Last September, the federal government began investigating the lessons taught by various professors at prestigious schools like Duke and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. They wanted to ensure that none of the university's public grands were going towards hosting lectures that give the Palestinian side of the story.

At UNC, the academic conference in question, "Conflict Over Gaza: People, Politics Possibilities," was met with rage by local Jews.

Two weeks after kicking up a storm, mysterious "anti-Semitic" flyers were found, with the "culprits" of course never identified. UNC not only apologized to the Jewish students for allowing the conference, they have completely caved under government pressure and now have integrated a strict new Anti-Defamation League invented criteria for what constitutes "anti-Semitism" in respects to discourse about Israel.

The pressure on these campus' is being applied by DeVos' "civil rights" chief, Kenneth L. Marcus, a Zionist Jew who has authored books and academic journal entries like The Definition of Anti-Semitism and "Contemporary Anti-Semitism in American Higher Education." It's obvious who the brains behind this overreach are.

Micromanagement on this level is almost unprecedented, and protests in favor of academic freedom have gone largely ignored by both the media and politicians. Some Palestinian advocacy groups are rightly criticizing conservatives who claim to be for intellectual freedom as hypocrites, since most of them are supporting this brazen move by "big government" to stifle free speech.

Trump's top donor, Sheldon Adelson, has made combating criticism and boycotts of Israel on college campuses one of his top priorities. He founded the Maccabee Task Force, named after rebels who ruthlessly slaughtered Hellenists that tried to introduce Western culture to the Jewish subjects of Antiochus IV. The task force is dedicated to paying people to agitate and advocate in favor of Israel on the quad. Clearly, this move is Trump's favor to top financial backers like Adelson, Paul Singer, and Bernie Marcus.

(JTA) — A Jewish protester was removed from a Donald Trump campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, after he interrupted the event by accusing the president of fomenting anti-Semitism.

“I’m an American Jew and ever since your father was elected president, more and more Jews are being gunned down every year,” Elon Glickman, an organizer for the Jewish-American group IfNotNow, shouted during the event Monday night while the president’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., was addressing the crowd. IfNotNow tweeted a video of the encounter.

The audience drowned him out by chanting “USA, USA.”

As he was dragged away, Glickman shouted at the audience: “All of you in here are killing Jews, all of you.”

“I don’t think anyone’s done more for Israel and American Jews than Donald Trump,” Trump Jr. said as Glickman was pushed out the door.

Glickman later tweeted: “They can drag me out but I’ll never stop fighting for Jewish people. @donaldjtrumpJr spreads antisemitic conspiracy theories that are killing American Jews. He & @GOP can’t hide their antisemitism behind support for Israel. Jews are rising up to fight white nationalists.”

This haunting image of an elderly man being pummeled and robbed by anarchists while leaving a Donald Trump rally in Minneapolis ought to be on the front page of every conservative outlet. It isn't. WASHINGTON (JTA) — The friend whose case President Donald Trump cited as a point in his realization of the dimensions of the coronavirus crisis is a Jewish real estate mogul named Stanley Chera, Vanity Fair reported.

Chera is at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in a coma, the magazine reported.

“Boy, did that hit home. Stan is like one of his best friends,” Bill White, a Trump campaign donor, told Vanity Fair in a story posted Wednesday.

A day earlier, Trump in the daily White House briefing on fighting the pandemic described some of the factors that led him to realize the seriousness of the pandemic.

“When you send a friend to the hospital, and you call up to find out how is he doing — it happened to me, where he goes to the hospital, he says goodbye,” Trump said. “He’s sort of a tough guy. A little older, a little heavier than he’d like to be, frankly. And you call up the next day: ‘How’s he doing?’ And he’s in a coma? This is not the flu.”

The president touted his executive order on anti-Semitism issued in December that directs “robust” enforcement of existing civil rights protections for Jews on college campuses under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The order, which garnered controversy, says attackers target Jews because they perceive them to be a race or having a shared national identity.

New York Reportedly Paid Israeli $69m for Ventilators That Were Never Delivered

New York Department of Health paid $69.1 million to a Silicon Valley engineer in a bid to promote the arrival of ventilators to hospitals across the United States after the White House explicitly recommended the move, but not a single ventilator has arrived, BuzzFeed News reported on Wednesday.

On March 27, President Donald Trump urged Ford and General Motors to immediately begin making ventilators, as coronavirus patients began flooding hospitals across the United States,

One of the thousands of people responding to Trump’s tweet was Yaron Oren-Pines, an electrical engineer who immigrated to the United States in the 1990's. Oren-Pines is a specialist in cellphone technology, and lacks any apparent experience in government contracting or knowledge in medical devices.

“We can supply ICU ventilators, invasive and noninvasive. Have someone call me URGENT,” Oren-Pines replied to Trump's tweet.
Governor Andrew Cuomo issued an executive order to promote the arrival of ventilators to hospitals as soon as possible.

A state official speaking on condition of anonymity said New York reached out to Oren-Pines after the White House coronavirus task force explicitly recommended it to do so.

New York terminated the contract almost a month later, and the state is currently investing efforts to claim back the money it paid Oren-Pines. The sum the state has so far managed to recover remains unknown. “We are in discussions on a few remaining issues,” said Heather Groll, a spokesperson for the New York Office of General Services.

Oren-Pines told BuzzFeed News that “neither I nor my company is providing any comment on this,” while refusing to respond to ant further questions on the matter.

The surges have occurred in Democrat as well as Republican states, and they coincide with the period in which Democrats and the media were encouraging large “Black Lives Matter” protests (and riots). Nonetheless, Trump’s opponents are still attempting to blame him for a rise in cases that may also partly be due to the widespread availability of testing — ironically, one of the Trump administration’s most important recent successes.

Orthodox Jewish pop star Yaakov Shwekey sang an ode to Donald Trump at an Orthodox overnight camp based on his hit song “We Are a Miracle.” In videos of the performance shared online Monday night, Shwekey sings a rewritten version of the song with lyrics supporting Trump’s re-election. No one in the video appears to be wearing a mask.

“May God hear our prayers, four more years, cause we are America,” Shwekey sang.
