This is the type of great ammo to use on our conservative friends.
Most conservatives cling to the notion that the US is ultimately governed by the Consitution. I know that I believed that (for the most part anyway) until about 20 years ago. Disproving this myth is getting easier and easier. The Charlottesville nigger piglice chief's brazen disregard for the right to peacably assemble (1st amendment) is just one more example of how the Bill or Rights exists only on paper. Quote:
The notion that Amendment 1 still exists in a meaningful way can only be held by the blindest of the blind. Quote:

Seizing assets and property under provisions of the evil Patriot Act and many drug laws has made property theft (cash and real) easy as pie for governmental agencies. Get on an airplane with over $10,000 in cash and check this out if you don't believe this. Trust me, you will if you do it more than once. Carrying that amount of cash on one's person is viewed as de facto criminal by so-called law enforcement. They brazenly steal money under these bullshit statutes. Note: not my personal experience, but the experience of a close friend and another acquaintance. Cops pull people over for no cause or fabricated nonsense (license plate light out, "improper use of lanes", etc.) all the time. They are essentially completely without limitation in detaining people who are in motor vehicles. The concept of driving as a "privilege and not a right" is the bullshit smokescreen often used to defend the gutting of Amendment IV with respect to drivers. Quote:
It's so easy to dismiss the farcical notion that the US is governed by Consititutonal law. Last edited by Joe from OH; December 2nd, 2017 at 09:54 AM. |

The truth comes out, but too late
How convenient that this report came out almost one month after the election, helping to give the party responsible for this debacle the governor's mansion and near control of the House of Delegates.

This is why cities suck so bad.
Police chiefs are appointed by the city council. |
