Italian populists’ European election platform: Kick Brussels

ROME — In Brussels, the campaign for next year’s European Parliament election is just getting started. In Italy, it’s already in full swing.
(...)
“The real enemies of Europe are those sealed in their Brussels palaces,” Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said Monday, referring to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Economic Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici by name.

Speaking at an event in Rome, at which he was joined by French far-right leader Marine Le Pen, Salvini described the upcoming political contest as a faceoff between austerity-imposing Eurocrats and populists focused on the needs of the electorate. Italy’s proposed budget would tackle “unemployment, poverty and unhappiness,” he said.

Salvini, who is also the leader of the far-right League, said his and Le Pen’s vision of Europe is one based on national sovereignty, compared with an EU that in its current form is built on the “negation of nations.”

“Between now and May 2019, the people of Europe will realize this,” he said.

Talentless degenerates at jewish crap magazine Charlie Hebdo mock innocent Italians and Americans killed in natural disasters

Like everybody else, I first heard about the crappy (((French))) satirical weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo in 2015 when a couple of jihadists stormed its office and killed twelve of the people who worked there:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlie_Hebdo_shooting

After the shooting I looked up some of the magazine's most "famous" cartoons, and when I saw the disgusting, poorly drawn pictures of naked men's hairy asses (which seems to be Charlie Hebdo's specialty), I thought to myself "jews have to be responsible for this", and as usual I was right because I quickly discovered that some of its most prominent members and founders, like Roland Topor and Georges Wolinski, were jews:

Quote:
Roland Topor (7 January 1938 – 16 April 1997) was a French illustrator, cartoonist, comics artist, painter, novelist, playwright, film and TV writer, filmmaker and actor,[1] known for the surreal nature of his work. He was of Polish-Jewish origin and spent the early years of his life in Savoy where his family hid him from the Nazi peril.[2]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roland_Topor

Quote:
Georges Wolinski (French: [vɔlɛ̃ski]; 28 June 1934 – 7 January 2015) was a French cartoonist and comics writer. He was killed on 7 January 2015 in a terrorist attack on Charlie Hebdo along with other staff.[2][3][4] (...) His mother was a Tunisian of Italian Jewish descent.[6][9][10]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georges_Wolinski

Jewish cartoonist Georges Wolinski among 12 dead in Paris shooting

https://www.jta.org/2015/01/07/news-...paris-shooting

If you want to know how despicable and anti-white the talentless degenerates at this jew paper are, then just look at how they mock innocent (white) people who are killed in natural disasters.

For example, here's how they depicted the August 2016 Central Italy earthquake in which 299 people were killed:

Quote:
Charlie Hebdo Italy earthquake cartoon sparks anger

Satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo has been criticised on social media for a cartoon depicting Italian earthquake victims as pasta dishes.

The cartoon which features in its current issue refers to the town of Amatrice, one of the areas hardest hit by the 6.2 magnitude earthquake last week.

Amatrice is home of spaghetti all'amatriciana, a dish with ingredients including tomato sauce, and guanciale ham.

The image shows an injured man and a woman standing next to a pile of rubble from which feet can be seen. Each of the standing figures has been named after a pasta dish.

The bandaged man is shown under the words penne tomato sauce, a woman with burns is depicted as penne gratin, and bodies lying beneath layers of rubble as lasagne all beneath the heading "Earthquake Italian style".
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-37260217

And when over 100 people died in Texas in 2017 as a result of hurricane Harvey, the scumbags at Charlie Hebdo were overjoyed because, in their view, Texans are racists who voted for Trump and therefore deserved to die in such a horrible way:

Quote:
Charlie Hebdo cover suggests Hurricane Harvey victims are neo-Nazis

(...) The newspaper's latest issue takes aim at a new target: the victims of the catastrophic Hurricane Harvey, which hit Texas on Friday, killing at least 35 people, displacing thousands and causing billions of dollars in damage.

