Finnish police begin court battle to ban Nordic Resistance Movement.

The National Police Board goes to court on Tuesday in the first stage of a bid to ban the neo-Nazi Nordic Resistance Movement. If the organisation is outlawed, its right to hold demonstrations will be curtailed and even disseminating materials will become a crime.

Finland's section 11 of the penal code according to Wikipedia states:

Quote:
War crimes and crimes against humanity, as published information or as an opinion or other statement that threatens or insults a group because of race, nationality, ethnicity, religion or conviction, sexual orientation, disability, or any comparable trait. Ethnic agitation is punishable with a fine or up to 2 years in prison, or 4 months to 4 years if aggravated (such as incitement to genocide).
Like in most European nations Cultural Marxism has become part of the law in Finland. It's illegal to speak about racial differences, and it might even be considered criminally threatening to minorities to suggest these speech laws be abolished.
