Default Colleges, so called

[Would you take out tens of thousands in loans to pay your worst enemy to brainwash your children? If you're like most middle-class Americans, the answer is "Yes." Where's the scam in 'a college education,' perhaps the holiest words in America this side of Jaysus and democracy? For starters, assimilate this: only ten to fifteen percent of the population is intellectually capable of handling truly college-level material. Yet fifty percent of traditionally college-aged students attend college. Meaning that the vast bulk of institutions out there are so many high schools and even junior highs masqueradings as universities. Then there's the question of who is teaching whom what. The answer is that, essentially, marxist jews are teaching the children of naive Whites. Whites who don't know any better. Finally there's the question of funding. Few Whites or their parents have the money to pay the tens of thousands it often costs for a single year of college. So they take out loans. They go into debt, believing the Big Lie that college degree equates to millions in extra income over the course of a lifetime, a lie that never goes out of circulation in the controlled media. The fact is that a kid who went to work at 16 and worked steadily until he was 26, saving money the whole time, would come out with hundreds of thousands in the bank, as opposed to his peer with a semi-useless college and grad degree, who starts "real" life tens of thousands in debt. Little hint, lemmings: if you're going tens of thousands of dollars into debt for something, you'd better ask real, real hard questions about what you get on the back end. And what you'll find is that very few colleges, degrees, or programs are worth that kind of money. I mean, you can work at Starbucks (don't, it's a jew-owned chain) without a degree in communications from Erie State.]

Higher-Ed Revolution

The vast, and vastly expensive, college and university sector is in trouble, though the WaPo doesn't put it like that. Starting with the GI Bill, the federal government has heavily subsidized and controlled higher education, leading to far too many students and professors, and a radical decline in the average intellectual quality of both. Then there is the effect of unrelenting official PC. Feminism, for example, has led to a boy shortage. They comprise about 42% of the average campus, though that is almost never discussed. Outside of certain professional areas and the hard sciences, why should middle-class parents pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to send a boy to four years of dumbed down official indoctrination that tells him he's the scum of the earth? It doesn't even pay off in lifetime earnings, despite the propaganda.

Then there is another problem. The whole apparatus is based today on student loans, but with the credit crunch, they could dry up. No more repackaging and selling them as securities! Of course, the Fed can just print the money, but there is a cost to that, and the banks and Wall Street and the merchants of death are in line first. A huge state university of, say, 25,000 students could shrink by half or two-thirds in a depression.

Despite federal distortions, there is a demand for real education, but it will increasingly take place outside the federalized, elephantized official system: in institutions like the Mises Institute.

Robert Bruce @ 10

You are right about the skyrocketing tuition. Some of my students tell me that when they graduate, they will have a six-figure debt to pay off. SIX FIGURES! That would have been inconceivable in my day.

But the fact that white males have to put up with routine denigration and contempt while going to college is outrageous. Yes, of course, if you have to get through with your education, you just grit your teeth and bear it. But that doesn’t make it any less outrageous.

The most promising and intelligent student I ever had the honor to teach told me last year that he was changing his major from the humanities to mathematics. When I asked why, he just said “Politics.” I pressed him further. He said “There’s no way one can get through a literature or a philosophy or a history class without discussion. And discussion leads to vicious arguments with the professor and other students. And that leads to bad grades, no matter how well you write.”

A lot of other white male students of right-wing opinions, not as versatile or articulate as this student, simply give up. And if you think this isn’t part of a deliberate gentlemen’s agreement among the left-liberal faculty, think harder. They hate these students, and want them out.

@10 Robert

My son worked his tail off in high school to get into engineering school but was passed over so more minorities with lower grades could get in — it makes the stats look good. He also could not face the demoralizing prospect of having to sit through 20 credits of liberal arts courses regurgitating political correctness to dull-witted professors who delight in passing out failing grades to freethinkers who don’t toe the progressive line.

He also told me that getting a degree so he could spend 40 years in a cubicle sucking up to some lame-brained boss (probably female) seemed more like death than life. He graduates from Fort Jackson this Friday.

