Jeffrey Epstein once had three 12-year-old girls from poor families flown in from France as a sick birthday present for himself, according to newly unearthed court documents.

Virginia Giuffre — who has claimed Epstein and his gal pal Ghislaine Maxwell coerced her into being a “sex slave” when she was 15 — said in court papers that the girls who were flown in were molested by the financier and returned to France the following day.

Ghislaine Maxwell to face two separate Manhattan criminal trials

Ghislaine Maxwell is now scheduled to face two criminal trials in Manhattan federal court, after a judge ruled Friday to separate the perjury charges against her from her sexual-misconduct case.

Judge Alison Nathan said in an order that if the perjury charges against Maxwell were tried alongside her sexual-abuse allegations, it “would risk an unfair trial on each set of counts.”

The perjury charges would bring, “unrelated allegations of sexual abuse, which would potentially expose the jury to evidence that might otherwise not be admissible,” Nathan wrote in her order.

Ghislaine Maxwell pleaded not guilty Friday to new sex-trafficking raps as she appeared in Manhattan court in person — her jet-black hair graying at the roots — for the first time since her July bust.

The 59-year-old fallen British socialite and accused Jeffrey Epstein madam wore a blue jail-issued t-shirt and ankle shackles, looking slightly thinner than her previous court appearance, which was held by video last summer.

Maxwell has claimed that she’s lost hair and weight from the trauma of being behind bars. Friday, her usually smartly cropped hair was down to her shoulders.

The suspect’s lastest court appearance involved two additional charges — sex trafficking of a minor and sex-trafficking conspiracy — which she had slapped against her last month after a new accuser came forward alleging she was just 14 years old when the socialite recruited her for pedophile pal Epstein.

The images were published by The Sun, days after Maxwell’s last court appearance on sex trafficking charges in Manhattan, related to her alleged procurement of underage rape victims for the convicted pedophile.

The disgusting duo were invited to the White House in 1993, after Epstein reportedly donated money to have the Oval Office refurbished.

Three judges at a federal appeals court in Manhattan, New York, have refused a fourth request for bail from Ghislaine Maxwell, the disgraced British socialite and ex-girlfriend of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell is currently jailed in Brooklyn as she awaits a trial in July for allegedly grooming underage girls for the late US financier Epstein to abuse in the 1990s and early 2000s.

Two more trafficking charges were added to the indictment against Maxwell in March, bringing to eight the number of charges against her. She is also accused of committing perjury during two civil depositions in 2016.

An attorney for Ghislaine Maxwell on Thursday released the first photograph of the accused madam since she was arrested last summer, showing the former socialite with a wrinkly face and a bruise under her eye.

But Maxwell’s attorneys believe she got the bruise because she’s forced to cover her eyes with a sock or towel every night because guards shine lights in her cell every 15 minutes.

“It’s no surprise that she may have been unintentionally injured trying to keep the light out of her eyes at night,” attorney David Marks said.

“She may have been in that stage of half sleep while being tortured with shining lights. Please keep in mind that it’s been 10 months of bad sleep, inedible food, and undrinkable water in solitary confinement. For absolutely no reason. How would you look?” Markus added.

Jail guard stood ‘knee to knee’ with Ghislaine Maxwell as she used ‘commode’: docs

A jail guard stood “knee to knee” with Ghislaine Maxwell as she used the bathroom at her Brooklyn lockup — in an attempt to intimidate and humiliate the accused madam, her lawyer claimed in court papers filed Monday night.

The guard, a “team leader” at the Metropolitan Detention Center, suspected Maxwell of improperly taking legal papers from her attorney, Bobbi Sternheim, after the pair met to discuss her case on Saturday, according to the filing.

A group of guards confiscated Maxwell’s legal documents and threatened her with punishment for allegedly taking non-approved papers from her attorneys, her lawyer alleged.

“Unlike any other occasion, the guard team leader stood knee to knee with Ms. Maxwell while Ms. Maxwell sat on the commode in the small area containing one toilet and a sink,” Sternheim wrote in the letter to Judge Alison Nathan.

“Having a guard standing over her while she used the commode caused Ms. Maxwell to feel intimidated and humiliated.”

Microsoft co-founder turned vaccine capitalist Bill Gates’ fraternizing with convicted sex predator Jeffrey Epstein outraged his soon-to-be ex-wife Melinda, according to a Daily Beast report.

