Anders Behring Breivik denies 'acts of terror'
Anders Behring Breivik, the far-Right extremist has pleaded not guilty to charges he committed "acts of terror" when massacred 77 people in twin attacks in Oslo and Utoya last July.
Rightwing extremist Anders Behring Breivik, who killed 77 people in twin attacks in Norway last year, gives a far Right salute as he enters the Oslo district courtroom at the opening of his trial' 10:38AM BST 16 Apr 2012 His plea came after prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh spent over an hour reading the charges against him, including "acts of terror," and listing each of his 77 victims and and how they died. "I acknowledge the acts, but not criminal guilt and I claim self-defence," he told the court on the first day of his 10-week trial. The judge then entered the plea as "not guilty." Breivik, dressed in a dark suit, smiled as a guard removed his handcuffs in the crowded court room. The 33-year-old then flashed a closed-fist salute, before shaking hands with prosecutors and court officials. "I don't recognize Norwegian courts because you get your mandate from the Norwegian political parties who support multiculturalism," Breivik said in his first comments to the court. Related Articles Breivik also said he does not recognise the authority of Judge Wenche Elisabeth Arntzen, because he said she is friends with the sister of former Norwegian Prime Minister and Labor Party leader Gro Harlem Brundtland. The anti-Muslim militant described himself as a writer, currently working from prison, when asked by the judge for his employment status. After opening statements Monday, Breivik is set to testify for five days, explaining why he set off a bomb in downtown Oslo, killing eight, and then shot to death 69 people, mostly teenagers, at a Labor Party youth camp on Utoya island, outside the Norwegian capital. Breivik has admitted to the attacks, claiming they were necessary to protect Norway from being taken over by Muslims, but has rejected criminal guilt. He claims he targeted the government headquarters in Oslo and the youth camp to strike against the left-leaning political forces he blames for allowing immigration in Norway. Breivik remained stone-faced and motionless as prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh read his indictment on terror and premeditated murder charges, including descriptions of how each victim died. The key issue to be resolved during the 10-week trial is the state of Breivik's mental health, which will decide whether he is sent to prison or to psychiatric care. If deemed mentally competent, he would face a maximum prison sentence of 21 years or an alternate custody arrangement under which the sentence is prolonged for as long as an inmate is deemed a danger to society. Police sealed off the streets around the court building, where journalists, survivors and relatives of victims watched the proceedings in a 200-seat courtroom built specifically for the trial. Thick glass partitions were put up to separate the defendant from victims and their families, many of whom are worried that Breivik will use the trial to promote his extremist political ideology. In a manifesto he published online before the attacks, Breivik wrote that "patriotic resistance fighters" should use trials "as a platform to further our cause." Norway's NRK television will broadcast parts of the trial, but it is not allowed to show Breivik's testimony. Breivik told investigators he is a resistance fighter in a far-right militant group modeled on the Knights Templar medieval crusaders, but police have found no trace of the organization and say he acted alone. Anxious to prove he is not insane, he has called right-wing extremists and radical Islamists to testify during the trial, to show that there are others who share his view of clashing civilizations. Breivik surrendered to police 1 hour and 20 minutes after he arrived on Utoya. The police response was slowed by a series of mishaps, including the lack of an operating police helicopter and the breakdown of an overloaded boat carrying a commando team to the island. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worl...of-terror.html |

Are we talking about the individual who never had a girlfriend, traveled to the U.S. at the ripe age of 21 for a full facial reconstruction and was mentored by Zionist freaks who were fearful to talk about racial issues?

The "kids" were being groomed to be the future leftist political elites, most of them were not brainwashed, they were true believers.

This is a picture of him with his fist raised. The O.P. picture looked like he was displaying his cuffs.

A true humanitarian and so far the man of the century. In 100 years either Norway will not exist or if it does Britvic will be revered.
Those who take issue with his philosophy might like to consider that the entire "movement" in western Europe have spent the last 100 years publicly proclaiming that it is the politicians not the immigrants that should be blamed for the dispossession, deracination and urban terrorism of the modern world. Now Britvic has set ye all a benchmark in planning, execution and selection.Match him ?? the movement cannot hold a candle to him the least they could do is show their support and purchase a red cross badge.

