Mozart's 250th - "Vienna Boys Choir - A Mozart Celebration"
Watched Mozart's 250th celebrated by Vienna Boys' Choir the other night. It was really beautiful.
The conductor actually looked a bit like Alex. Bertrand de Billy (Conductor): Alex Linder: Leading a double life Alex?

Mozart the great master. I wish he could have lived to be 90 instead of passing at the young age of 35. I recently bought a box CD set of all Mozart's 41 symphonies at an Atlanta Goodwill store for only $2.
I took a music appreciation course at Georgia State University in 1985. The professor was very cool, a respected classical pianist. He pointed out that serious music like Beethoven and Mozart is remembered and appreciated 200 years later. Whereas today's pop music will soon be forgotten. Michael Jackson was the big pop music star at the time. He said in the near future people will be saying Michael who? He was right.
