VNN under DDOS attack?

On two occasions in the last 48 hour, accessing vnnforum.com as returned the same web error that www.amerika.org has been reporting for over three weeks in the first reported they were e under a DDOS.

Been pretty stable for me today. Might just be service interruptions due to weather anomalies depending on where you're located, but that's just a guess. But there has been a lot of atmospheric disturbance going on with that big storm moving through the center of the country and flooding in various locations. Telcoms have to reroute traffic and such. Only a guess of course.
