Mesić takes fresh jab at Dodik

26 November 2009 | 11:03 | Source: FoNet, Beta

BERLIN -- Croatian President Stjepan Mesić has accused Republic of Srpska (RS) Premier Milorad Dodik of "working to destabilize Bosnia-Herzegovina".

RS and the Muslim-Croat Federation are the two entities of the post-war Bosnia.

Mesić was speaking in Berlin when he stated that "Europe must allow the high representative in Bosnia to eliminate from politics those who do not recognize and are breaking up Bosnia-Herzegovina, because that stands in the way of stabilization and European orientation of our region."

He went on to say that Dodik is "continuing the policy of Slobodan Milošević, but now in a different way".

According to Mesić, that policy is "no longer conducted using tanks, cannons and Srebrenica", but by "not recognizing and breaking up Bosnia-Herzegovina, and the result could be the same".

Mesić also stated that Croatia and Bosnia "must solve the issue of an agreement that would enable for extraditions of convicted persons".

The Croatian president was meeting with his German counterpart Horst Kohler, news agencies reported, and they discussed strengthening of economic cooperation, and the situation in the Balkan region, "especially in Bosnia".

BH isnt even a real country.

Instead of working to carve out a Croatian entity in Bosnia, this ZOG stooge, under orders of his masters in the US/EU attacks the Bosnian Serb Republic and calls for more centralization {muslim domination}. He will gladly sacrifice his own people, the Bosnian Croats, if it will mean destroying the RS.

Stipe Mesic

This man is not good for Bosnian Croats, regardless of the fact that he hates Serbs.

Just to make it clear, I don't view Serbian president and jew Boris Tadic as any better.

RS premier meets with NIS CEO

27 November 2009 | 15:41 | Source: Beta

BANJA LUKA -- Republic of Srpska (RS) Premier Milorad Dodik met with NIS CEO Kirill Kravchenko in Banja Luka on Thursday.

They discussed the possibilities for NIS to make investments in the Serb entity of Bosnia-Herzegovina, according to a statement from the meeting.

The RS government said that Kravchenko expressed interest of the Serbian Oil Industry (NIS) in investing in the RS energy sector, while the government said it would provide all available assistance to the Russo-Serbian company.

Dodik and Kravchenko also agreed to "consider all possibilities to make that cooperation concrete" in the coming period.

Russia's oil and gas giant Gazrpom owns 51 percent of NIS, while the remaining 49 percent are held by the Serbian government.

Speaking of jew Boris Tadic

Quote:
Bosnia breakup against Serbia interests

Nov 27, 2009

Serbian President Boris Tadic says that any eventual break up of Bosnia is against Serbia’s interest.

“No one can divide Bosnia because that is not advantageous for any country in the region and not just for the people in Bosnia themselves. That [division] is against Serbia’s national interests,” said President Tadic.

Tadic’s comments come after Croatia has accused Milorad Dodik, Bosnian Serb Republic Prime Minister, of following Milosevic policies.

“That policy is not led with tanks, cannons or Srebrenica but by not recognizing and breaking up Bosnia and the results can be the same,” said Croatian President Mesic.

Mesic told German President that people like Dodik must be removed from politics.

Dodik is a democratically elected official.

“Milorad Dodik is a responsible man and he knows very well not to pull moves that are against the Serbian interests,” said Tadic.

Tadic said that Bosnian sovereignty and integrity is important to Serbia and vowed to defend it.

“Serbia will not act in any way to endanger integrity of any country in the region, because with that it defends its own integrity and regional stability and security,” said Tadic.

Tadic expressed readiness to talk to Mesic, or any future president of Croatia, at any time.

NATO chief has said that Bosnia must reform if it wants to join EU. As part of the reform, Bosnian Muslims demand an elimination of the Serb Republic and establishment of their own domination over Christians in the state.

Bosnian Muslim spiritual leader, Mustafa Ceric, has called on Turkey to take a larger role in Balkan affairs because, Ceric says, Turkey kept the region “stable for 500 years and it has experience at that”.

Turkey’s 500-year old domination of the Balkans is viewed as slavery by the Christian nations that were held captives by the Turkish Islamic Caliphate.

