Governments believe that citizens are state property, just as they believe your income is really theirs to tax at will. Doctors and hospitals use this bogus organ regulation/theft for fun & profit, just like Goldman Sachs uses government regulation to screw the country.

Doctors remove the organs IMMEDIATELY after death as the vital organs degenerate very quickly. What the NHS define as 'brain death' is ambiguous to say the least. People have awoken from a coma in the process of having their vital organs removed.