On the discussion of white males and education:

The high costs are the same for females, so I think their must be political and cultural reasons for the decline of males in college. The most likely cause is feminism, but this begins long before college. The feminist, new historicist theories trickle all the way down to kindergarten. Grade school and high school teachers might not even be concious of it, but all their training in education is geared toward feminizing males. Unless one can find a good Christian or Liberal Arts college (do they still exist?), I would seriously consider homeschooling, teaching your son a trade (if possible), and unless your son is gifted in math and science, explore any and all alternatives to college. I realize it is a tough row to hoe without a degree, but it can’t be overstated how demoralizing college can be to anyone who resists the educational establishment. It can also seriously stunt learning and character. I am a “young white male,” one semester away from graduating, and I’m very seriously considering skipping that semester to take a farm apprenticeship. I’d rather scoop horse #@$% than listen to one more lecture on “queer theory.” To answer one of the above questions, yes, I think it is anger and frustration that keeps males from continuing in college.

From my college experience, I wouldn't send my kid to my alma mater, even though it was rated number 8 or 9 in the country. Didn't learn anything of merit, they filled up the central curriculum with some nigger Latino post-colonialist bullshit, niggers with frizzy hair would be protesting every day on campus about there not being enough nigger art or literature to warrant study, every other professor is a kike or feminist, the others being mystery meats or married to kikes, 90% of the student body is non-white or Jewish, the library was filled with dinks 24/7, the alcoholism and nigger-worship was pronounced, half the white men there were in relationships with gooks, and pretty much everyone I knew was half-Jewish, and the only anti-semites I knew there were Iranian.

I'm on my third semester, and I've only ran into a problem with frustration once. It was a few semesters ago, and a Jew queer and someone of unknown mixed races were discussing what America was, and they were going on about the influences of Native American culture in American culture. They were going on about how it's more important than the influences of European culture (!). I interrupted them, seething but I managed to pass that off as laughter, and asked them to name one instance of Native American culture in American culture. They drew up blanks. The Queerish Jew tried to cover his ass by rambling me some bullshit, making abstract references to maize. I just kept asking "Name a Native American influence on American culture". I ran with "maize" and pointed out how Europeans were farming for 10,000 years and how maize is just another one of the hundreds of crops introduced to Europeans from the outside, and how that's really not "culture". I then proceeded to rant like a professional wrestler about how America was an extension of Europe, and how it's always been seen as that until recently. The Spiciggerink or whatever it was chimed in about state names such as the Dakotas, but I countered his argument easily by saying that the original 13 colonies had not one name named after an Indian tribe, and again, the name of a state has nothing to do with culture.

The irony about that is that tobacco smoking would be an instance of Native American culture infused into American culture, but I'm sure those liberal fucktards would never want to bring that up. I was waiting for someone to mention that in the class, so I can proceed to rant about how many Americans smoking kills per year.

Long story short, if you're not articulate or learned enough to debate your opinions, then you will get frustrated in anything. Trust me, these liberals and even the professors aren't as well learned historically as the average awakened White Man. Put them in their goddamn place; you're certainly capable of. If you're worried about your grades because you need that 4.0, well, then keep your mouth shut until you get into medical school, or talk to other students or look at ratemyprofessor to avoid professors that give you bad grades for disagreeing with their opinions. There's this one horrible kike lady in my school that everyone says to avoid, because if you disagree with say, abortion (the area I'm in is quite conservative), she'll tell you off and insult you, so it's safe to assume that she won't be giving you a good grade, even if you deserve one.

The most enthusiastic supporters of mass 3rd world immigration, multiculturalism, and other PC ideologies are always the most highly educated. These are the ones most likely to throw around accusations of "racism" and "bigotry" every time they hear some remark that ruffles their delicate liberal sensibilities.

This is not because they are necessarily more intelligent or supposedly have superior critical thinking abilities (they aren't and they don't); this is because our colleges and universities, the so-called institutions of higher learning, are little more than state-funded indoctrination centers.

The purpose behind democratizing education is not to raise the collective intelligence of a society; instead, democratization has the opposite effect, debasing the quality of education in order to increase enrollment. The driving force behind the democratization of education is the idea of cultivating the global citizen of a globalized world, a world without racial or national identities. By brainwashing as many students as possible and dumbing down the curriculum as much as possible, the new global citizen is created: large numbers of mindless, raceless peons in the service of the NWO.

