SS-Brigadefuhrer Walter Schellenberg Announces the Following on Behalf of "Stille Hilfe (Deutschland)", "Silent Help Amerika," and Frau Gudrun Himmler Burwitz, for the Foundation of the AMERICAN NEO-NAZI PARTY:

This Provisional Charter is endorsed on September 13, 2008. The Primary Charter Points are Outlined Below. The Leader of the American Neo-Nazi Party, Dr. Jacques Reinhard Heydrich PLUSS, has formulated the Primary Points with us. He is, at this point and forward, the UNDISPUTED LEADER OF THE AMERICAN NEO-NAZI PARTY, and he will henceforth communicate ANNP News on his own, directly. HIS WILL IS YOUR DUTY!

1. Membership in the ANNP is free. The Party is already amply funded. An official application process will be outlined below. But, first, please understand that, by applying for membership, you agree to the points listed here and you fulfill the requirements noted:

A. You are a citizen of the United States of America (not simply a "permanent resident.")

B. You believe in the Supremacy of the United States of America over all other nations and peoples.

C. You SUPPORT American Imperialism leading to World Conquest of all lesser peoples.

D. You understand that while the ANNP follows most of the thinking of Adolf HITLER as outlined in his book, "Mein Kampf," some important changes must be made in order to bring Nazi thinking and action into the Twenty-First Century. For example, 1) membership is open to people of color, people of the Jewish Faith, Moslems, and non-Whites generally, PROVIDED that they repudiate their religious, ethnic, and cultural past and ADHERE TO PAGAN RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR, THE "NORDIC RELIGION" of the early Aryan peoples. This includes the worship of Nature and the reverence for warfare. 2) The SS (Schutzstaffel) Creed of the late Third Reich Reichsfuhrer-SS Heinrich Himmler is taken as a guide to organizing one's life. 3) The SS Creed will be modified when necessary to meet practical necessity. Directions on how to obtain ANNP suggested literature will be given as part of the application process.

E. There will be no separate "mens'" and "womens'" divisions. Women will be permitted, in fact encouraged, to sit around the Leader's Roundtable in leadership roles. There will be no youth division. All individuals 18 or over are invited to join.

F. The Leader will be assisted in running the Party by a medieval-style Round Table made up of six (6) advisers, who will be drawn from volunteers.

G. There will be a "don't ask--don't tell" policy on SEXUAL ORIENTATION.

H. The Leader and the Party will work to bring about, through LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE means, a second American Revolution, which will alter the Constitution of the United States so that it centers upon principles of "Benevolent Dictatorship."

I. The ANNP REPUDIATES all acts of "terrorism."

J. The ANNP will conduct a background check on all applicants. The ANNP will NOT accept for membership convicted felons.

K. The ANNP will take for its colors an American Flag, but with the white stars on a field of blue reshaped to portray the two "lightening bolts" of the original Third Reich SS. These "sigal runes" represent the power and might of the god Odin, head of Aesir; creator of the world in Norse Mythology; equivalent to Woden in Teutonic Mythology. They can also be taken to represent Thor, eldest son of Odin and god of Thunder and Storms.

L. ANNP Meetings will take place near the home of the Leader (north-eastern New Jersey), and will be conducted starting at Midnight during the period of a Full Moon.

M. The ANNP will NOT employ the Third Reich German Swastika Flag (Hakenkreuz) because it carries with it far too many negative connotations. Furthermore, the ANNP will take no position on arguments over the "Holocaust." Whatever happened, happened in the past, and is not relevant any longer to the ANNP's Imperialistic Aims.

N. This PROVISIONAL CHARTER IS SUBJECT TO REVISION, ADDITION, OR DELETION. ALL CHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE LEADER.

O. Dr. Jacques Anthony Reinhard Heydrich PLUSS will be addressed as "LEADER" or as "DR. PLUSS." His leadership over the Party is absolute. His decisions can not be altered or changed by group discussion, although he will take any advisement into very serious consideration!
