This is a ZOG contractor and therefore has to fill out tons of forms that ensure they can't be all White.

Why go to the trouble of having two identities especially when they look the same? I havent understood why anybody does this.

I dont mind and I was just curious. Robert is a civil persona and that in my opinion makes for a more welcoming forum to all.

Craig, you want an all white business; heres how you do it;
everytime you get to 15 employees, you start another company and split up the functions of the company.

So you have acme corp. When it reaches 15 employees, and you need an accounting and marketing dept., start a new 'company' which handles your accounting. And if you play it right, you can also put your workers as ongoing contractors. For their insurance have them join one of the med insurance clubs out there.

Also to make up your diversity, use someone else's idea of offshoring your diversity. Go to some shit poor country, get and office for 50 bucks a month, with 2 phone lines, and set up 10 africans who you can pay $250 a year to possibly show up. For $3500 a year, you save yourself all those salaries, all of the discrimination suits and everything else.

Nyet. Most state antidiscrimination laws are applicable to all employers with no minimum size. in fact it may be all state antidiscrimination laws. there may be a handful of states which dont have them.

Not to mention trying to treat employees like contractors will put you into a jam with the IRS.

"Loopholes" to the snivel rights scheme in general do not exist. Dont waste time looking for them. Dealing with shite like this requires a totally different mentality which is generally alien to White men. Best to bend your efforts to convincing people of the need to change the laws.

Actually I think that is a good idea. As long as you keep the company small enough, and under the radar, you minimize problems. Lawyers only go after companies with deep pockets, and EEOC generally doesn't have the resources to go after little fish.

I would add that positions should be filled by word of mouth, by racialist whites, rather than ads in the general job market. That also minimizes exposure and problems.

If Racialist whites start businesses, work in those businesses and patronize those businesses exclusively.... well, things will be alot better than now.
