When details of the Morgenthau Plan leaked to the press in America, angry British politicians demanded to know if Churchill had indeed signed such a document."

Red Cross lodges formal Protest: Starvation will follow

Clearly, the German authorities were at pains to relieve the dire situation as far as they were able. The Red Cross are quite explicit in stating that food supplies ceased at this time due to the Allied bombing of German transportation, and in the interests of interned Jews.

Red Cross had protested on March 15th, 1944 against "the barbarous aerial warfare of the Allies" (Inter Arma Caritas, p. 78). By October 2nd, 1944, the ICRC warned the German Foreign Office of the impending collapse of the German transportation system, declaring that starvation conditions for people throughout Germany were becoming inevitable."

EX POST FACTO: RETROACTIVE CREATION OF LAW, VIOLATES LAW

The Nuremberg Trial Hearings were also in violation of European law at the time:

At Nuremberg, ex post facto legislation was created, whereby men were tried for “crimes” which were only declared crimes after they had been allegedly committed. CONFLICT OF INTEREST: NUREMBERG JEWISH JURISTS

Technically the Nuremberg Hearings were a mistrial because of legal conflict of interests, under U.S. Federal Law Code, Code section 28, U.S.C. 455 (a) . I just returned from speaking with my brother. Because he knows of my politics, he likes to bring up the holocaust. He is an educated professional, but so goddamn naive. He gets all the information he knows about WWII from the 'History Channel' which is a sad indictment of him and our people as a whole.

What I took from his conversation is that white people don't even have the faintest inkling of jewish behavior and their mindset, and how essentially loyal they are to the interests of their own people.

He tells me "There are 80 year olds (80 Year old jews) telling about what happened, why would they lie? What would they have to gain?"

Yeah a pile of shoes and a pile of a hat makes the evidence for the supposed greatest crime of all time.

I told him "The ongoing benefits to their race which this BS gives them.". He cannot grasp this because white people never think of the way their race as a whole can benefit from anything, or even understand loyalty to their own.

It is as foreign to them as a martian colony to even begin to think that a whole group of people like the jews could all be scum. Ironic because he has had more bad experiences with jews stealing, lying and embezzling from his business than I ever hope to have. Every jew he has had in his business has either been a thief, a sexual deviant of some sort or a combination of both. This whole thou judge not lest ye be judged thing is killing our people.

Here is why I think the whole thing is a goddamned lie.

1. Why would they use inefficient bug spray to kill jews when they had ample experience in gas chemistry from WWI? Why not line 10 up at a time next to a pit and shoot through them with a heavy rifle round? Why cart jews around to hospitals or have hospitals for jews at all if you wanted to kill them all?

2. Why would they waste precious fuel burning jew bodies when they were fighting a war on 4 fronts, and resources were scarce? French, English, American, Russian

3. The time it would take and the human resources necessary with the technology of the day to murder and dispose of 6 million in a way where they would never be found or identified simply is not feasible logistically or economically.

4. Where is the god damned proof? Shoes and hats don't cut it. We have archaeological methods to analyze bones from 10,000 years ago, but we can't find one jew bone intact from 60 years ago?

5. Why didn't world leaders write about it in their memoirs if it was so damn important, and the greatest crime of their times?

6. You are accusing the Germans of a crime so ghastly and evil that it boggles the mind. If you have ever met Germans, and spoken with them, it just doesn't match up with their behavior and demeanor, but the murder of tens of millions of Whites in Russia matches perfectly with the manner and behavior of jews and their kosher animal slaughter.

7. Most importantly, the jews have a history of lying about their people being slughtered to ellicit sympathy, as in the supposed 6 million from WWI. In fact jews have a history about lying about everything, why would we believe anything they say?

Also, one last thing that I can't believe is how the jews have been able to turn their behavior of group lying, and the big lie onto Hitler and Germany. Why the fuck would a person who is trying to pull a big lie over on you talk to you about the tactic of a big lie? This is a picture of the alleged roof hole the Germans were throwing the Ziclon B down at the victims.