The students of the universities and colleges are to serve as the "dictatorship" of a new proletariat, who will lead the masses onward, toward the glorious future of a homogenized world which uses the "racial democracy" of Brazil as the template of the NWO. The socialist policies of the future will not depend on nationalization or central planning for their implementation, because these can be more efficiently implemented through the operation of the market.

For the transnational elite, it is important that all students be brainwashed in this state multicultural ideology. After all, the students are the leaders of tomorrow, who will eventually take their place as the dull bureaucrats of an increasingly centralized police state.

The powers that be have set up a closed shop; only certain ideas need apply. The others are shunned as hate. If they find our you're a hater, you won't be admitted. I could write a million words, already have in fact, but best is to sum it up by saying we're living in a new dark age. When the guy who discovered DNA has to resign because he mentioned blacks are less intelligent than whites - what can top that? What else need be said? While there are quality professors in less political fields, academia as a whole has been captured by the marxist jews, and anyone who won't play ball with them is shut out of the picture. This has nearly incalculable bang-on effects for the entire culture, as all the idea trades come out of these colleges. All the teachers, journalists, writers, authors, editors, tv producers - they all come out of this poisoned milieu. The cultural loss cannot be calculated, it's too large. There is no way to reform the system because it is tied into the state and the military. All one can do is wait for the state to collapse, and, in the meantime, make private efforts.

Whites need to decide whether they have a race and culture worth preserving. If they do, then they need to come up with an Aryan University, with standards and a symbol. A committee can decide which institutions, works, people merit the right to use the symbol. It goes without saying, but doesn't, that no jews can be involved in this project in any way, as it will be the hooknose under the tent, and sooner or later the entire jew will get in there and recreate what he's done with the American university system.

The best thing for the White cause to do is not try to reform the existing system but go its own way; not try to save the race, but offer whites who dislike things as they are an alternative. Of course, it's not that simple. If we left it there, we would be like the puling conservatives who tell us to blame ourselves. Our enemy will not let us go our own way, he will try to squash whatever we are doing, whether our actions aim directly at his control, or simply offer an alternative to his anti-white 'diversity' and 'multiculturalism.'

Public education was conceived as a way to make free men tools of the state. That's its origin. It has nothing to do with helping students or developing minds. In a memorable sense, all public education systems are Cuban. They want universal literacy, but only to a level, and only so that all citizens can absorb propaganda. The ignorant, illiterate man is not half as easily propagandized as the reader. As Ellul has said, it's not enough to read - you have to think about what you read. The public school only wants you to be able to read. Not to read too well, or with too much interest. Just enough so you can scan the menu at McDonalds and read the shit in the four-grade-level newspaper. Schools only teach one lesson: obey authority. The state is that authority.

That doesn't make sense. The market is about individual players making decisions undictated by a central board. Today in the US, the government has taken over 1/6th of the economy, ie health care. The last thing the left wants is a smaller central government, and the right is hardly better.

The jews have tried to create, via laws and social pressure, a world in which everyone supports their agenda, and if you don't, be prepared to be called a hater and harassed in various ways. They've marked off certain fields as legitimate - sports watching, consuming, sex - and others as illegitimate - nationalism, adult decision-making in private life, patriarchal families, manliness.

That's true. This superelite, as one writer had it, is about 6,000 people, from about 40 global colleges and universities. The people you're describing are the right half of the bell curve. They're smarter than average, they've been to college. They've been steeped in the agenda. They are to be the technocrats and 'change agents' making the vision become real. Most of them thinkingly or unthinkingly go along with what some vague power has impressed on them is their duty to believe and carry out. But some resist. Many more sense what we're talking about, without understanding the mechanism. I mean, anyone can see that importing Somalis to Denmark or Ohio is a very bad idea. We Whites, we nationalists, can explain to those people precisely why it's happening, and whose agenda it serves.

I wasn't referring to a free market, but a heavily regulated market, where revenue generated from corporate and progressive taxation is redistributed to fund universally accessible health care, education, and child care, guaranteed basic income for everyone and other socialist or socialist-inspired policies. Using the market to fund socialist policies is more effective than central planning, which is why there will never be a resurgence of the old Marxist-Leninist economics, at least not for globalists anyway. Needless to say, even this is unsustainable in the long-run.

I agree with everything else you said.