Beheadings, slaughter, enslavement, abduction and sale of Christian women were common while Turkish state forcefully took the youngest sons among Christians to build its military force.

Bosnian Muslims considered themselves citizens of Turkey, and only after WWII they changed their reference from a Turk to a Bosnian Muslim.

“We [Muslims] will not tolerate injustice, state business cannot ot be conducted without us and our rights must be respected,” said Ceric.

Ceric accused Bosnian Muslim leadership of greed saying it is “incapable of exiting out of its narrow, small world and small interests”.

Previous Bosnian Muslim leader, Alija Izetbegovic, who placed Ceric as the spiritual leader, was instrumental in bringing al-Qaeda into Europe.

Mesic is in full attack mode lately, backed by the EU of course.

“Serbia’s suspicious policies towards Bosnia”

29 November 2009 | 09:47 | Source: Beta

ZAGREB -- Croatian President Stjepan Mesić said that Serbia is leading “suspicious policies towards Bosnia-Herzegovina.”

He said that he does not know why Serbian President Boris Tadić got mad at him after he said that Republic of Srpska Prime Minister Milorad Dodik is trying to break apart Bosnia-Herzegovina.

“I don’t think there is any reason for Tadić to be mad at me, I only gave my opinion,” Mesić said.

Mesić said that in Serbia “war criminal Biljana Plavšić is welcomed like Joan of Arc, they send an airplane for her and start thinking of positions for her to fill in RS,” and everyone in Serbia claims that they support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the world believes them.

“If Dodik does not recognize Bosnia-Herzegovina and says that a referendum will solve the problem of leaving Bosnia-Herzegovina, and he is welcomed in Serbia with high honors, those are suspicious policies for me,” Mesić said, once again accusing Dodik of leading policies that aim to break apart the country, and comparing his policies to those of Slobodan Milošević.

Mesić said that such policies “can lead to new instability and conflicts” which will have no end, and warned that the RS used to be made up of 48 percent Croats and Bosniaks, and that the number of Croats that lives there has decreased from 220,000 to about 10,000.

Mesić: RS problem in relations with Serbia
6 December 2009 | 13:44 | Source: B92

ZAGREB, BELGRADE -- Croatian President Stjepan Mesić said that the question of the Republic of Srpska (RS) is another factor affecting relations with Serbia negatively.

Stjepan Mesić (FoNet archive)

He accused RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik once again of wanting to breakup Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Mesić told B92 that Dodik is threatening with the idea of a new referendum “which would mean that Bosnia-Herzegovina would cease to exist."

“If the Republic of Srpska separates from Bosnia-Herzegovina, then the so-called Croatian republic would separate as well. And that part would then join Croatia,” Mesić said.

“What would be left is a small Islamic country which would be surrounded by enemies. Some people in Belgrade just cannot understand this,” he said.

“I expect from Belgrade officials is to make the same first step that I made. I told Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina—your country is Bosnia-Herzegovina, your capital city is Sarajevo; create your politics in Bosnia-Herzegovina. This message has not been sent to Serbs from Belgrade yet, we have not heard—Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina, not the entity, but Bosnia-Herzegovina, your homeland is Bosnia-Herzegovina, your capital city is Sarajevo; create your politics with the other two groups of people in Sarajevo,” Mesić said.

“This should be done instead of giving them false hope. The architecture of our region has ended, if someone was to change that architecture now, it could only be done through war,” Mesić said.

RS officials reject high rep decisions

15 December 2009 | 10:56 | Source: Tanjug

BANJA LUKA -- The Republic of Srpska (RS) leaders say High Representative Valentin Inzko's decision to extend the mandate of foreign judges and prosecutors is unacceptable.

The president of the Bosnian Serb entity, Rajko Kuzmanović, on Monday described Inzko's move as "unacceptable", and as "a clear sign that Bosnia-Herzegovina continues to be under a protectorate and a country that is not free".

“The latest decision of the high representative is violence against law, which is why we will soon consider all democratic and legal mechanisms and means to protect our interests,” said Kuzmanović.

