Default Sutcliffe died in University Hospital of North Durham on 13 November 2020

The Yorkshire Ripper' Peter Sutcliffe with Sir James Savile, who was a friend of Israel, Uri Geller and members of the elite.

Sir Jimmy Savile is linked to the 'Yorkshire Ripper', Peter Sutcliffe, who, in 1981, was convicted of murdering 13 women.

"Sutcliffe told police he left the murder scene after he heard voices, but couldn't tell where they came from.

"He also heard a car being driven away from the entrance to a house.

"Later he found out that the house was where disc jockey Jimmy Savile lived"

THE TRIAL: WEEK ONE

Savile with Esther Rantzen.

Jimmy Savile was questioned by police investigating the Yorkshire Ripper murders, a senior officer who worked on the inquiry revealed.

Former West Yorkshire police detective John Stainthorpe said that Savile was a suspect in the case more than 30 years ago.

There has been speculation that the Savile-Sutcliffe story is somehow linked to brainwashing, of the sort used by the military to produce killers.

Sutcliffe died in University Hospital of North Durham on 13 November 2020, where he is said to have refused treatment for COVID-19 after having previously returned to HMP Frankland following treatment for a suspected heart attack at the same hospital two weeks prior.[19][91] Sutcliffe also had a number of other underlying health problems.[19][17][92]

'Through his childhood and early adolescence, Sutcliffe showed no signs of abnormality.'

Sutcliffe said that the voice of God had sent him on a mission to kill prostitutes.

Four psychiatrists diagnosed him as having paranoid schizophrenia.

Peter Sutcliffe

Peter Sutcliffe reportedly carried out murders over five years, from 1975 to 1980.[3]

Back in 1969, Sutcliffe assaulted a prostitute he had met while searching for a woman who had tricked him out of money.

Police visited his home the next day.Sutcliffe admitted he had hit her. The police told him he was "very lucky", as the woman did not want anything more to do with the incident.

Vile as they are as serial killers go Savile and Sutcliffe are in the minor leagues as compared with real monsters who kill millions.
In the first division we have Blair, Bush Cameron, Major towered over by the likes of Lenin, MAO and King Leopold of Belgium in the genocidal premier league.

Why does the press focus the attention of the public on the minor league killers ?

Here is MAO with his "Great Reset" 50 million dead.

Will Schwab Carney Lagarde and gang exceed this tally ?

How about starting off with a (not so clever) play on words.

The Yorkshire Ripper could be The Yorkshire Gripper (do you see what I did there?)

Sorry. The reason being, the truncated photograph you have published showing Bruno shaking hands with Sutcliffe is a Masonic Grip. Your photo stops a little short of the handshake.

More questions than answers as usual. Nice to see the UK Government using the highly qualified Mr Saville as an 'advisor' in Broadmoor. Interesting to note that Saville was interviewed about the murders too.

I briefly touched on Miles Mathis and his take on serial killers the other day. (Yes I am well aware Mathis is often questioned about authenticity too).

However, his serial killer stuff is pretty interesting. Some of the names he has commented on are a who's who (as it were). A whole paper was dedicated to the Dunblane incident (O, lurkers, IF ONLY you knew...) which asked very pertinent questions around that.

The serial killers of the 70s included the likes of: Charles Manson, The Zodiac Killer, Ted Bundy, Richard Cottingham, Ted Kaczynski, Son of Sam and The Night Stalker.

If anything, worth a look. Draw your own conclusions. I haven't added any links because they are often PDF formats.

As for The Yorkshire Gripper, anything associated with Saville needs to be questioned regardless.

The High Court will serve papers on the Duke of York in the sex assault claim filed against him if necessary, it said on Wednesday.

Lawyers for Virginia Giuffre, who accuses Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was 17, requested the High Court in London contact the prince about the case.

The news comes after a pre-trial hearing in New York on Monday in which Andrew’s lawyers argued that he had not been properly served notice of the civil case.

Andrew denies Ms Giuffre’s allegations.

For one person to sue another in a civil case, the claimant has to notify them of the action - a process known as a service of proceedings.

Last week, Ms Giuffre’s lawyers said that they had tried to serve papers to Andrew by leaving the documents with a police officer outside his Windsor home.

