In 2012, it is an economic powerhouse like Selma, Prichard, Tuskegee, Eutaw, Union Springs, Uniontown, Marion, Demopolis, Camden, Lowndesboro and the west side of Montgomery. Drive through any of those cities and counties and look specifically at the housing stock and it looks like an EMP pulse neutron bomb went off around 1965.

The only thing that flourishes in those areas is title pawn stores, car washes, and dollar stores. Earlier this year, I started working on a documentary called "Freedom Failed" which I hope will empirically prove that niggers are incapable of supporting anything beyond a dollar store economy.

I plan to return to that next year. The secessionists in Catalonia are using that economic argument to great effect. Is freedom and equality good for business? The answer is no.
Good stuff.

What's useful is to really take this stuff in hand, as the christian anti-feminists say.

Take someone like me. Of course I know the bigger picture.

But what is Alabama? What is the state contextual change from pre-'civil rights' to post-'disintegration'?

Sum that up as pithily and memorably as you can, that it will linger powerfully in men's minds, that they may know Alabama and her changes in a useful sense.

See the story above.

That's how we put an end to black majority rule and restored our way of life. I have a picture of the historical monument somewhere.

Slap some dueling scars on the war crime-committing bastard and you'd have Ernst Rohm's twin bro.

Giles doesn't realize how poorly he came off in that last radio discussion. He presented himself as a man whose loyalty to Christianity is entirely based on the feelings of nostalgia he has for his childhood. A stronger man is willing to face up to the truth that much of what we are taught as children is neither true nor necessary.

Here's another story about fomenting revolution and destroying the Union:

Quote:
“Eufaula, Alabama occupies an important but little understood role in the events leading to the secession of Alabama in 1861. During the decade prior to the outbreak of the Civil War members of a small but vocal group based in the city, the so-called “Eufaula Regency,” worked as outspoken advocates for the rights of slaveholders and urged consideration of secession as a viable remedy for Southern grievances over the issue of slavery. The group has been recognized widely by historians as perhaps the most consistent secessionists in the state of Alabama in the 1850s. It was involved in the publication of one of the most stridently secessionist newspapers in the South, and some of its members were responsible for an outrageous pro-slavery scheme during the 1850s which briefly placed it in the middle of a national controversy….

Especially in the early 1850s, some even backed independent, “Southern Rights Party” or “State-Rights Party” candidates for office. William L. Yancey, who was quickly becoming widely recognized as a leading spokesman for Southern interests on a national level, took the lead in urging the formation of Associations throughout Alabama. Revealing the level of political agitation in the state, by February of 1851 there were an estimated 25 Southern Rights Associations operating in 14 Alabama counties. Five centers of this “fire-eating” sentiment soon emerged as the loci of Alabama’s nascent secessionist movement: Cahaba, Montgomery, Mobile, Jacksonville/Talladega, and Eufaula.
\

The Eufaula Association, in which the Regency played an important role, soon separated itself from its peers and established itself in the vanguard of the secession movement with its radical agenda. Rejecting the Compromise of 1850 and the cautionary nature of the wait-and-see stance of its fellow associations publicly endorsed, the Eufaula group thought in bolder, and large, terms than most Alabamians. They urged Southerners to “discard all past political differences” and “turn aside from the submissionist as your worst enemy.” Striking a dramatic if provincial tone, they also suggested that Southerners “exclude all Northern newspapers from our midst” and “patronize Southern ministers and churches.” In the words of historian J. Mills Thornton III, whose illuminating study of antebellum Alabama discusses the Regency as a somewhat unique factor in state politics, the Eufaula Association “embraced long-term agitation to convert the entire electorate to resistance” and desired to “launch a crusade to convince the citizenry of the justice of the southern rights cause.” One of its primary moving forces, Regency member Jefferson Buford, clearly illuminated its position in an editorial printed in Eufaula and Montgomery newspapers in 1851 by arguing that it took: “a very long time for new ideas to enter and imbue the public mind, and then they must, as it were, sink into our very bones and marrow and become a part of our being before they develop the fruit of action … we must organize, agitate, persevere, endure; if we cannot, we are unworthy of our rights.” …

Many other prominent citizens of Eufaula and the surrounding region, including newspaper publisher John Black, and later Confederate Brigadier General Cullen A. Battle and lawyer, Confederate colonel and later governor of Alabama William C. Oates, lawyer, publisher and soldier Tennant Lomax, were also associated to varying degrees with the Regency. Politicians and editors elsewhere in the state and region were known to sympathize with the group, none more so than William L. Yancey. Yancey was not only one of the primary reasons for the group’s existence by way of his support for the formation of Southern Rights Associations, but a constant ally of the Eufaula group and a personal friend of many of its members.

