Arrow New Research Indicates Minnesota Runestone Is A Genuine Medieval Artifact

Did Europeans explore the North American interior some 130 years before Columbus?

An interesting video report and radio interview to contemplate on David Duke's site:

I am playing devil's advocate here, but wasn't the stae of minnesota populated by scandinavian immigrants in the 19th century. Is there a possibility that the Rune stone was taken by them in this era.

You have to be a little skeptical, the Kensington Runestone's authenticity has gone back and forth several times since it was discovered, and it was found by Olof Ohman, a Swede.

However Wolter's video report is convincing -

I've been reading up on Greenland history, Europeans lived on the island for over 400 years before abandoning it, sending a Norse expedition or two over to America by the 1300s just doesn't seem that far out to me.