DR. GORDON

Perhaps the most authoritative statement of the facts as to typhus and mortality in the camps has been made by Dr. John E. Gordon, M.D., Ph.D., a professor of preventive medicine and epidemiology at the Harvard University School of Public Health, who was with U.S. forces in Germany in 1945. Dr. Gordon reported in 1948 that "The outbreaks in concentration camps and prisons made up the great bulk of typhus infection encountered in Germany." Dr. Gordon summarized the causes for the outbreaks as follows:

Germany was in chaos. The destruction of whole cities and the path left by advancing armies produced a disruption of living conditions contributing to the spread of the disease. Sanitation was low grade, public utilities were seriously disrupted, food supply and food distribution was poor, housing was inadequate and order and discipline were everywhere lacking. Still more important, a shifting of populations was occurring such as few countries and few times have experienced. Zundel [5]


DR. BARTON

Dr. Gordon's findings are corroborated by Dr. Russell Barton, today a psychiatrist of international repute, who entered Bergen-Belsen with British forces as a young medical student in 1945. Barton, who volunteered to care for the diseased survivors, testified under sworn oath in a Toronto courtroom in 1985 that "Thousands of prisoners who died at the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp during World War II weren't deliberately starved to death but died from a rash of diseases." Dr. Barton further testified that on entering the camp he had credited stories of deliberate starvations but had decided such stories were untrue after inspecting the well-equipped kitchens and the meticulously maintained ledgers, dating back to 1942, of food cooked and dispensed each day. Despite noisily publicized claims and widespread popular notions to the contrary, no researcher has been able to document a German policy of extermination through starvation in the German camps. DR. LARSON

Dr. Charles Larson, one of America's leading forensic pathologists, who was assigned to the US Army's Judge Advocate General's Department. As part of a US War Crimes Investigation Team, Dr. Larson performed autopsies at Dachau and some twenty other German camps, examining on some days more than 100 corpses. After his grim work at Dachau, he was questioned for three days by US Army prosecutors. Zundel [5]

Dr. Larson's findings? In an 1980 newspaper interview he said: "What we've heard is that six million Jews were exterminated. Part of that is a hoax." And what part was the hoax? Dr. Larson, who told his biographer that to his knowledge he "was the only forensic pathologist on duty in the entire European Theater" of Allied military operations, confirmed that "never was a case of poison gas uncovered." "Immediately after the American occupation of Naples, Italy in 1943, Sawyer organized a team to delouse the entire population via the first widespread application of DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane). This effort had an even larger impact in that by war's end, virtually all refugees coming into Allied-occupied areas were deloused with DDT, preventing typhus from becoming a major health threat.". ANALYSIS: EVIDENCE OF TYPHUS IN WW II EUROPE

Realize that both Harvard and the National Institute of Health recognize that Louse-Borne Typhus was a significant health threat and the cause of the vast majority of the deaths in the German work camps. Both of the above sources are mainstream and reputable.



MORGENTHAU PLAN: STARVATION LED TO TYPHUS OF JEWS.

The Morgenthau Plan that was okayed in Sept. 1944, made the Allied bombing shift from strategic targets to food, and transportation of food to create the deliberate starvation of occupied German territory, which included the Jewish work camps of Dachau and Auschwitz.

One of the most important aspects of the Red Cross Report is that it clarifies the true cause of those deaths that undoubtedly occurred in the camps towards the end of the war. Says the Report:

"In the chaotic condition of Germany after the invasion during the final months of
the war, the camps received no food supplies at all and starvation claimed an increasing number
of victims. Itself alarmed by this situation, the German Government at last informed the ICRC
on February 1st, 1945... In March 1945, discussions between the President of the ICRC and
General of the S.S. Kaltenbrunner gave even more decisive results. Relief could henceforth be
distributed by the ICRC, and one delegate was authorised to stay in each camp..." (Vol. III, p.
83). Clearly, the German authorities were at pains to relieve the dire situation as faras they were
able.

