Virginia Beach resident says White's letter made her move


A resident of a Virginia Beach apartment complex testified today that a letter she received from William A. White scared her so much that she packed her things in 15 minutes and fled.

Tiese Mitchell was targeted by White, a neo-Nazi leader, after he learned in May 2007 that she and other tenants, who are black, had filed a housing discrimination lawsuit against their white landlord.
The letter was addressed to “Whiny Section 8 N----r.”

After a rant about blacks on welfare, White concluded: “You may get one over on your landlord this time, and you may not. But know that the white community has noticed you, and we know that you are and will never be anything more than a dirty parasite – and that our patience with you and the government that coddles you runs thin.”

Mitchell said the language of the letter – combined with the realization that White knew where she lived – frightened her so much that she quickly packed her belongings and took her two young children to stay with a relative.

“It was very upsetting,” Mitchell testified. “I felt like he was watching me or something.”

White told FBI agent his writings were satirical


William A. White told an FBI agent that his Internet postings and e-mails were “outlandish” and meant to be political satire.

In a conversation with David Church shortly before White was charged last year with making online threats, White told the investigator that he didn’t mean for anyone to get hurt, Church testified today.

White, a neo-Nazi leader from Roanoke, said he was “simply mocking” people with whom he disagreed, usually over matters of race.
Lawyers for White say his speech, while clearly hateful, should be protected by the First Amendment.

A member of the National Alliance testified this morning that he distributed white supremacy leaflets in the neighborhood of a nationally syndicated columnist after seeing his address on a Web site run by William A. White.
At the time, White had published Leonard Pitts Jr.'s home telephone number and address out of anger over a column the Miami Herald commentator had written about black-on-white crime.

Douglas Hantske, a National Alliance member who lives in Pitts' home state of Maryland, said he had no association with White's neo-Nazi group, the American National Socialist Workers Party.

"We're not as flamboyant, I guess, or visual," Hantske said of the Hillsboro, W.Va.-based National Alliance, which he described as "an advocacy group for Europeans."

On cross-examination, Hantske retreated a bit from the suggestion that he got Pitts' address from White's Web site, overthrow.com.

"I may very well have gotten it from that Web site," he testified.
Next up in the prosecution's lineup was David Church, the lead FBI agent in the investigation of White, who is charged with allegedly threatening about a half-dozen people around the country.

Church gave the jury a preview of alleged threats White made to a group of apartment tenants in Virginia Beach, a university administrator in Delaware and a human rights lawyer in Canada.

The jury took a mid-morning break at 10:15.

Bill White’s trial continues this week

Bill White’s trial is underway- three days down and almost three weeks expected to go.

There are still some witnesses we could possibly hear from, including a University of Delaware professor who directed a training program for the school a couple years ago.

According to the indictment, White allegedly told the professor’s secretary he would hunt the professors down and that anyone who views racism the way she does should be shot.

White allegedly claimed the university forced students to think all white people are racist. Then he allegedly posted the professor’s home address online.

Also, there’s a collective group of people from Virginia Beach. About two years ago, they accused their landlord of discrimination and according to the indictment, White allegedly wrote letters back to them standing up for their landlord.

Another run-in with White involved a lawyer from outside the U.S. Three years ago, a Canadian lawyer shut down White’s Canadian-based web site. Since then, the indictment says White wrote an article on overthrow.com, allegedly writing to kill the man.

We’re not sure when we will hear from these possible witnesses over the week. But when everyone has finished testifying, the jury needs to decide if White is guilty of the crimes he’s charged with-not his views.

Regardless of what White's motive may have been -- and face it, his motive may have been mere shits and giggles -- I will be very interested in seeing if the right to tell people that they are not welcome in a White neighborhood is going to be upheld, or if it's going to be construed as harassment or some kind of "civil rights violation" that somehow outweighs the obvious Constitutional right of speech.

There are many ways to let people know what you think without even addressing them directly, like flying a certain kind of flag from your house. White may or may not have pushed things too far with his implied threats. Whether that turns out to be the case or not, there is a great unused potential in freedom of speech.

It's almost quaint to me that somebody is still shocked by the fact that there is bias in law enforcement.

Here's what the mainstream media (MSM) conveniently leaves out of its reporting the testimony by negro woman Tiese Mitchell while on the witness stand:

Tiese Mitchell and four other residents of a Section 8 apartment complex in Virginia Beach, Virginia, filed a lawsuit with HUD against their White landlord, a "Doc" (Mr.) Henry. The suit alleged that Mr. Henry's lease covenant stating that residents of his Section 8 housing must adhere to "Quiet Time" between 10 PM and 6 AM, was unfair, and that Mr. Henry allegedly made racial remarks to some of his negro tenants. This is where Bill White came in. Bill mailed each resident (approx. 30, both white and negro) of that apartment complex a letter from him and one of his National Socialist glossy magazines. The letter that Bill mailed was addressed to "Whiny Section 8 Nigger" and referred to the negro tenants as "slum niggers", etc, who amounted to nothing more than societal leechfucks, etc.

Well, Tiese Mitchell and Tascha Riddick (sp?), the next negro witness and the three other complainants in the suit against Mr. Henry, won big money awards. Although Tiese was unemployed with two or three chilrens and no "baby-daddy" to speak of, and didn't pay a dime in rent at the section 8 house (government, read, you the taxpayer, paid it all), was awarded $27,000. Tascha was awarded $22,000, which was about five times her annual salary as a hotel-room janitor. Tascha paid all of $20 per month in rent for her section 8 house. Tascha admitted that her sister Angela is a convicted drug dealer and is suspected of dealing drugs in that section 8 housing complex, which was another bone of contention between Mr. Henry, the landlord, and the negro residents. Both Tiese and Tascha are currently seeking to reap more windfall money gains by filing lawsuits against Bill White, alleging they were "scared" by Bill's letter and magazine.

So, in essence, Bill White's reference to the tenants at Virginia Beach as societal leechfucks was indeed borne out by the testimony itself from the two black women government witnesses, heh-heh. It makes one wonder why the government called these negroes to the stand, it certainly didn't help their case against Bill White. If this is the best the government can do, I don't see how the jury can come to a guilty verdict on any count, especially as Bill White has hired two top-notch attorneys in Ray Ferris and David Damico.

Edit to add: The negro witness Tiese Mitchell kept repeating that she was so "scared" by Bill White's mailings because Bill had a "big organization wif lots n' lots of members". His organization "be so big".

So what have you done that is comparable of how many people Glenn had in the streets back then. He had thousands backing him and that was way before the internet. What have you accomplished compares even with the internet?