RS Premier Milorad Dodik stated that his government rejected the decisions made by Inzko, adding that he would not implement them, because he believes that there is "no constitutional basis for the high representative to impose his decisions".

Inzko imposed the decision on extension of the mandate of foreign judges and prosecutors in Bosnia working on cases of war crimes for another three years, and on extension of the mandate of foreign judges and prosecutors in the department for organized crime and corruption of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Court in the capacity of advisors.

Bosnian Serbs arrested

Dec 17, 2009

Prosecutors say police have arrested three Bosnian Serbs suspected of having committed crimes against humanity at the beginning of Bosnia’s 1992-95 war.

A statement from the state prosecutor’s office on Wednesday says it ordered the arrest of Milun Kornjaca, 54, Milorad Zivkovic, 52, and Dusko Tadic, 46. The three are suspected of having expelled, illegally arrested, tortured and killed non-Serb civilians in and around the town of Cajnice in eastern Bosnia in 1992.

During the war, Bosnian Serbs expelled almost the entire Muslim Bosniak population from that area, as part of a plan to create an ethnically clean Serb territory there that would join neighboring Serbia.

The area later became part of Republika Srpska, the Serb ministate within Bosnia.

Bosnian Serb pleads not guilty to war crimes court

A Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect has told the U.N. tribunal in The Hague that he is not guilty of genocide and other alleged crimes.

Sixty-one-year-old Gen. Zdravko Tolimir is a former aide to fugitive Bosnian Serb military chief Ratko Mladic. He had previously declined to enter pleas. He is facing eight charges linked to the killings of up to 8,000 Muslim men and boys at Srebrenica, Bosnia in 1995. Judges had previously entered not guilty pleas on Tolimir’s behalf.

In an appearance Wednesday to answer an amended indictment with minor changes to six of the charges, including genocide, Tolimir stated he was not guilty.

No date has been set for the start of Tolimir’s trial. It will be the last at the tribunal unless either of the last two remaining fugitives are caught

RS referendum on high rep decisions?

22 December 2009 | 14:01 | Source: Beta

BANJA LUKA -- The Republic of Srpska (RS) government is proposing a referendum on the decisions made by High Representative in Bosnia Valentine Inzko.

Inzko recently decided to extend the mandates of foreign judges and prosecutors.

The government in Banja Luka, led by Prime Minister Milorad Dodik, sent the referendum request to the RS National Assembly.

The Serb entity's government conclusions, which were published on the RS parliament's official website, state that RS authorities have a legal obligation not to accept or implement this decision of the high representative.

“The government will request the opinion of the National Assembly regarding the actions of the high representative, while the referendum would provide the citizens of RS the possibility to give their opinion on whether the decision of the high representative should be accepted."

"According to Annex 10, the extending of the mandates also depends on RS as one of the signatories of all the annexes of the Dayton Accords,” the government stated.

The RS government pointed out that it had completely rejected Inzko’s decisions, stating that they were not legal nor in accordance with the legal order of Bosnia-Herzegovina and its entities, or the country’s obligations toward international law.

The RS National Assembly should review the high representative’s decisions to extend the mandate of foreign judges and prosecutors assigned to the war crime cases for three more years at the special session on December 24.

The government further stated that it would be "persistent in processing all war crimes and other criminal acts before the courts and domestic judges and prosecutors", stating that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina “were foreign bodies in the Bosnian justice system”, imposed by high representatives regardless of the Constitution.

The RS government accused foreign judges and prosecutors in Bosnia-Herzegovina of “political manipulation” of the criminal justice system, a selective approach to war crimes, and persecution of elected officials, mainly Serbs and Croats, in cases before the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The government's statement backed up this claim by reminding of a decision made by the Head of the Special Department for War Crimes David Schwendiman, who at the end of his mandate, suspended investigations into war crimes committed against Serbs in the cases known as Tuzla Column and Bradina.

“Foreign prosecutors and judges are under strong pressure to comply with the OHR [Office of the High Representative] and other foreign officials who are involved in determining their salaries and requirements. Such abuse of the criminal justice system is subject to investigations,” the RS government further said.

