Default Anti-white jew hag

I woke up a half-hour ago and just checked VNN after breakfast and saw this thread.

WWWOOOOO-HOOOOOOO!!!! YAY! YIPPEEE!!! WHOOP-WHOOP-WHOOP!

Another one brought the farm.

The illustrations are hilarious, and boy, she did look like a vulture, didn't she?
Really creeped me out.
Seeing her with the court reminded me of those fairy tales where the magicians and wise men came before the king to bless a new birth or something, and she would be there, the old witch (Jew) you dare not defy. Which was kind of what Sleeping Beauty was all about...the king forgot to invite a witch, and got cursed for it.

Trump nominate a new justice? Lots of luck with that. The dems will fight like hell... holding onto the court is greater than their abortion rights, and I fear the Donald will nominate another female jew...ah, but THIS time, a GOOD, CONSERVATIVE Jew.
Like Bush brought in Thomas to replace the token Marshall.

Like the two women on the court, now; both plain, dumpy, and sort of tweedledum and tweedledee in robes.

Josh Hawley or even that senator from Texas (Name?), the hispanic, might do, but they are gonna fight like hell. Now I have another excuse not to watch the news; mourning the vulture is all they'll talk about...fuck the virus, this is real.
I'm waiting for Schumer and Pelosi to say Trump had dare not nominate a conservative. Their claws are going to be out.

This year just gets more and more interesting, as the Chinese would say.

But she's gone...I'm playing baroque trumpet fanfares on the stereo.

Three Jewish Supreme Court justices putting a powerful stamp on US Jewry

#18: Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer & Elena Kagan

By YONAH JEREMY BOB SEPTEMBER 28, 2019 20:57

Like most of the US Jewish community, all three of the US Supreme Court’s Jewish justices are on the liberal side. But agree or disagree with their decisions, they each have their own unique character and image that have put a powerful stamp on US Jewry and Israel.

JEFF POOR 19 Sep 2020

During Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher lamented the passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and what it meant for politics amid the 2020 election cycle.

Poll: Majority Said Senate Should Hold Confirmation Hearings This Year to Fill SCOTUS Vacancy

HANNAH BLEAU 19 Sep 2020

A majority of Americans said the Senate should hold confirmation hearings in the event of a Supreme Court vacancy this year, according to a Marquette University poll released Saturday, which had been conducted prior to the news of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death.

The Marquette University poll, conducted September 8-15, among 1,523 adults nationwide, found that “a substantial majority” of respondents, or 67 percent, believe the Senate should proceed with confirmation hearings this year if a vacancy occurred. Most notably, the survey found that the majority view does not tend to vary by party affiliation.

Seventy-one percent of independents said the Senate should hold hearings in that scenario, followed by 68 percent of Republicans and 63 percent of Democrats.

Thirty-seven percent of Democrats said the Senate should not hold hearings in such a scenario, followed by 31 percent of Republicans and 28 percent of Democrats.

Rob Reiner Rages over RBG Replacement Battle: ‘This Is War. Dems Have Powerful Weapons. Now Is the Time to Use Them’

DAVID NG 19 Sep 2020

Left-wing Hollywood filmmaker Rob Reiner is declaring war on Republicans over who will replace the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. He has also accused Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of disrespecting Ginsburg by vowing to give President Trump’s nominee a floor vote in the Senate.

The Princess Bride director made the fiery comments in a tweet on Saturday morning. “Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s body isn’t even cold and Mitch McConnell is dancing on her grave,” he said. “This is war. Dems have powerful weapons. Now is the time to use them.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, first Jewish woman to serve on Supreme Court, dies at 87

BY SARAH WILDMAN SEPTEMBER 18, 2020 8:04 PM

WASHINGTON (JTA) – Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the first Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court and a tireless advocate for gender equality, has died at 87.
(...)
Four years ago, the Republican-held Senate refused to consider President Barack Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said he will attempt to fill any spots that open up on the court while President Donald Trump is in office. He repeated that pledge on Friday night following news of Ginsburg’s death.

Trump has already appointed two judges, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, during his presidential tenure.

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., the minority leader, released a statement warning McConnell to wait out the election.

“The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice,” said Schumer, who is Jewish. “Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.”
(...)
Ginsburg reportedly told her granddaughter Clara Spera in her final days: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
(...)
She won liberal acclaim by penning blistering dissents in high-profile cases concerning birth control, voter ID laws and affirmative action even as she maintained a legendary friendship with Scalia, the staunchly conservative firebrand who died in 2016.