The Red Cross are quite explicit in stating that food supplies ceased at this time due to the
Allied bombing of German transportation, and in the interests of interned Jews they had
protested on March 15th, 1944 against "the barbarous aerial warfare of the Allies" (Inter Arma
Caritas, p. 78).

By October 2nd, 1944, the ICRC warned the German Foreign Office of the
impending collapse of the German transportation system, declaring that starvation conditions
for people throughout Germany were becoming inevitable. In dealing with this comprehensive,
three-volume Report, it is important to stress that the delegates of the International Red Cross
found no evidence whatever at the camps in Axis-occupied Europe of a deliberate policy to
exterminate the Jews. In all its 1,600 pages the Report does not even mention such a thing as a
gas chamber. It admits that Jews, like many other wartime nationalities, suffered rigours and
privations, but its complete silence on the subject of planned extermination is ample refutation
of the Six Million legend.

WANSEE "PROTOCOL" A FORGERY IN KEY PARTS

There exists NO document of official Nazi policy of exterminating the Jews.

Heydrich. On the order of A. Hitler, the participants decided on measures for the annihilation of the Jews in those parts of Europe under German control ('Final Solution of the Jewish Question'): the establishment of extermination camps (concentration camps) in Eastern Europe, where Jews were to be killed."

2.1.2 Different Versions

The Wannsee Conference Protocol which Kempner submitted to the Court always writes 'SS' in this way, i.e. in Latin letters, not as the runic '[..]' which was customary in the Third Reich. It would appear to be the oldest copy in circulation.(5)

Hans Wahls has mentioned numerous other versions which are also in circulation. The Political Archives at the Foreign Office in Bonn maintains that the version held there is the definitive one. This version uses the runic '[..]'. When and how this version came to be in the archives of today's Foreign Office remains unknown. Since the other versions can also not be traced back to their origins, we will dispense with any further details here. The present compilation is thus based only on the copy held by the Foreign Office.(6)

Where the letter accompanying the protocol is concerned, two versions have surfaced to date, one using 'SS', the other with the runic '[..]' as well as other differences.

Even the orthodox prevailing opinion holds that there were never more than 7 million Jews in Hitler's sphere of influence. In actual fact there were only about 2.5 million. (Wahls(7) and Walendy(8))(19)

"[...] teilte [Heydrich] eingangs seine Bestellung zum Beauftragten für die Vorbereitung der Endlösung [...] durch den Reichsmarschall mit"

("Heydrich gave information that the Reich Marshal had appointed him delegate for the preparations for the final solution [...])

Göring did have the authority to appoint Heydrich to the position of his choice, but he would have done so via the proper channels. Heydrich's superior was Himmler, and it would have taken Himmler's orders to appoint ("ernennen", not "bestellen", which means "to summon") Heydrich to anything. (Ney(10))


4. Contradictory or False Statement

"Mit der Endlösung im Generalgouvernement zu beginnen, weil hier das Transportproblem keine übergeordnete Rolle spielt [...] Juden müßten so schnell wie möglich aus dem Gebiet des Generalgouvernements entfernt werden" ("[...]

The implementation of the final solution [...] could start in the Government General, because the transportation problem there was of no predominant importance. [...] The Jews had to be removed as quickly as possible from the territory of the Government General [...]"

"To be removed as quickly as possible" and "constructing roads as they go" is quite a contradiction. But none of those attending the conference spoke up. Clearly Germany could muster only mental defectives as her Under Secretaries of State! (Walendy(8))




5. Contradictory or False Statement

"[...] Dr. Bühler stellte weiterhin fest, daß die Lösung der Judenfrage im Generalgouvernement federführend beim Chef der Sicherheitspolizei und des SD liegt [...]"

("[...] Bühler further stated that the solution of the Jewish question in the Government General as far as issuing of orders was concerned was dependent upon the chief of the Security Police and the SD [...]".