The art on the Charlie Hebdo cover shows swastika flags and hands raised in what looks like Nazi salutes poking out above floodwaters. The text reads: "God exists! He drowned all the neo-Nazis of Texas." The illustration is an apparent reference to Texans' support of Donald Trump, who won 52.6 percent of the state's vote in the presidential election.
https://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...-a7923016.html

And when 43 people were killed when a bridge collapsed in the Italian city of Genoa in August, Charlie Hebdo mocked the victims and attacked the Italian government over its stance on rapeugees:

Quote:
Charlie Hebdo enrages Italy with cartoon about Genoa bridge collapse

French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo has once again attracted the ire of Italian politicians for its controversial take on a national tragedy.

The latest cover of the magazine features a cartoon that tenuously links Italy's migration issues with the collapse of the Morandi Bridge in northern Italy. It depicts a black worker sweeping below the remains of the collapsed motorway bridge as cars fall to the ground.

The caption reads: "Built by Italians... cleaned by migrants."
(...)
The cartoon has provoked angry reactions from several Italian politicians as the city of Genoa continues to grieve the death of 43 people who died when the Morandi Bridge collapsed on August 14th.
https://www.thelocal.it/20180824/cha...ridge-collapse

And if some of our readers think that this is okay because they support free speech, they should know that Charlie Hebdo has fired one of its cartoonists for joking about a jewish politician:

Quote:
In July 2008, Siné's column in the magazine Charlie Hebdo contained this comment on Jean Sarkozy's rumoured impending conversion to Judaism so he could marry a Jewish heiress of the wealthy Darty family, Jessica Sebaoun-Darty: "He'll go a long way in life, this lad!" [6] Sarkozy and Sebaoun-Darty married but Sarkozy has affirmed that he did not convert to Judaism. The incident led to complaints of anti-Semitism and journalist Claude Askolovitch described the comments as anti-Semitic.[5]

The magazine's editor, Philippe Val, ordered Siné to write a letter of apology or face termination. The cartoonist said he would rather "cut his own balls off", and was promptly fired. Both sides subsequently filed lawsuits, and in December 2010, Siné won a 40,000-euro court judgment against his former publisher for wrongful termination.[7]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siné

Mocking innocent white people killed in natural disasters is perfectly fine, but joking about a politician of jewish origin is unforgivable. That's jewish logic.

Thumbs down

Will Italy have the courage to pull off a brexit like England did? All I see the from the EU nowadays is another form of globalism. Nationality be damned to those crazy lefties.

Just more attempts to bully on Nations that want to be a sovereign one by the Globalists who are trying to take over the world and are succeeding unfortunately.

This tactic by the Zionists on Italy just looks like more New World Order bullshit to me. That's what the EU is trying to impose here.

I might have no Italian Roots being Irish/some English with a little German. But as any country in terms of the EU motherland Europe goes, so does the whole damn planet. This affects me like its my own country because what happens there will eventually happen everywhere else. One way or another.

No, I don´t think so. The majority of the Italian population consists of, by and large, a bunch of socialist buffoons and cowards who have wreaked their economy and bankrupted their state, they don't have the means to leave the EU, and they don't have the courage because it could threaten muh pension.

Well, yes, you're more or less right, but that doesn't change the fact that Italy is at the forefront of the fight against the satanic globalist jews who are trying to destroy the West. Let me remind our readers of some of the most important things that Salvini has said and done so far:

He has managed to block crooked jewish NGOs from dumping third-world criminals in Italy, and he has publicly called out the evil jew billionaire George Soros for financing the rapeugee invasion; he has stated that the sanctions against Russia are idiotic and harmful and should be lifted, and he supports Crimea's reunification with Russia; he has denounced the US airstrikes against Syria, and he has said that the Douma chemical attack was a false flag that was carried out by Assad's enemies.

Because of all this, the jews and their lackeys have viciously attacked him, verbally and physically. For example, Italy's major media outlets are reporting today that unidentified assailants (obviously left-wing extremists who have been brainwashed by the jewish media) threw an explosive into The League's party office in the town of Ala where Salvini was going to hold a rally. And this isn't the first time that such an attack has been carried out against his party.

But the more the jews and their lackeys attack Salvini, the more his approval ratings increase. For this reason we should all support Italy.

P.S. Thank you for that good post, Todd Fletch.