I initially was opposed to Breivik's actions because I foolishly took the judenpresse's description at face value when they said the camp stiffs were "kids". Nah. They were the young adult offspring of the current ruling Social Marxist scum being groomed to take the helm. Breivik make their bastard parents feel the same agony & grief that Norwegian boys feel when being stomped by nigger "refugees", and young Norwegian girls feel when being gang-stuffed by a passel o' Yassers. All of which vermin they eagerly let in.
He's a hero - and because he did the deed in leftist Norway, he may even be free in 21 years. Hoist 'em on their own petard! |

Anders Behring Breivik has been banned from reading a "new manifesto" he has written when he stands to give testimony over the massacre in Norway, his lawyers have told
"He says he has written a presentation that will take an hour, and he wants to read that," Odd Gron, from Advokat Lippestad, told the Daily Telegraph. "But the court have sent signals to us in a meeting that they won't allow that." Breivik handed a copy of the presentation, which runs to more than 8,000-words, to his lawyers when he met them on Friday night. His trial opens in an Oslo courtroom today and is expected to last ten weeks. To aid him in his preparation, Breivik has been supplied with a computer, a political dictionary and a paper copy of the manifesto he sent out on the day he launched his massacre. On July 22 last year, Breivik first set off a car bomb outside government buildings in Oslo, killing eight people, before travelling to the small island of Utoya northwest of the capital where he spent more than an hour methodically shooting and killing another 69 people, mostly teenagers. He has admitted the killings, but plans to argue that he should be acquitted as he committed the act in self defence. On Friday, Breivik said he was not nervous, but complained to his lawyers that he had been distracted by too many police interviews to complete his presentation. "He feels that he should have had some more time," Mr Gron said. "He would have like to be a little bit more prepared." When Breivik comes into the courtroom on Monday, he will be allowed to carry his notes, a pen and paper, and nothing more. "If he starts reading I think he will be stopped pretty soon," Mr Gron said. "But after that, if he speaks he's going to talk for five days. And if he talks about the things the police want him to talk about, they will allow him to do so." Marit Nybakk, a senior member of Norway's ruling Labour Party on Friday told The Daily Telegraph of her government's fears that Breivik would use the trial to promote his anti-Islamic ideology. "People now are very taken back by what they see as a kind of manipulation by Mr Breivik," she said. "What people are really afraid of is that he's getting a show." Steps are already being taken to minimise his ability to reach an audience. A pretrial interview Breivik had been negotiating with the American news channel CNN was shelved earlier this month, after CNN's plans were revealed by Norwegian state television company NRK. And on Friday night, the Oslo high court ruled that Breivik's testimony could not be broadcast on live television. "We think that's wrong, because all the police's claims and everything that they will do, will be broadcast on television, and the professional witnesses will be broadcast on television," said Gron. "We think it's wrong that just one part of the case is broadcast on television and another is not." The trial starts on Monday is set to last ten weeks. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worl...-in-court.html |

I received a chain email recently that declared that Norway has abandon it's ethnic diversity policy in favor of promoting the Norwegian way of life which includes limiting Muslim immigration and no longer providing financial assistance to to Muslims to establish themselves in Norwegian communities.
I thought it might be a fake email but it was being passed along by a friends 87yo father who is pretty mainstream as far as politics and race relations so I wasn't sure. I wish I would have saved it. Anyone know anything about this ?? |

I should think that it would take as long as necessary, be it ten days, ten weeks, or ten months.

Breivik knows what he's doing: the court/state/main parties are illegitimate, and I do not acknowledge their authority.
Norway's NRK television will broadcast parts of the trial, but it is not allowed to show Breivik's testimony. Oh, and why not? Would his explanation lead his fellow Norwegians to nod? Last edited by Alex Linder; April 17th, 2012 at 06:12 AM. |