The power couple met with Epstein at his Upper East Side home in September 2013, leaving Melinda Gates “furious” on the same day as the couple were awarded the Lasker-Bloomberg Public Service Award at the nearby Pierre Hotel. There, they were photographed alongside ex-Mayor Michael Bloomberg himself.

The meeting between Bill Gates and Epstein that so upset Melinda left her demanding she wanted nothing more to do with the convicted pedophile. While sources cited by the Daily Beast claimed the meeting would “prove a turning point for Gates’ relationship with Epstein,” there is scant proof of either outcome, according to the Beast. Nor has she commented publicly on either her issues with Epstein or their possible role in the divorce.

The Beast cites a source claiming her husband’s “friendship with Epstein… still haunts Melinda.” While it’s unclear whether apparent disgust over Epstein was the deciding factor in opting to exit her marriage, a herd of PR spokespeople and financiers has reportedly been called in to finalize the divorce settlement, which will likely be the largest in US history given the preposterous size of their fortunes.

It’s not clear why Gates’ meeting with Epstein in 2013 was so objectionable when their earlier gatherings had apparently gone down without any drama, though it’s doubtful that Melinda would have wanted to make a scene in a room with her husband and several business prospects. Gates and Epstein have a history dating back into the 1990s, according to an Evening Standard article from January 2001 that – while focusing on Prince Andrew’s own relationship with Epstein – also mentioned the financier as someone to whom he had entrusted “many millions”.

While the article is no longer easily searchable online, the MintPress News obtained a copy in 2019. Archives like the Wayback Machine also retain copies.

The Gates/Epstein relationship is all but impossible to deny under those conditions, particularly given his appearance in the flight logs of the pedophile’s ‘Lolita Express’ private jet. Gates traveled on the jet from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey to Palm Beach, Florida, logs show.

Jeffrey Epstein didn’t receive special treatment from Florida justice system despite controversial plea deal, probe concludes

Florida prosecutors and law enforcement have been cleared of wrongdoing in their handling of Jeffrey Epstein's case. The infamous sex offender did not use his wealth or connections to secure a lenient sentence, investigators said.

In three separate reports that were part of a two-year probe, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement concluded that Palm Beach County prosecutors and sheriff’s officials had correctly followed protocols while dealing with the high-profile criminal between 2005-2009.

State officials were heavily criticized for the plea deal and cushy prison accommodations that Epstein received after he pleaded guilty to procuring a person under 18 for prostitution in 2008. Under the deal, federal prosecutors agreed to shelve a 53-page indictment they had prepared against Epstein.

Despite the serious nature of his crimes, Epstein was only given 18 months in the Palm Beach County jail system, followed by 12 months of house arrest. He was also required to register as a sex offender.

Epstein was given a cell isolated from other inmates in the county’s minimum security jail, and was allowed to walk around the facility freely. Investigators concluded that isolating Epstein was necessary in order to protect him from other prisoners. While serving his sentence Epstein was approved for a work-release program that allowed him to spend much of his time at his office. Two women later came forward claiming that they were trafficked to Epstein’s office, where they were paid to have sex with him. One of the women was underage at the time of the purported incident.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex crimes trial set for November

Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial is set for November, as the former socialite faces charges she recruited teenage girls for her pal Jeffrey Epstein.

US District Judge Alison Nathan said in Manhattan on Tuesday that she’d aim to start the trial on Nov. 29, just after Thanksgiving.

The date is subject to courtroom availability and COVID-19 protocols.

The trial was originally slated for July, but Nathan agreed this month to postpone its start after prosecutors hit the 59-year-old Maxwell with two new sex-trafficking charges.

The disgraced British socialite is facing up to 80 years behind bars if she’s found guilty on eight counts. She’s maintained her innocence as she sits in a Brooklyn jail waiting for her day in court.

Two Bureau of Prisons guards who were on duty the night sex offender Jeffrey Epstein allegedly committed suicide – but slept and shopped online instead of doing their job – will reportedly avoid jail time as part of a plea deal.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan charged Tova Noel and Michael Thomas with conspiracy and falsifying records. The indictment filed against them said they spent the night napping, shopping online, and forging paperwork – instead of checking on Epstein, who was found dead in his cell around 6:30 in the morning on August 10, 2019.

A letter filed in court on Friday says the prosecutors offered Noel and Thomas a plea agreement that would see them serve no time behind bars. Instead, they would be subjected to supervised release and complete 100 hours of community service, as well as cooperating with the probe by the Justice Department’s inspector general. A judge is expected to approve the plea deal next week, AP reported.