David Bois, representing Ms Giuffre, told Monday’s hearing that the documents had been “delivered to the last known address of the defendant”, adding that they had also been sent “by Royal Mail”.

Mr Bois added: “We believe we have complied with the service requirement and we filed proof of service last Friday.”

They have now used the Hague service convention to ask the High Court in London to formally notify Andrew about the civil case.

The Hague service convention is a treaty that governs requests between nations for evidence in civil cases.

A High Court spokesperson said on Wednesday: “The lawyers acting for Ms Giuffre have now provided further information to the High Court, and the High Court has accepted the request for service under the Hague service convention.

“The legal process has not yet been served but the High Court will now take steps to serve under the convention unless service is arranged by agreement between the parties.”

Virginia Giuffre, now 38, was an accuser of disgraced financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. She claims that she was a “sex-trafficking victim” and that she was sexually assaulted by Andrew at three __cpLocations.

The locations named are the London home of Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s home in Manhattan and his home in Little Saint James, in the US Virgin Islands.

Ms Giuffre claims that Andrew engaged in sex acts with her without her consent, including when she was 17.

Andrew publicly denied these claims in a 2019 interview with BBC’s Newsnight, saying:” It didn’t happen.

“I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened.

“I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever.”

At Monday’s New York hearing, Andrew’s US lawyer, Andrew B Brettler, described the civil action against him as a “baseless, unviable and potentially unlawful lawsuit”.

The judge Lewis A Kaplan has listed the case for a further hearing on 17 October .

A spokesperson for the Duke of York has been contacted for comment.

The BBC is making a "sensitive" drama about Savile. Steve Coogan is to play the character and apparently the point is not to sensationalise the paedophile's life, but to give voice to his victims.

Per reports by an international publication, some of the closest members of Prince Andrew’s family may be subpoenaed by US courts to corroborate his alibi and provide witness statements in relation to his case.

According to Knewz, this move will either “substantiate — or embarrassingly not —" explain "Andrew’s alibi of where he was on the night of 10 March 2001.”

Currently, the Duke currently insists he has “no recollection” of ever meeting his accuser, despite her claims of being forced into having intimate relations, at Epstein’s behest.

Prince Andrew on the other hand says he was home that night, attending a children’s party at Pizza Express in northwest Surrey.

His official statement reads, “I was with the children and I’d taken Beatrice to a Pizza Express in Woking for a party at I suppose four or five in the afternoon… and then because the duchess [Sarah Ferguson] was away, we have a simple rule in the family that when one is away the other is there.”

In light of this, a highly placed source reveals, “The Duchess of York would know if she was away on the night of March 10, she will know if she spoke to Andrew, she will know if Beatrice had a party at a Pizza Express.”

Royals ‘to be subpoenaed’ for witness statements in Prince Andrew lawsuit
After all “There is light she can shed on this case, and lawyers for Giuffre will compel her via court and the law to do so.”

Even “Princess Beatrice and possibly her sister, Eugenie, will be able to confirm or deny she attended a pizza party — and whether or not her father attended, and then took her home. It is pretty black or white.”

Prince Andrew spotted horse riding at Windsor ahead of anxious Christmas - court date set

PRINCE ANDREW has been spotted riding a horse in Windsor - just after a crucial date was set in his civil sexual assault case.

The Duke of York looked relaxed as he ambled along with another rider at Windsor Great Park, Berkshire, which is public property. Pictures emerged as the civil case brought against him by Virginia Giuffre reached its next stage.

The 38-year-old is suing the 61-year-old royal for “unspecified damages” - claiming that he sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager.

Specifically, she asserts that she had sex with the father-of-two on three occasions.

Andrew vehemently denies all the allegations and insists that he has “no recollection” of ever meeting her despite there being a picture of the pair together in 2001.

His lawyers have rubbished her civil case - lodged in a New York court - and have applied to have it dismissed claiming that is it “without merit”.

This week, US Judge Lewis Kaplan said the court would hear “the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint” on the morning of January 4 - leaving Andrew with an agonising wait over the festive period.