Bank chief in urgent order to Italy to STOP questioning euro as nation ‘causing damage’

Rome’s eurosceptic government needs to “calm down” over its bitter ongoing budget stand off with Brussels, Mr Draghi threatened.

Italy's populist coalition is embroiled in a war of words with European officials over Rome's plans to triple its deficit next year.

The budget plans backtrack on a previous Italian promise to narrow the spending gap, but the EU is refusing to budge.

Italian bond yields rose sharply this autumn after a senior official from one of the ruling parties argued Italy would benefit from leaving the euro.

Italy MORE Eurosceptic than Britain: Only 44% of Italians believe it's worth being in EU

TENSIONS between Italy and the EU may result in a new revolt as only 44 percent of Italian people now believe Italy has benefited from its membership to the Brussels bloc, the latest European Commission poll has revealed.

The Commission's Eurobarometer poll revealed Italy is now at bottom of the list of countries who believe the EU has been beneficial to them, preceded by the UK with 53 percent of people interviewed supporting the work on the Brussels bloc.

The poll also puts Italy at the top of the list of countries who are indecisive of whether the Brussels bloc has benefited their country at all.

The survey - conducted by the European Commission on the future European Parliament elections - was based on more than 27000 people interviewed across the entire bloc.

The Italian right-wing leader, interior minister and deputy prime minister Matteo Salvini is once again criticizing the disgraceful sanctions that the jews have managed to impose on Russia:

Quote:
Russia sanctions 'madness' says Salvini

Sanctions against Russia are "economic, social and cultural madness", Deputy Premier Matteo Salvini told Russian industrialists in Moscow on Wednesday.
(...)
Salvini also called the sanctions "an absurdity".

Asked if Italy might veto the renewal of the sanctions at the EU, Salvini said "we can only use once the trump card of the veto in Europe".
(...)
"If someone made a mistake that person will have to pay but making hundreds of millions of citizens and small and medium businessmen pay is madness, I think".

The interior minister and leader of the anti-migrant Euroskeptic League party added: "I feel at home in Russia while I don't in other European countries".

He said: "the problems of 2018 are to be solved sitting at a table and not with tanks at the borders".
http://www.ansa.it/english/news/2018...598693ef9.html

Unlike the sorry sack of shit Donald Chump, who recently said that Putin is a murderer, Salvini refuses to cuck out; he keeps opposing the jew-led smear campaign against Russia, despite the enormous pressure he's facing from international jewry.

This is Donald Chump:

And this is Matteo Salvini:

The text on the T-shirts means "No to sanctions against Russia."

Italy risks clash with Britain and EU as it threatens to veto renewal of Russia sanctions

Italy put itself on a collision course with Britain and much of the EU on Wednesday after threatening to veto the renewal of sanctions against Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

During a visit to Moscow, Matteo Salvini, Italy’s staunchly pro-Moscow deputy prime minister, said that Rome might block the renewal of sanctions that have been in place since 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea.

The sanctions, which include the freezing of assets of individuals, an embargo on the export of weapons and financial restrictions, are due to expire in January.

Mr Salvini described sanctions against Russia “economic, social and cultural madness” and “an absurdity” that had cost Italian businesses “billions of euros”.

“If we are asked to confirm (the sanctions), we will say no,” Mr Salvini told a conference of business leaders in Moscow.

Asked if the coalition government, which came to power in June, might veto the renewal of EU sanctions, Mr Salvini said: “We can only use the trump card of the veto once in Europe.”

Italian coalition declares end to internal fight over budget

Italy’s governing partners, the 5Star Movement and the League, declared an end to their fight over the draft budget on Saturday following an emergency meeting.

“We have approved the fiscal decree in its definitive draft, we have reached a full deal,” Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte told a joint press conference with Economic Development Minister Luigi Di Maio, who is the leader of the 5Stars, and Matteo Salvini, the interior minister and leader of the far-right League.

Salvini’s populism on the march as EU-backing north Italy turns on Brussels

ITALY’S eurosceptic leader Matteo Salvini frightened EU chiefs today as his Lega party took a huge chunk of the vote in Alto Adige - a traditionally EU-backing area on the border with Germany.

