Prokhorov, Mikhail Dmitrievitch . multibillionaire ($13B as of 2013) of Jewish-Russian-Osetian origin, jew by mother's side [...] politician, and owner of the American basketball team the Brooklyn Nets, and different nickel and gold producing factories in Russia. He is well known for his contempt towards workers and awful working conditions in his factories. On decent terms with Kremlin.

Rottenberg, Arkadiy (and his brother Boris). Jewish billionaire ($3.3B as of 2013, and $1.4B for Boris Rotenberg) and one of the richest men in Russia, personal friend of Putin, his former judo training partner. The huge capital he earned through personal acquaintance with V. Putin, last years he got practically unrestricted flow of budget money.

Shvidler, Eugene. Another Jewish billionaire ($1.3B as of 2013), natural resources tycoon, friend and partner of Abramovich. Together with Abramovich holds stakes in Evraz group - one of the biggest natural resource companies in Russia.

Lavrov was born in Moscow to an Armenian father from Tbilisi and Russian mother from Georgia. Was (is?) considered top aide to Vladimir Putin. Also, Surkov is widely considered to have inspired creation of some youth pro-government political movements, including Nashi. He met with their leaders and participants several times and gave them lectures on the political situation. More info about "Nashi", the self-described "youth democratic anti-fascist movement": NASHI: pro-multiculti, neo-sovietist, "anti-fascist" government-run movement.

A person of big influence in many administrations over a long period of time, that represents Yeltsin - Putin - Medvedev continuity of the regime.

As a half-Chechen, enjoys nice and cozy relationship with Muslims and Chechens, such as president of Chechnya - Ramzan Kadyrov (about Kadyrov - see the corresponding post in this thread ). Surkov's (Aslambek Dudaev's) status in Putin's administration as well as ties with Chechens allow one to speculate that he might be the broker and the engineer behind Betrayal of ethnic Russians (Slavs) in Chechnya, as well as the current privileged status of Chechnya and Muslims in Russian Federation.

An interesting fact about "Surkov" is that, before joining Putin's team, he was a top manager at Alfa Bank - known as the largest private bank of Russia, founded and still owned by Jewish bankers-oligarchs Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven and German Khan (who also happen to be founders of Russian Jewish Congress and Genesis Philanthropy Fund or Jewish causes). Connections between Alfa Bank, Putin and "Surkov" are best documented, with all proof-links, in the post about Aven, Pyotr.

Note about appearance: while both Surkov (Aslambek Dudaev) and Kadyrov may appear relatively light skinned for Chechens (with, perhaps, minor "off" facial traits), it's their cultural-racial loyalties, through mixed blood with specific tribe, and attitude to White Slavs, Islam, immigration and multi-culti that matter (similar to the case with many "White-looking" Jews).

"Surkov" apparently came into Putin's administration via the latter's "fruitful contacts" with Alfa Bank/Alfa Group.

Fridman and Khan are co-founders and "leading members" of Russian Jewish Congress, and support various Jewish communities and activities across Russia, former Soviet union and beyond. Fridman is usually in the top 3-5 richest billionaires and often comes close to the very top of the Forbes listings. In 2016 he was No. 2 richest man in Russia, with net worth estimated at $14.2 billion (according to Forbes lists). "Surkov's" current level of connection to these people, after so many years, can only be speculated about. It's not something that would be telegraphed via the media. But it seems a safe assumption that, at the very least, it can be quite helpful to have a grateful protege, who started his spectacular career in your company, as Kremlin's "top aide and strategist". Connection to the Russia-Ukraine conflict (2014-...)
and allegations of controlling "pro-Russia" groups and unrest in Ukraine in 2014-... and, possibly, long before that.

It's widely believed, across many different factions in Ukraine and Russia (pro/anti Ukraine etc) that "Surkov" was heavily involved in this conflict and also managing "pro Russia political forces" in Ukraine long before the 2014-... conflict, as a sort of Kremlin's "shadowy point man on Ukraine issues". For example, he is frequently described in that way by Igor Girkin / "Strelkov", famous anti-Ukraine militant commander in 2014.

But I can notice the missing here of one man, perhaps the most important politic and "religious leader" in modern Russia - Rabbi Shlomo Dovber Pinchas Lazar, better known as Berel Lazar, (born 1964) is an Orthodox, Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidic rabbi. He is presently Chief Rabbi of Russia, and chairman of the Federation of Jewish Communities. In September 2005 Lazar became a member of the Public Chamber of Russia.

A native of Milan, Italy, Rabbi Lazar was born in 1964 to parents who were among the first emissaries of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. Until the age of 15, he studied in Milan’s Merkaz Jewish Day School. According to many analytics, FJCR structure was created as counterbalance to the Russian Jewish Congress (headed by Vladimir Gusinsky) and CJROAR (chief Rabbi — Adolf Shayevich). In the same month Berel Lazar had his first meeting with Vladimir Putin.

According to both the Russian government and the Federation of Jewish Communities he is the Chief Rabbi of Russia.

In 2004, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an edict to honor him with the Order of Friendship. This award is being presented for the contribution made by Rabbi Lazar to developing culture and strengthening friendship between nations within Russia.[1] In December 2004, he was honored with a national public award, the 'Minin and Pozharsky' Order "for his great personal contribution to strengthening the moral and cultural fabric of the Russian State and for reviving spiritual life and religious freedom in the country".[1] In June 2005, he was awarded the Medal "60 Years of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945". He received the medal during the 19th session of the Russian 'Pobeda' (Victory) Organizational Committee.[1] In September 2005, he received the 'Peter the Great' First Class Order. The diploma attached to the Order explains that the Chief Rabbi was honored with this award "considering his activities in advancing inter-ethnic and inter-religious relations, and his great contribution to the spiritual rebirth of Russia’s Jewish community and to strengthening Russian state".[1]
At the sixtieth anniversary commemoration of the liberation of Auschwitz at the concentration camp, Putin gave a speech. His speech was followed by Lazar awarding Putin the so-called Salvation medal as a symbol of "the Jewish people's gratitude" to Russia for liberating the camp.