Ginsburg was frank as well about the importance of Jewish tradition in influencing her life and career, hanging the Hebrew injunction to pursue justice on the walls of her chambers.

“I am a judge, born, raised and proud of being a Jew,” she said in an address to the American Jewish Committee following her 1993 appointment to the court. “The demand for justice runs through the entirety of Jewish history and Jewish tradition.”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Supreme Court’s Feminist Icon, Is Dead at 87

The second woman appointed to the Supreme Court, Justice Ginsburg’s pointed and powerful dissenting opinions earned her late-life rock stardom.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court and a pioneering advocate for women’s rights, who in her ninth decade became a much younger generation’s unlikely cultural icon, died on Friday at her home in Washington. She was 87.

The adulation accelerated after the election of Donald J. Trump, whom Justice Ginsburg had had the indiscretion to call “a faker” in an interview during the 2016 presidential campaign.

AOC Sounds the Alarm in Wake of Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s Death: ‘November’s About Survival’

HANNAH BLEAU 19 Sep 2020

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) offered some words of advice to concerned progressives Friday following the news of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death, stressing that a vote for Joe Biden is “not about whether you agree with him,” but about allowing democracy to “live another day”–because “November’s about survival.”

The freshman lawmaker took to Instagram after the news of Ginsburg’s passing and begged viewers to check their voter registration, all while she pitched why the upcoming election is so important.

Barack Obama Suggests Delay of Ruth Bader Ginsburg Replacement Until After Election

CHARLIE SPIERING 19 Sep 2020

Former President Barack Obama inserted himself Friday night in the political fight over former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s replacement.

After celebrating Ginsburg’s legacy, the former president reasserted in a statement that Ginsburg requested that President Donald Trump not be the one to name her replacement.

“[S]he also left instructions for how she wanted her legacy to be honored,” Obama wrote.

According to her granddaughter, Clara Spera, Ginsburg dictated to her that her “most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”

Michael Moore Calls on Americans to Get ‘Out in the Streets’ over SCOTUS Pick — Be ‘Ruthless’

Pam Key20 Sep 2020149

Liberal documentary filmmaker Michael Moore called on Americans to get “out in the streets” and protest Republican Senators possibly pushing a Supreme Court nomination before the November election following the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Sunday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Weekends.”

Moore said, “We are going to stop any effort on the part Trump, McConnell, the Republicans, to try and ram through some right-wing judge in —literally, it’s going to be in the days before the majority of Americans show up to throw Trump out of the White House. This is not going to happen. And it’s not going to not happen on its own, though. What I’m encouraging people to do this weekend is, umm, we need to be out in the streets. We need to be in front of the local offices in your states, where the U.S. senators have their local offices. We need protests out there every single day.”

Pelosi on Using Impeachment to Stop SCOTUS Nomination: ‘We Have Arrows in Our Quiver’

Pam Key 20 Sep 2020

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said on Sunday’s broadcast of ABC’s “This Week,” that Democratic lawmakers have “arrows in our quiver,” when asked if impeachment was a possibility to stop a lame-duck Supreme Court nomination should President Donald Trump lose the White House in November and the vacancy following the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has not been filled.

Anchor George Stephanopoulos said, “Let me press you though on what happens. You want people to get out and vote. And even that’s no guarantee that the White House and Senate Republicans won’t try to push through a Supreme Court nomination in a lame-duck session even if Joe Biden wins on November 3rd, even if Democrats win, pick up seats in the House, and maybe even the Senate. So what can you do then? Some have mentioned the possibility if they try to push through a nominee in a lame-duck session that you and the House can move to impeach President Trump or Attorney General Barr as a way of stalling and preventing the Senate from acting on this nomination.”

Schumer Fearmongers: New Justice Would ‘Turn Clock Back 100 Years’

ALLUM BOKHARI 21 Sep 2020

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave a fearmongering speech Sunday evening, warning that confirming a new Supreme Court justice before the election would threaten the rights of women, minorities, workers, and the climate.

At a press conference, the Senate minority leader warned the appointment of a new justice of the Supreme Court would allow “big powerful wealthy special interests to turn the clock back, 100 years even.”

The minority leader displayed an image of the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the press conference, displaying a quote from the famously progressive justice, stating her “fervent wish” is that she not be replaced until a new president is installed.

Default The courts are more powerful than Congress and the Prez-the 3 are supposed to be equal

I celebrate the death of this kike and it's about fucking time she went to hell and rotted in it. The SCOTUS members should NOT have life terms. Virginia's Supreme Court members have term limits of 12 years. This seems reasonable for the US Supreme Court as well.
