Default Will there be a "Russian Spring" in America?

I have been wondering about Putin's comment in his last speech "If you press the spring too hard, it will snap back. You must always remember this." This may indicate that we will be seeing more aggressive, organized, and funded separatist movements in the US. I am wondering if we will see a "Russian spring" in Alaska, particularly. It's the most logical target for a Russian organized separatist movement and they already have a separatist movement running.

There aren't enough ethnic Russians in Alaska to even warrant the reason, let alone bring it to fruition.

I did not mean actual Russians in the US rising up, but US separatists being funded by the Russians.

The Russian government isn't going to waste any money playing games with low-rent, uncommitted, undisciplined, American wannabe separatist groups (if any even exist at all) when it can just as well sit back and wait until the US Federal government becomes completely prostrate and vulnerable to foreign dictates.