The government statement also stressed that an end to the work of foreign judges and prosecutors in Bosnia would be “the first step toward establishing the independence of the justice system and constitutional and legal responsibility toward the citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina”, while imposing the decisions on their extended mandates was “legal violence”.

Bosnia needs to collapse, and the sooner the better.

“Bosnia disintegration would be catastrophic”

31 December 2009 | 09:25 | Source: Beta, Financial Times

LONDON -- British Shadow Foreign Minister William Hague and former High Representative in Bosnia Paddy Ashdown say the break-up of Bosnia would cause a "disaster".

In an article the pair published in the Financial Times, dubbed, “Broken Bosnia needs western attention”, Hague and Ashdown described tensions between Sarajevo and Banja Luka and made an observation that the danger of Bosnia breaking up was "realistic".

“We must impress on Bosnia’s leaders that the sovereignty of the country is unquestionable and its break-up unthinkable,” they write.

“But we must also say to European candidate countries Serbia and Montenegro that they are expected to uphold EU policy towards Bosnia.”

Even the Bosnian Croats increasingly talk of their own entity and a break with their federation with the Bosniaks (Bosnian Muslims), Hague and Ashdown noted.

The post-Dayton Bosnian-Herzegovina is made up of the Serb entity, RS, and the Musli-Croat Bosnian Federation.

"Bosnia may seem less significant than it used to be to the U.S. and her allies. Pressing challenges in Afghanistan and beyond need great attention. The breakdown of the country into independent ethnic statelets would be catastrophic," Hague and Ashdown wrote.

“It would not only reward ethnic cleansing – surely a moral anathema – but would also risk the creation of a failed state in the heart of Europe; a fertile breeding ground for terrorism and crime, and a monstrous betrayal of all those who survived the concentration camps, mass graves and displacement of the 1990s."

“Bosnia will not solve itself, nor will the prospect of EU integration be enough to pull the country back from the brink. We urge the US and EU to each appoint a special envoy to the region, who would work in lockstep to deliver a united message and drive forward progress,” the two British politicians wrote.

"A robust international approach should focus on a single goal: a central government in Bosnia effective enough to meet the responsibilities of EU and NATO membership. Each Bosnian leader should have to stand for, or against, that simple idea – and face consequences for his or her answer."

Hague and Ashdown think that the Office of the High Representative (OHR) should only be closed once constitutional reform has been achieved. Also, in their opinion, the EU peacekeeping mission in Bosnia must be retained, and reinforced if necessary – "to send a strong signal that neither secession nor violence will be tolerated".

Bosnian Serb victims remembered

5 January 2010 | 09:53 -> 15:26 | Source: Tanjug

BRATUNAC -- A memorial service in the village of Kravica, near Bratunac, in eastern Bosnia, today marked the 17th anniversary of the 1993 massacre of 49 Serb villagers.

The Bosnian Muslim forces from Srebrenica, led by Naser Orić, attacked the village in January 1993, to kill the villagers and burn their homes.

Most of those murdered were women, children and elderly. Seven were taken prisoner, and died in a in Srebrenica after they were subjected to torture.

More than 1,000 villagers fled, carrying their children and the wounded through the high snow, walking for some five kilometers over mountain passes until they reached the Drina River, and were transported across to Serbia to safety.

After the Christmas Day 1993 massacre, the bodies of only nine Serb civilians were found and buried, while 40 others were discovered and identified two months later.

101 children were left without either one or both parents in this Serb settlement.

Kravica, which had a population of 2,500 before the war, was the target of constant attacks in 1992 and 1993, launched by armed Muslims from the villages around Srebrenica and Brantunac, who in this period killed 152 Serb civilians and soldiers, and wounded 168.

These crimes did not result in any indictments of Bosniaks (Bosnian Muslims), while the Hague Tribunal on July 3, 2008, acquitted Orić, charged with command responsibility, citing a lack of evidence.

In the space covering 64 sq kilometers of the Kravica region, Muslims in 1992 and in early 1993 destroyed all villages and hamlets, 30 in all, with all 688 private and 27 public structures were also left in ruins.

26 of those villages are empty to this day. Only in four, a negligible number of refugees has returned, consisting mostly of the eld

According to the Republic of Srpska (RS) government, Orić's forces killed more than 1,200 Serb civilians in the area of Srebrenica, Brantunac and Zvornik in 1991 – the first year of the Bosnian war, which ended in 1995.