Regency members formally announced their stance, and informally, the extent of the local influence, on October 15, 1850 when the weekly Eufaula Democrat officially changed its name to the Spirit of the South. Featuring a masthead boldly proclaiming “Equality in Union or Independence Out of It,”
editors Alpheus Baker and proprietor John Black positioned the paper to become the foremost publication in the region to work in support of Southern interests as well as the unofficial organ for the Regency …

The paper continually and forcefully agitated in favor of secession throughout the 1850s to a degree almost unrivaled in the state of Alabama and only rarely so in other Southern states. A leading forum for secessionist thought, it continued in publication until the middle of the Civil War. It regularly featured articles and editorials from around the South and nation discussing the growing sectional tension over the issue of slavery and closely followed debate over legislation that might impact the institution. Especially in its early years, it also carried updates on the activities of other Southern Rights Associations in the region and lashed out at fellow Southern citizens who refused to join them in their crusade.

The paper’s editors claimed it would not support any political party, but rather, attempt to “unite all Southern men in firm resistance to Northern aggression.” Repeatedly, they attempted to remind readers of its bipartisan nature by claiming that “our friendship has not been for Whig or Democrat, but for him who was ready to rise up strike for his country.”

There was jubilant celebration in Barbour County upon hearing of the secession of South Carolina in December 1860. Admist the parading of militia companies, fireworks, ringing of bells and booming of cannon, Regency members Alpheus Baker and Eli Sims Shorter gave public addresses heralding the occasion. Less than a month later, the entire scene would be repeated when Alabama voted to secede on January 11, 1861. Regency member Jeremiah N. Williams was one of several to address a raucous crowd in Clayton at a party that lasted into the early hours of the morning, while Lewis L. Cato threw a party at his home in Eufaula which, according to legend, was attended by William L. Yancey.

Among the group of men that had led the state out of the Union at the Alabama secession convention in Montgomery were two of the Regency’s most recognized spokesmen, Alpheus Baker and John Cochran. John W. Izner, a delegate to the secession convention from St. Clair County, would later recall the Regency members present and leave a colorful account of the scene of their triumph. When several local woman came to present the convention a flag featuring patriotic mottoes emblazoned on it, convention president William McLin Brooks turned to Alpheus Baker and asked him to accept the banner. In “a perfect Niagara of eloquence,” Baker spoke to the assembly as if “the speaker seemed to have dipped down from the eternal world for that special purpose and on that extraordinary occasion.” Regency members must have relished the moment, as the prospect of an independent Southern nation seemed on the verge of becoming a reality.

Symbolically, though, the high point for the Eufaula Regency came in August of 1861 with the election of John Gill Shorter as governor of Alabama after a campaign begun by a few Regency members. In what must have certainly seemed like a triumphant vindication of over a decade of effort to shape public opinion, one of the most respected Regency members took office as the state’s chief executive.”

Funny, my rejection of Christianity is largely based on my childhood feelings of loathing that I felt for Judaic biblical characters that I was introduced to at an early age when attending church with my family.

Yup. Something interesting about Cooper. James Fenimore Cooper was an ardent Germanophile, and his adventures through the German countryside prompted the novels 'The Bravo', 'The Heidenmauer' and 'The Headsman'. Susan Fenimore Cooper, the author’s daughter (and a nature writer), wrote of how her father decided to write "The Deerslayer":

“In the year 1709 a large party of Protestant Germans from the Palatinate, fleeing from the effects of religious persecution, and the poverty brought upon Rhenish Germany by the wars of Louis XIV., emigrated to America under the patronage of Queen Anne. Some three thousand crossed the Atlantic at this period. Many of these settled in Pennsylvania, others on the Hudson, others at the German Flats on the Mohawk. A colony of several hundred of these worthy industrious people settled on the banks of the Schoharie [New York] in 1711. … Natty, hero of "The Leather-Stocking Tales", and Hurry Harry are supposed to have approached Lake Otsego from the little colony on the Schoharie, founded thirty years earlier by the ‘Palatines,’ as they were called.

“There was a village of the Mohegans on the Schoharie, at the foot of a hill called by them ‘Mohegonter,’ or ‘the falling away of the Mohegan Hill.’ These Mohegans came, it is said, originally from the eastward, beyond the Hudson. The clan is reported to have numbered some three hundred warrieors when the Germans arrived among them. A tortoise and a serpent were the tokens of this clan. documents, chiefly sales of land to the Germans, still exist bearing their signatures in this shape.”

Except the jews go after their enemies by name, whereas the christians dont. The jews always win. The christians don't have the courage to name and fight theri real enemy. And of course many of them don't have the brains to figure it out either.

Point is, when you fight the same way for decades and never win, you have to mix it up at some point. But christians never do. Because their leaders are bought off either not to fight or to fight in ways that don't work. And the laymen are too dumb/cowed to figure out the scam.

If christianity worked in opposing illiberal kikes, the Nazis would have used it. It doesn't work. You have to go a different direction if you actually want to defeat the jews.