In her case, Ms Giuffre alleges that convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein used her as a sex slave and lent her out to his wealthy and powerful associates, including Andrew.

Andrew’s lawyers hit back in legal documents which emerged last week.

In these, they claim that a 2009 document Ms Giuffre signed with Epstein - who died awaiting trial in 2019 - made her civil case against him void.

A fellow victim of Jeffrey Epstein has filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre for £15 million

This lawsuit has been filed against Ms Guiffre by American artist Rina Oh.

t states, Defendant (Giuffre) knew or should have known that, at all relevant times, Plaintiff was a young victim of Epstein and not a co-conspirator of Epstein or a part of his inner circle of criminals.”

It also goes on to demand, $20 million (£15 million) in damages since, “On the First Cause, that Plaintiff be awarded compensatory damages in an amount to be determined at trial and which is otherwise incalculable at this time, but is not less than Ten Million ($10,000,000). Dollars."

“On the First Cause of Action, that Plaintiff be awarded punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial, but in no event less than Ten Million ($10,000,000) Dollars.”

This case comes just a week after Giuffre was accused of recruiting girls for Epstein’s pleasure.

NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. Virgin Islands has asked British bank Barclays (BARC.L) to hand over information related to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the bank said on Friday.

Barclays received a subpoena in the United States from the U.S. Virgin Islands in February, the bank confirmed.

"Barclays has already provided its response to this subpoena and complied with its obligations. The USVI is now in the process of serving a similar subpoena on Barclays in the U.K. and Barclays will respond to that subpoena once it is served," a spokesman for the lender said.

Barclays said Monday that Chief Executive Jes Staley was leaving the bank after a dispute with British financial regulators over how he described his ties with Epstein. read more

I don't see how Guiffrie can deny her history. IIRC when she broke with Epstein she was in the Far East to bring back a young girl for him?

That rings a bell.

I do know that lawyers for Prince Andrew - who apparently can't remember ever meeting her - says she was the one involved in procuring young girls for Epstein.

Prince Andrew's attorneys have sought to portray Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre as a predator motivated by greed, which marks a turning point in Prince Andrew's legal strategy, court filings show.

In a legal memorandum filed with a New York court on Friday, the allegations were made by lawyers to convince a US judge to dismiss the sexual assault civil case against the British royal by Giuffre.

Giuffre sued Prince Andrew in August, accusing him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.

Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre, then known as Virginia Roberts, along with Ghislaine Maxwell. This photo was included in an affidavit where Giuffre claimed Prince Andrew directed her to have sex with him. Florida Southern District Court
Prince Andrew's attorneys wrote that despite "lurid allegations" against the prince, Giuffre herself was involved in the "the willful recruitment and trafficking of young girls for sexual abuse."

In a section entitled 'Giuffre's role in Epstein's criminal enterprise,' The document quotes Crystal Figueroa, the sister of Giuffre's former boyfriend, who told the New York Daily News that Giuffre recruited underage girls for Epstein.

"She [Giuffre] would say to me, 'Do you know any girls who are kind of slutty?'" Figueroa said, according to the court filing.

The documents also quote Philip Guderyon, who used to date Giuffre, and reportedly said that she appeared to be "head b***h" at Epstein's mansion.

In the filing Prince Andrew's attorneys also suggested that Giuffre was making false allegations of sexual abuse about high-profile individuals in order to profit off of the publicity.

They said that Giuffre earned large sums of money by selling stories and photographs to the press and making agreements with her alleged abusers.

They pointed to the fact Giuffre sold an exclusive interview and photograph of her with Prince Andrew to the Daily Mail for $160,000, and that she made millions of dollars in a settlement reached with Ghislaine Maxwell over defamation allegations.

"Most people could only dream of obtaining the sums of money that Giuffre has secured for herself over the years," the lawyers wrote.

They further suggested that Giuffre's various lawsuits against high-profile individuals were burdening the courts and preventing action against real predators.

"Giuffre has initiated this baseless lawsuit against Prince Andrew to achieve another payday at his expense and at the expense of those closest to him," they wrote.

The attempts to paint Giuffre as a predator motivated by greed marks a turning point in Prince Andrew's legal strategy.

