Part of the reason the jews haven't been able to censor the internet completely, is because there are countries outside of their control that people can host servers in. Like NK. If they were to push too hard, too fast, it would just drive most of the internet outside the realm of censorship. Unless they control every country in the world, they can't control the internet either.