What this amounts to in practice is a stiff society where looking at anything any too closely is impossible. Without realizing it you have identified why the South loses: its culture is inherently anti-intellectual and anti-analytical. How can you challenge hierarchy -- or anything -- without disrespecting it?

Southern culture is perfectly set up to be preyed on by ratty little jews who care nothing for appearances and everything for reality and are obsessed with difference-making details the Southerners can't notice.

Yeah, and what exacerbates the North/South divide is that Southerners treat the Negroes as their paramount enemies, which is giving them vastly too much credit.

Who the heck has enemies with an average I.Q. of 85?

If they'd take on the Jewish elite, they'd eventually be seen by Northern liberals as the underdogs rather than as dumb ass bullies.

Here's another except from Cavalier and Yankee by William R. Taylor:

Quote:
Neat as Cooper's solution to the problem of American acquisitiveness might seem, his transcendent Yankee represented no real solution to America's social problem. The first commitment of the gentlemen, Cooper suggests, is to the society of gentlemen; the transcendent Yankee like Harvey remains and must remain outside of society. As Harvey's dying father had told him, he must be "a Pilgrim through life. The bruised reed may endure, but it will never rise." ...

The romance by convention begins and ends in the everyday world of organized society. In a certain kind of romance the central figure sets out from society, has his adventure and returns to the everyday world at the end. The adventure is measured against the values of society, seen in relation to them. No matter how far afield the romancer may take his hero, whether he is made to move from Nantucket to the South Seas or from a nineteenth-century customhouse to the Puritan past, the action of romance begins and terminates in the familiar social world where the gentleman has his place. Cooper's various gentlemen, like Mr. Harper, Mr. Wharton and Judge Temple, stand for a kind of social order the romancer could not dispense with. They stand for the fixed values of an older culture with which Cooper and other romancers wished to remain in touch. They stood for Europe and continuity with the past.

In a sense, only the gentlemen believed in society, and only Harvey believed in America. Yet you could not make up a society of Birches and Bumppos, because their very function in fiction was to interpret wilderness to civilization, novelty to tradition. Once removed from their mediating lookout on the periphery of civilization, they become comic boors, a source of comedy. Besides, they are far too acquisitive and predatory, appearances to the contrary, that they end in having no aggressions at all. They seldom marry or make love. They are incapable of reproducing themselves, because they are sexless and sterile.

This, of course, was the ideal, the ideal that a Yankee nation wanted, in fact needed, to believe in - and to convince others to believe in. This was the transcendent Yankee who chased the White Whale of the sea or the White Stallion of the plains - it hardly mattered which - while his alter ego, alas, turned sperm oil into bullion, and rich Indian lands into prosperous real estate holdings, and shipped ice from Walden to the Ganges.

The real Yankee, whose appearance only is given to Harvey Birch, is an unpleasant type: hypocrite, chiseler, fiend. He rarely shows his undisguised face in good company. He is an outcast of sort, an Ishmael, whose grasping hand is turned against everyone. If the transcendent Yankee is kept in the woods or at sea, the real Yankee is kept in the cellar or locked in the woodshed like an idiot kinsmen. He is always apt to break out.

His footfalls haunt the family household like an ancestral ghost. Occasionally he does break out. When he does, the American family is his target of destruction, as Americans were to learn with shocked surprise when they encountered Simon Legree from Vermont. Meanwhile, all ingenuity is devoted to barring the door against his threatened irruptions. He is to the benign, transcendent Yankee what the fire-eater is to the selfless gentleman, the Lawton to the Dunwoodie, the Randolph to the Washington.

Between the transcendent Yankee and his hellish twin lay a whole spectrum of motivation. The transcendent Yankee only seemed to be self interested and acquisitive. Like Harvey Birch, he had to be acquisitive in order to "pass" in American society. He had to remain above suspicion, and to create an air of vraiseblance. The admirable quality about the transcendent Yankee was his real aloofness from the competitive swirl. He believed neither in success or progress. Rather than go up, he preferred to go out, to go back. Like Thoreau at Walden, he cultivated the primitive. By reducing his material needs to a minimum, he could attain a degree of self sufficiency which provided him a fresh perspective on an acquisitive society. He could be as the gentlemen only pretended to be: disinterested.

Harvey, whose virtues remain undisguised, sets the pattern for a familiar type of American hero, the man whose motives are cloaked by a mask of toughness and practicality, the man who seems so much less selfish, so much more generous, than he seems. The real Yankee, the man who values the dollar above everything else, has provided us with our most legendary villains. These are men who do not bother to conceal their depredations behind a front of virtue and genteel honor. Both were types of the Yankee, because they were both defined by their relation to money. Both types fascinated Americans because the problem of acquisitiveness bulked so large in American consciousness. ...