The Bosnian Serb army intelligence also showed that Orić was leading the attack on Kravice.

Today, the memorial service for the victims was held in the Church of St. Apostles Peter and Paul, and later in the day, candles were lit and flowers placed at a memorial site dedicated to the Serb victims of the Birač region.

OHR in warning over RS independence referendum

7 January 2010 | 12:20 | Source: Beta

SARAJEVO -- The Office of the High Representative (OHR) in Bosnia says a referendum on independence of the Republic of Srpska (RS) would violate the Dayton agreement.

The 1992-95 war in Bosnia-Herzegovina ended with the peace deal, and organized the country into two entities: the Serb RS, and the Muslim-Croat Federation.

"The planned referendum proposed by the SNSD-led RS Government to question elements of the General Framework Agreement for Peace (GFAP, also known as the Dayton Peace Agreement) falls outside the scope of the entity’s constitutional competencies, is contrary to its obligations under the constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and, as the high representative has already made clear, is a violation of the GFAP," warned a statement issued by the OHR in Sarajevo.

RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik said on Wednesday that a referendum on whether the entity should remain within Bosnia-Herzegovina or separate "will certainly be held one day".

"By organizing a referendum on these issues, the SNSD is manipulating RS voters to divert attention from the real economic problems facing citizens," said the OHR statement, and added that "such actions are in defiance of the rule of law and endanger the reputation" of the Republic of Srpska.

During his last visit to Banja Luka Inzko was clear, the press release continued, that “rejection of the most basic principles of the Dayton Peace Agreement as well as standards of international law, means the SNSD is setting the RS on the dangerous path of legal uncertainty.”

"Conclusions and public statements that negate the constitutional order of the country and the legal framework regulating BiH [Bosnia-Herzegovina] judicial institutions, question cooperation with the ICTY [Hague Tribunal], and deny facts about war crimes proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, all fly in the face of the rule of law," said the OHR.

"The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council has repeatedly underlined that the international community retains the necessary instruments to counter destructive tendencies," said the statement, adding that the council will not allow attempts to undermine the Dayton agreement.

Bosnian Wahhabis aim for additional base
Jan 6, 2010

Wahhabis have purchased a large tract of land inside the Bosnian Serb Republic and have issued warnings to local ethnic Croatians that they plan to build another Wahhabi base on their property.

Wahhabis claim that they have purchased 400 dunums of land near the city of Derventa and aim to get more to build a base which they claim will be for hunting

The Islamist base is planned to be located in the village of Kovacevci, located close to the ethnic Croatian area of Plehana.

Graffiti has appeared in Plehana saying that Bosniak Muslims will take away local land. As a result, the local ethnic Croat minority is in fear

Bosnia’s terrorism expert Dzevad Galijasevic says that the planned base near Plehana is “only one of the wings of the Wahhabi octopus” that begins in Sarajevo. Galijasevic says that Plehana is not an accidental choice because it is inside the Serb Republic and controls important geographic area.

The district police says that they have no information on any organized Wahhabi movement in the area.

The Wahhabi plans for Plehana, say analysts, are similar as for Gornja Maoca, a leading Wahhabi center in Bosnia.

The village of Gornja Maoca in Bosnia was once a Serbian village but Muslims killed them, took over their land and the village, very inaccessible now, is one of the leading bases for Wahhabis.

The state law is not enforced in Gornja Maoca. Istead, the village has imposed the fundamentalist Islamic Sharia law. Public schools teach Arabic and road signs are written in Arabic script. State authorities have shunned away from the village.

Security service in Bosnia has been placed on alert recently after reports surfaced that Bosnian Muslims in Gornja Maoca have organized military excercises.

The leader of Gornja Maoca Wahhabis has condemned the recent decision by Bosnia’s authorities to send arms to the Afghan government.

The leader of Gornja Maoca Muslims, Nusret Imamovic
In a statement on their web site, putvjernika.com, Gornja Maoca Wahhabis have said that arming the Afghani government is a clear help given to the “occupiers” that are waging war against Islam and Allah.