On the date of the conference at Wannsee Bühler could not have known this, for according to the 'Protocol' Heydrich had only just "announced his appointment as delegate" and his overall authority for the preparations involved. Dr. Bühler certainly did not have the authority to simply declare his superior, Dr. Hans Frank, the Governor General of Poland, removed from office! (Walendy, ibid.)



6. Contradictory or False Statement

"Der Beginn der einzelnen Evakuierungsaktionen wird weitgehend von der militärischen Entwicklung abhängig sein"

("The carrying out of each single evacuation project of a larger extent will start at a time to be determined chiefly by the military development").

This statement is false, for the eastward evacuation transports of Jews from the Reich territory, including the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, had already been ongoing since October 1941 - as Heydrich's first invitation to the Wannsee conference had explicitly stated, by the way. (Walendy, ibid.)



7. Contradictory or False Statement

"Die berufsständische Aufgliederung der im europäischen Gebiet der UdSSR ansässigen Juden war etwa folgende [...]"

("The breakdown of Jews residing in the European part of the USSR, according to trades, was approximately as follows [...]"

This clearly gives away the forger, at work years after the conference; at the time of the Wannsee Conference one would not have written "was", but "is". (Tiedemann(11)0

The Wansee "Protocol" has many obvious forgeries. It was evidently worked over by the Jews poste haste in 1945-46 and they, being Jews, didn't do a very good job at their crime.

There exists NO document of official Nazi policy of exterminating the Jews. Jews, outside the working age, were living freely in many normal German cities throughout the war.

The Hamburg jewish community in fact had aged Rabbis wandering walking freely around it's jewish area clear up to the middle of 1943.

Political Prisoner Ernst Zundel Sentenced to Maximum 5 Years for Heresy


MANNHEIM. February 15, 2007. Germany and much of Europe slides ever backwards into the era of religious fanaticism where the “wrong” religious beliefs could mean dungeon, fire and sword. Today, it’s not Catholic versus Protestant or mainline Protestants versus Dissenters. The new heretics are those who dare to question the new state religion of holocaust. A German court today sentenced political prisoner Ernst Zundel to the maximum 5 years in prison for questioning the new religion of Holocaust

Germany is using its six-month presidency to try to export this religious fanaticism to all other European Union members, seeking to make questioning the new religion – the Hollywood version of Jewish suffering in World War II – a crime punishable by imprisonment.

In demanding the maximum sentence, the prosecutor Andreas Grossmann thundered: “ We must save Germany from political rat catchers like you!"(Agence France Presse, February 2, 2007)

“That decision was welcomed by Jewish and anti-Nazi groups in Canada and elsewhere. Zundel has been standing trial in Germany since November of last year in what were, at times, raucous proceedings. The initial attempt to try him collapsed last March over a dispute with one of his attorneys, Sylvia Stolz.

At one stage she had to be carried from the courtroom, screaming ‘Resistance! The German people are rising up,’ after defying an order banning her from the trial on grounds she tried to sabotage the proceedings by denouncing the court as a ‘tool of foreign domination.’ In the current trial, defence attorney Ludwig Bock quoted from Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf and from Nazi race laws in his closing statements last week as argued for Zundel's acquittal.

Bock accused the Mannheim state court of not wanting to face a ‘scientific analysis’ of the Holocaust and charged that prosecutors one of whom has termed Zundel a "rat catcher" had defamed his client.

Another of Zundel's five attorneys, Herbert Schaller, told the court that all of its evidence that the Holocaust took place was based only on witness reports, instead of hard facts. (Canadian Press, February 15, 2007)

In letters from prison, Mr. Zundel had been preparing his wife Ingrid Rimland, who lives in Tennessee and runs the Zundelsite, and his supporters for a ruthless sentence as an increasingly frantic Germany State seeks to quell the swell of skepticism and heresy and or indifference about the new state religion. A few weeks ago, the German press was all agog that picnicers were using some of the grotesque impressionistic slabs in a huge Berlin holocaust memorial as an outdoor urinal.