Giuffre has accused the prince of "rape in the first degree" and sexual assault on three occasions and is seeking "punitive damages" against the royal.

She has said the assaults took place in 2001 in London, New York and on Epstein's private island.

Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied the claims.

Giuffre has also said she suffered repeated abuse at the hands of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

"Virginia Giuffre may well be a victim of sexual abuse at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein [...] and nothing can excuse, nor fully capture, the abhorrence and gravity of Epstein's monstrous behavior against Giuffre, if so," the royal's attorneys wrote in the court filing.

"However, and without diminishing the harm suffered as a result of Epstein's alleged misconduct, Prince Andrew never sexually abused or assaulted Giuffre."

Giuffre's lawyer, Sigrid McCawley claimed yesterday, according to The Times: "If Virginia Giuffre had stood silent in the face of outrageous statements like those Prince Andrew routinely churns out — his motion to dismiss the litigation being no exception — the decades-long sex-trafficking ring his friend Jeffrey Epstein operated and he participated in would have never been exposed.

"On the subject of money, let's be clear: the only party to this litigation using money to his benefit is Prince Andrew."

I just keep wondering if he will really stoop so low as to allow Beatrice and Eugenie to be dragged into court as witnesses for him.

Ghislaine Maxwell has endured jail conditions comparable to Hannibal Lecter's in the 1991 film The Silence of the Lambs, her lawyer claims.

Key points:
Maxwell's lawyer says her jail conditions are "reprehensible and utterly inappropriate"
She claims the surveillance of Ms Maxwell rivals that of Dr Hannibal Lecter
Ms Maxwell faces up to 80 years in prison if convicted
Lawyer Bobbi Sternheim offered the assessment as she renewed Ms Maxwell's request for bail ahead of her November 29 trial.

She called the British socialite's 16 months at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn "reprehensible and utterly inappropriate for [a] woman on the cusp of turning 60 with no criminal record or history of violence".

"The surveillance rivals scenes of Dr Hannibal Lecter's incarceration despite the absence of the cage and plastic face guard," Ms Sternheim wrote.

Ms Maxwell, 59, has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and other charges for helping recruit and groom underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein to abuse between 1994 and 2004.

Lecter is a fictional serial killer who eats his victims. Anthony Hopkins won an Oscar for best actor by portraying him in The Silence of the Lambs.

The Manhattan office of US attorney Damian Williams, which is prosecuting Ms Maxwell, declined to comment.

Who is Ghislaine Maxwell?
British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell smiles as she arrives at Epsom Racecourse.
She was one of Jeffrey Epstein's closet confidantes and until her arrest, was described as a "James Bond character" who might never be found.

Ms Maxwell likely faces an uphill battle for bail given US District Judge Alison Nathan, who is overseeing her case, has rejected it three times, calling her a "significant risk of flight".

A federal appeals court has also rejected bail.

Epstein died in a Manhattan jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, in what a medical examiner called a suicide.

Ms Sternheim cited several factors behind Ms Maxwell renewing her proposed $US28.5 million ($38.3 million) bail package, which also includes offers to renounce her non-US citizenships and move most of her and her husband's assets into a separate account.

The factors, which Ms Maxwell's lawyers have previously complained about, include alleged abuse by jail guards, unsanitary living conditions, a bad diet, sleep deprivation, and an inability to review documents for trial.

A representative for the federal Bureau of Prisons did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Around 600 prospective jurors will begin filling out questionnaires to assess whether they can fairly judge Ms Maxwell, who faces up to 80 years in prison if convicted.

The questionnaires ask what they have read or heard about Epstein and Ms Maxwell, whether they have discussed the case on social media, and about their own experiences with sexual abuse or assault.

Ms Maxwell's lawyers have argued that "intense negative media coverage", including podcasts and documentaries on Netflix and other platforms, has tainted the jury pool for her trial.

Roy Futterman, a director at trial consulting firm DOAR in New York, said Epstein would be "a huge figure in this trial."

"There are so many preconceived notions about Epstein, that it's going to be difficult for the defence to get people who can come in as a blank slate," he said.

Ms Maxwell's trial is expected to start on November 29 and last about six weeks.