“We pray to the almighty Allah so those [weapons] become a loot for the mijahadeen with which they can kill Allah’s enemies from the American, NATO and Afghani marionette forces,” says the statement.

Spokesman for the Prosecutors office in Bosnia, Boris Grubesic, says that his office monitors “events on certain internet sites”.

The leader of Gornja Maoca Muslims, Nusret Imamovic, says that suicide attacks are not prohibited to pious and Allah-loving Muslims.

Bosnia: Police raid Wahhabi village

2 February 2010 | 12:34 -> 16:03 | Source: Beta

BRČKO -- Police in Bosnia-Herzegovina this Tuesday blocked a village near the town of Brčko where Wahhabis reside.

Bosnia’s law enforcement and various other agencies officers detained more than ten Wahhabis, including women, and brought them in for questioning, reports said.

A large cache of mostly hunting weapons were also found and confiscated in Gornja Maoča today.

Police searched another location, in the Gornji Rahić area, also close to Brčko, seizing computers, cell phones and other equipment from the home of a Wahhabi there

Earlier today, local media reported that police were looking for people who pose a threat to security and Bosnia's constitutional order.

Wahhabis are members of a radical Islamist sect.

Some 600 state and entity police and security agency officials blocked off the village of Gornja Maoča on Tuesday morning, which has the largest Wahhabi community in Bosnia.

The police operation, dubbed Light, is described as the largest in the country since 1995.

Bosnia’s federal television reported that this is a large police action aimed at uncovering the identity of persons who represent a security threat to the country.

It was stated that several buildings have been searched, in which large amounts of weapons were found.

Bosnian media said earlier that the security services have put Gornja Maoča under special monitoring, with information received that activities that could endanger state security were observed in that village.

Gornja Maoča is a completely isolated village where the laws of Bosnia-Herzegovina are not in effect. The village is organized according to Sharia law.

The road that leads to Gornja Maoča is almost completely unpassable and all of the road signs pointing towards the village are in Arabic.

Most of the homes there fly black Islamic flags, and the children study according to the education system of the country of Jordan, reports said.
Note- Gornja Maoca became a Wahhabi center after Bosnian Muslims backed by America and NATO killed the ethnic Serb villagers and took their property.

In a separate police operation, police has arrested former commander of the Bosnian Muslim army, Zulfikar Alispago Zuka, for atrocities against ethnic Croatians in the village of Trusina near Konjic.

Alispago was a member of the “special” Bosnian Muslim unit called Zulfikar that took part in an execution of 22 Croatian civilians. Additional 22 Bosnian Muslims are also investigated for this atrocity.

Bosnian Muslims believe that they have been exposed to an organized genocide and routinely use their phrase as a reference to the civil war in the 1990s.
Bosnian muslims are never arrested for massive crimes against Serb civilians and on the extremely rare occasion that some are detained {only to be released after 'lack of evidence'} it is for crimes against Croats or each other.

All this is made possible by the American/NATO presence in Bosnia.

SNS to participate in Bosnian elections

7 February 2010 | 11:13 | Source: Beta

BANJA LUKA -- SNS deputy leader Aleksandar Vučić said that his Serbian Progressive Party will be participating in this year’s elections in Bosnia.

Vučić said that he is not sure whether the party would participate on its own or as part of a coalition.

“In what ever form we participate, everyone will be surprised with the results,” Vučić said.

He said that SNS wants to win in the Republic of Srpska political market, not just participate.

Vučić said that the SNS party in RS will decide in which way it will participate in the October elections through talks with SNS headquarters in Serbia, adding that the SNS in RS is an autonomous political party that shares the ideas and values of SNS Serbia.

He said that the work of the SNS in RS thus far has been “of low intensity, because SNS officials did not want to make many public appearances, but slowly prepare for the formation and strengthening of the party.”

Vučić said that his party will protect the territorial integrity of RS within Bosnia-Herzegovina and its national interests, but that it will lead it into the future as well, and in the fight against crime and corruption, while working towards economic and social improvements for the citizens.

The SNS in RS was founded in 2009, and the leader of the party is Luka Kecman.
