$150 Million Spelling Mansion Sells for Nearly Half Asking Price
HOLMBY HILLS, Calif. (KTLA) -- Candy Spelling's mega mansion in Holmby Hills has been sold to 22-year-old British heiress Petra Ecclestone. Candy -- widow of legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling -- sold the chateau-style home for $85 million according to the Wall Street Journal. The sprawling estate, known as "The Manor," was listed at $150 million two years ago, making it the most expensive residential listing in the U.S. Petra Ecclestone According to reports, Candy eventually auctioned off the property. The escrow formally closed on Thursday. The 4.7 acre property has a bowling alley, movie theater, flower-cutting room and a wine cellar/tasting room, among other spaces. The home is the largest in Los Angeles County at 56,500 square feet, which is slightly larger than the White House. The 22-year-old buyer is the daughter of Formula One president and CEO Bernie Ecclestone. As of 2011, his net worth is an estimated $4 billion. Petra reportedly decided she wanted the house because she intends to split her time between London and Los Angeles after she marries her fiancee James Stunt. Spelling plans to move into a 16,500-square-foot penthouse condo in Century City. http://www.ktla.com/news/landing/ktl...,2718432.story

I wouldn't be surprised if there's a secret,Satanic sacrifice room with altar in that place; sacrificing souls to Satan had to have been the only way that so many of Aaron's SHITTY shows could ever have been as successful as they were for 5 DECADES.