“Ingrid, rest assured - the outcry caused by the severity of the sentence will reverberate around the world and keep this case and the issues NOT dealt with squarely on the table. These people do not understand the dynamics at work,” the German born political prisoner who spent most of his working life as a graphic artist and publisher in Canada, wrote recently to his wife.

Supporters are awaiting news as to what the sentence means. That may seem a silly question. However, in Canada, Mr. Zundel would almost certainly have been given double the “dead time” – two years less two weeks – that he’d already been in custody. He would be immediately eligible for parole as he’d served more than two thirds of his sentence.

A German Holocaust denier who regularly lavished praise on Adolf Hitler has been sentenced to five years in jail by a German court.

Ernst Zuendel was convicted of 14 counts of inciting racial hatred and for denying that the Nazis killed six million Jews during World War II.

He received the maximum sentence under German law which bans Holocaust denial.

Zuendel moved to Canada in 1958 but was judged a national security threat and deported back to Germany in 2005.

The 67-year-old once published a book called The Hitler We Loved and Why, and described the former Nazi leader as “a decent and very peaceful man”.

The Verdict in the Zundel Case: 5 years for "Holocaust Denial"!

Update on the Zundel Saga:

Yesterday at 7:00 A.M., I received word from Ernst's son, Pierre, that a verdict had been pronounced - and that Ernst has been sentenced to the maximum penalty for "Holocaust Denial" - five years.

That's what you get in Zionist-infested Germany these days for speaking the truth as you know it and have researched and documented it.

The likewise Zionist-controlled media world-wide has been poisonous, but as a friend from Spain, having monitored the news, reported to me, and here I paraphrase from memory: "Things are being said between the lines that were never permitted to be uttered before."

An example below from today's taz, (Die Tageszeitung) in an article by Klaus-Peter Klingelschmitt):

"In the end, the judge rejected all attempts by the defense attorneys to enter facts into evidence with the lapidaren/ set-in-stone argument that it is of no significance whether or not the Holocaust happened - denying it is forbidden in Germany. (!)

Just as Ernst said in a recent letter to me, 'even if I walked on water, it would not have made any difference."

Our Prayers are with Ingrid Zundel and his Family.

I have been told that Ernst, in his summary statement, asked for an international investigative team to settle the truth about Auschwitz once and for all. "Judge Nein", of course, rejected it - as he has rejected all attempts to offer expert witnesses as well as documented, scientific proof of what revisionists have calmly argued for decades.

I am waiting for a written report about this last hearing, but I have been told by an observer that he overheard one of the attorneys comment that never in his decades of practice has he experienced such uncontrolled virulence not only against the defendant but against the attorneys and even the audience. I have also been informed that Defense Attorney Rieger himself will be charged with "Holocaust Denial." (I believe that Sylvia Stolz has already been charged, although I am not sure of the specifics.)

I used to say to friends that one of the ways I could tell that sanity and reason was winning out over hysterics is that the personal assaults against me (telephone calls, e-mail and snail mail) had abated. In 1996, when the Zundelsite first rose to prominence, vilification and demonization were daily occurrrences, but in the latter years, months would go by without a single hate message, calling me all sorts of filthy names - and worse. Yesterday, hate massages came out of the woodworks like bed bugs!

Where do we go from here? Of course appealing this verdict will be one way of protest. We will also hold a demonstration at the German Embassy in Washington on May 7 - so please mark your calendar! We know for a fact that the German Embassy vassals were up to their necks in the conspiracy to abduct and rendition Ernst - first to Canada, and then to Germany. We have the evidence and paper trail. The latest I heard is that the surreptitious plane that took Ernst to Germany in March of 2005, explicitly bypassing customs and media, cost the Canadian taxpayers a hefty $130,000 - not $50,000, as we had at first been told.

Once we have absorbed this shock, we will have to regroup - and rethink!

Probably the funniest thing - and the most telling - was that the venerable Mr. Kruger got so rattled by all the telephone calls that he forgot his name and title and identified himself as the "custodian" !!
