Default Owen Hart

One of the most prominent death-cases in pro-wrestling history in most recent years...

Owen Hart was a wrestler. Member of the famous Hart-family clan.

He died during a live pay-per view event called 'Over The Edge' in 1999 in Kansas City, Missouri...

He portrayed a character called the 'Blue Blazer' at that time.

While being lowered into the ring from a catwalk high above the crowd, about 80 feet high an accident occured. The release-mechanism of the harness had triggered under cicumstances unclear until today...

Owen fell about 80 feet.

The incident took place at a location called Kemper arena.

One of the most tragic death-cases im sports-history, for sure.

Yes, I remember when that happened as I used to watch wrestling in the 90s. Owen Hart was very talented, and his death was a terrible tragedy.

It's mind-boggling how many members the Hart wrestling family has:

Quote:
Members

Stu Hart
Smith Hart
Bruce Hart
Keith Hart
Wayne Hart
Dean Hart
Bret Hart
Ross Hart
Diana Hart
Owen Hart
Teddy Hart
Natalya Neidhart
Davey Boy Smith Jr.
Tyson Kidd
Mike Hart
Matt Hart

Bret and Owen were the only ones that I watched regularly (that I can remember) in the 90s, when I was into WWF.

Many years ago I saw a TV program in which Bret talked to a psychic who could allegedly communicate with his dead brothers Owen and Dean and his mother Helen "from the other side". Since this program is available on Youtube, I'm posting it here for my fellow forum members and lurkers who might be interested in the subject:
