16th republic of the Soviet Union

On 4 December 1963, Zhivkov proposed closer approximation and future merger of Bulgaria and the Soviet Union at the Central Committee plenum. This would make it the 16th Republic of the Soviet Union. The plenum unanimously approved Zhivkov's proposal.

And what was the reaction of the USSR to this activity of Zhivkov?

What documents or evidence allow you to assert that Bulgaria was part of the USSR?

I also know two wives of Stalin

One of them is a Georgian - Ekaterina Svanidze (her brother studied with Stalin at the Tiflis Theological Seminary).

And the second - Nadezhda Alliluyeva (daughter of a German woman and a man with an admixture of gypsy blood) if we trust Stalin's daughter Svetlana Alliluyeva.

In Twenty Letters to a Friend, she writes:

"Grandfather was from the peasants of the Voronezh province, but not purely Russian, but with a very strong gypsy admixture. His grandmother was a gypsy.
.............................................................
Our grandmother, Olga Evgenievna, nee Fedorenko was born in Georgia, grew up there, loved this country and its people all her life, like her homeland. She was a strange mixture of nationalities. Her father, Yevgeny Fedorenko, although he bore a Ukrainian surname, grew up and lived in Georgia, his mother was Georgian, and he spoke Georgian. And he was married to a German woman, Magdalene Eichholz, from a family of German colonists. Since the time of Catherine II, there have been colonies of Germans in Georgia who lived in their own villages. Magdalene Eichgolts owned (as it should be) a pub, cooked wonderfully all kinds of "Küchen", gave birth to nine children (the last child was Olga, our grandmother), and took them to the Protestant church.
The Fedorenko family spoke German and Georgian. Grandma only later learned Russian and spoke with a typically Caucasian accent all her life."

This is incorrect information.

1) Stalin is a party nickname.

2) Dzhugashvili (in Georgian ჯუღაშვილი - https://ka.wikipedia.org/wiki/იოსებ_სტალინი ) is a surname.

3) Surname Dzhugashvili consists of two parts.

Dzhuga - shvili

ჯუღა - შვილი

shvili means a son

That is, this is an analogue of "son" from English surnames:
Jack-son
John-son
Adam-son
Smith-son
Harri-son

Other examples:
Saaka-shvili - სააკა - შვილი - https://ka.wikipedia.org/wiki/მიხეილ_სააკაშვილი
Margvela-shvili - მარგველა - შვილი - https://ka.wikipedia.org/wiki/გიორგი_მარგველაშვილი
Zurabi-shvili - ზურაბი - შვილი - https://ka.wikipedia.org/wiki/სალომე_ზურაბიშვილი

So the semantic part of Stalin's surname is Dzhuga - ჯუღა

In Georgian, a Jew is written as ებრაელი

Jewish is written as - ებრაული

It is absolutely obvious that the word Dzhuga in its constituent letters is completely different from the Georgian spelling of the word Jew.

You can choose English and Georgian, for example in google translator and check it yourself.

There is no definite version of what the word "Dzhuga" means.

There is a version that it comes from the Ossetian word "dzug" which means "a herd."

There is a version that it comes from the name of Dzhugaani - ჯუღაანი a village in Telavi municipality of Georgia.

There is a version that it comes from an ancient Georgian word that means "steel." And that is precisely why Stalin took a party pseudonym so similar to the Russian word "сталь".