Although Lega did not win outright, their seizing of 11 percent of the vote – against barely 2.5 percent five years ago – was being seen as a victory for Salvini’s tough line on immigration.

The latest round of local elections in Italy saw citizens electing the regional government of Alto Adige and the representatives of some councils, including Bolzano, one of the region’s major cities.

Traditionally this part German-speaking area votes with the centrist and pro-German SVP Sudtiroler Volkspartei and the party did win just under 50 percent of the vote.

Lega were beaten into third place behind Team Kollensperger, which obtained 15,2 percent – but the vote was still being seen as hugely significant.

Lega’s result was even more surprising in the South Tyrol capital Bolzano where it swept the board.

The anti-immigration group gathered 27.8 percent of the votes in the city, where 47,000 people out of 520,000 are immigrants coming mostly from other European countries.

Mr Salvini hailed the result, branding the exit polls “incredible”.

“Italians don’t listen to big professors, big newspapers, critics and European bureaucrats, they ask Lega to carry on with its policies - and with even more strength.

'Italy deserves RESPECT' Italian MEP tramples Commission papers with 'Made in Italy' SHOE

ITALIAN MEP Angelo Ciocca made a powerful statement in Strasbourg as he stamped his "Made in Italy" shoe on the European Commission's rejection of Italy's budget plan on Tuesday.

The Lega MEP posted the video to his Twitter claiming Italy "deserves respect" and branding EU officials "imbeciles" following the European Commission's decision to reject the budget plan proposed by the eurosceptic Government.

Mr Ciocca wrote: “In Strasbourg, I trampled - with a sole Made in Italy - the mountain of lies that (((Moscovici))) has written against our country!!!

Jewish EU bigwig Pierre Moscovici is kvetching again:

Quote:

Pierre Moscovici: MEP’s shoe stunt is ‘grotesque’

An MEP who banged his “Made in Italy” shoe on top of a stack of papers in the European Parliament isn’t funny because the episode could be the beginning of the road to fascism, European Commissioner Pierre Moscovici warned Wednesday.

Italian MEP Angelo Ciocca, from the far-right League party, stormed to the front of the room at the end of Tuesday’s press conference, snatched the commissioner’s papers, took off his shoe and pounded them with it. Ciocca posted a video of the incident to Twitter, underlining the shoe’s provenance. “In Strasbourg, I trampled — with a sole Made in Italy — the mountain of lies that Moscovici has written against our country,” he wrote, before going on to brand EU officials “imbeciles” and adding “Italy deserves RESPECT.”

Responding to the incident on Wednesday, Moscovici tweeted: “The episode of the ‘shoe made in Italy’ is grotesque. At first we smile and banalize because it’s ridiculous, then we get used to a dull symbolic violence, and one day we wake up with fascism. Stay alert! Democracy is a fragile treasure.”
https://www.politico.eu/article/pier...-is-grotesque/

No, Mr. Moscovici, the only thing that's grotesque here is the fact that you and your beloved Jewropean Jewnion support the third-world savages that are beating, robbing, raping and murdering Europeans every day.

Russian, Italy vow to expand ties despite EU sanctions

MOSCOW (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte pledged Wednesday to boost economic ties between their countries despite European Union sanctions against Russia. They also agreed to pool efforts to help settle the political crisis in Libya.

Making his first trip to Russia since taking office in June, Conte hailed the country as an essential global player and invited Putin to visit Italy in the near future. He said he hoped Moscow would participate in a conference on Libya taking place next month.

The Italian premier said the split between the European Union and Russia over the Ukrainian crisis had lasted too long, adding that Italy hopes to convince its EU partners about the need for dialogue.

“For Italy, the sanctions aren’t the goal, they are an instrument that would be better left behind,” said Conte, who was a law professor before he became the consensus prime minister pick of the populist coalition now governing Italy.

Italian Interior Minister prepares legislature for self-defence: “No trial for those who defend their property”

Italy’s most popular politician revealed on FaceBook that he is now preparing new legislation about self-defence in Italy.