A PICTURE of a grinning Prince Andrew is displayed inside the mansion where Jeffrey Epstein was accused of molesting underage girls.

The snap, obtained exclusively by The Sun, sits behind a framed photo of billionaire paedophile Epstein at his former home in Palm Beach, Florida. The Duke of York, 61, previously denied making repeated visits there.

A source said last night: “This is incredibly damaging for Prince Andrew.”

The photo is displayed “like a trophy” by paedophile Jeffrey Epstein at the home he dubbed the Pleasure Palace, sources revealed last night.

The scandal-hit royal, now 61, is seen grinning, apparently in military uniform, in the snap which billionaire Epstein showed off inside his lair in Palm Beach, Florida.

Witnesses claimed the Duke of York spent “weeks at a time” at the notorious mansion where Epstein was accused of sickening sex attacks on underage girls.

Sources said last night the photo spells more trouble for Andrew, who is currently fighting a lawsuit from Virginia Roberts Giuffre, 38.

She claims he sexually assaulted her when she was under 18.

A source told The Sun: “Epstein cultivated powerful friends and would show them off in pictures around all of his homes.

“This is incredibly damaging for Prince Andrew because it shows how highly Jeffrey prized his friendship with a senior member of the Royal Family.

“His picture was shown off in Jeffrey’s home like a trophy.

“Andrew’s reputation is hit every time something like this emerges – and he is already facing another year of further lurid headlines.”

The beaming royal can be seen in the photograph sitting behind a framed one of Epstein, who killed himself in prison in 2019 aged 66.

Other images – published for the first time – show Epstein in a matching kilt with Andrew’s pal Ghislaine Maxwell, who is awaiting trial for allegedly aiding the *billionaire’s sex-trafficking ring.

The Brit socialite, 59, is also seen with a snake tattoo while riding a motorbike near Scotland’s Skibo Castle, also a favourite haunt of Prince Andrew.

Epstein bought his six-bedroom Palm Beach home – near ex-US President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate – for £2million in 1990.

In 2005 Palm Beach cops launched an investigation after girls as young as 14 reported being recruited from high school to perform “massages” on Epstein – where they were abused. Epstein cut a deal with prosecutors and was sentenced to just 18 months in prison in 2008 for procuring an underage girl for prostitution.

Dozens of women and young girls have now come forward claiming they were sexually abused and raped at the property.

Juan Alessi, Epstein’s former butler, swore on oath that he set up massage tables every day as Andrew “spent weeks with us”.

He recalled seeing naked girls by the pool during his stay.

The mansion, bought by developer Todd Michael Glaser for £13.3million after Epstein’s death, has now been demolished. The royal admitted in his notorious Newsnight interview two years ago that he had been there.

But he vehemently denied making repeated visits every year in the early 2000s, saying he was there for the odd “day”.

He told Emily Maitlis: “I definitely did not visit his Palm Beach house three or four times a year, absolutely not. In total, probably four times in total throughout the time that I knew him.”

He went on: “In fact probably that was the place that...if you see what I mean, he was in the house more there than in other...in other places that I was at. But it was usually because I was going...I was going through and on somewhere else so it was a day, that was it.”

He was pictured at a Palm Beach club in 2000 with Trump’s then-girlfriend Melania, politician Gwendolyn Beck and Epstein.

Andrew also denies allegations from Ms Giuffre that he sexually assaulted her in New York, London and Epstein’s private Little St James island in the Caribbean.

A court heard earlier this month that the case could drag on until late next year – potentially overshadowing the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Meanwhile, Maxwell will stand trial in New York on November 29, charged with six counts, including sex trafficking conspiracy and enticement of a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts.

She denies the charges and has been moaning about prison conditions while being kept on remand at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn.

In an interview at the weekend she called it a “living hell”.

She claimed she had been “assaulted and abused for almost a year and a half” by prison guards, but also played peek-a-boo with them and offered cooking tips.

Her royal chum Andrew has also visited Skibo Castle - which operates the members-only Carnegie Club – in the Scottish Highlands on numerous occasions.

He gave an interview to legendary golf commentator Peter Alliss on its course in 1996 and reportedly spent time there with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

A representative for Prince Andrew declined to comment last night.