In July, Interior Minister Salvini announced on Twitter that he would be looking at reforming the self-defence laws to allow homeowners to confront intruders and defend themselves with firearms if need be. “A new law that allows the legitimate defence of decent people in their homes is our priority,” Salvini said.
(...)
Matteo said: “If a burglar breaks into your house, your property or your shop, you will have the right to defend yourself and your property, while the perpetrator and his relatives won’t have the right to claim for compensation not even a single euro.

In addition you don’t have to go on a trial for years, and you won’t have to pay for anything. The state will cover the costs of those who have defended their lives…”

The bill was approved a couple of days ago, but it's difficult to find English-language mainstream media articles about it. (In Italy it was a front-page news story.)

Italy is ‘going straight into a WALL’: Eurozone on alert as RECESSION warning sounded

ITALY is teetering on the brink of a catastrophic recession which could send shockwaves across the rest of Europe and threatens to wreck the entire eurozone economy, senior bankers have warned.

The cash-strapped country also faces a major credit crunch thanks to the EU's rejection of its budget proposals and fears the knock-on effects could be devastating are growing.

Lorenzo Bini-Smaghi, chairman of Societe Generale and a former member of the ECB board, said events were repeating the onset of the eurozone debt crisis in 2011 when surging bond yields caused a contraction in credit.

He said: “Italy is going straight into a wall.

“The economy risks tipping into recession in the fourth quarter.

Ready to go to Brazil to get Battisti – Salvini

ANSA) - Rome, October 29 - Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said Monday he was ready to go to Brazil and get former leftist terrorist Cesare Battisti if new President Jair Bolsonaro decides to extradite him to Italy as promised.

"I can't wait to meet new president Bolsonaro," said Salvini, adding "I will be happy to got personally to Brazil also to go and get leftist terrorist Cesare Battisti and bring him back to Italian jails".

Bolsonaro's son earlier on Monday suggested that the government is set to keep a promise to extradite Battisti. "The gift is coming! Thanks for the support, the right is becoming stronger," Eduardo Bolsonaro, a federal deputy, said in response to a tweet by Salvini congratulating Bolsonaro senior on his election victory.

Justice Minister Alfonso Bonafede said Monday that Battisti must return to Italy.

With Bolsonaro win, noose tightens around Italian ‘red terrorist’ Battisti

The fate of former Italian leftist militant Cesare Battisti, whose decades-long life on the run has strained Italy’s relations with France and Brazil, is set to be a test case for Brazilian institutions under new far-right president Jair Bolsonaro.

“I’ll come get him in person.” Matteo Salvini, Italy’s firebrand interior minister and deputy PM, now has two good reasons to visit Brazil. One is to congratulate his soulmate Jair Bolsonaro on his momentous election win. The other is to fetch the fugitive Italian “red terrorist” who has been living there for the past 14 years.

The fugitive is Cesare Battisti, a 63-year-old leftist militant-turned-novelist, who has been convicted in absentia of taking part in four murders in Italy in the 1970s, on charges he has always denied.

Italy has repeatedly sought his extradition, fuming at the protection afforded to Battisti by Brazil’s former leftwing president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and then confirmed by the country’s Supreme Court. But Lula is now himself in jail on corruption charges, and Brazil’s new president-elect has vowed to extradite Battisti, “beloved of Brazil’s left”, as a gift to Italy.

Analysis: Is the party over for Five Star's leader?

(...) One month ago, the leader of the anti-establishment Five Star Movement (M5S) took to the balcony of the seat of government to cry victory over a budget drawn up with his unlikely coalition partner, the far-right League.

He toasted the win with a party for his team on a boat on Rome's Tevere, or Tiber, river.
Yet this weekend, furious M5S voters were burning the movement's flag over broken electoral promises.

Di Maio's difficulties are thrown into sharp relief by the success of his co-deputy prime minister, League head Matteo Salvini, a far more experienced politician with a savvy social media team and a fondness for whipping up racial intolerance.

Salvini, 45, is the uncontested head of a united party, while Di Maio, 32, is struggling to keep rebellious factions in line. Under the movement's rules, this is also the last term he can serve, rendering him a de facto lame-duck leader.
