Smile Big Picture

With the collapse of our economy and the Federal government imminent, long prison sentences for Matt Hale and Pravda Bill are meaningless. The prisons will all be opened when there is no tax revenue to pay the guards. The collapse may well occur before Steele is ever sentenced if convicted. The blood will be running ankle deep in the streets. Steele will be really pissed when he gets out.

What makes you think that those inhuman cocksuckers will let them out before they walk off or stop reporting to their jobs.
They might leave them to rot, literally.

Smile Opening the Prisons

Historically, prisons have always been opened in revolutions, ie French, Soviet Union collapse, Cuba, etc. Citizens will do the job if the newly unemployed guards don't do so as their last act.

In prisons started revolutions.....becouse goverment gather political prisoners in one place (prison) and in that place prisoners start to spread theirs political practice, so 30 political prisoners can have army of new thousans members.

Prisons are places where all starts, and where bounds with inmates become strong as they are brothers.

Croatian revolution started in prison, for Croats all people who was in prison for political reasons - they are heroes.

I click on the last page of this thread and I read this....

How close is "imminent"?

If the US market crashes, world markets will follow, including here in AU

Smile Imminent Collapse

I can't see tax revenues being available for welfare to our 40 million Negroes for more than a year. As soon as it stops, the racewar will break out and the government will collapse. Half the states are bankrupt already.

Default Love Letter Trouble

Remember that when you are writing the Man of Steele, that you are also writing the U.S. Attorney.

Prosecutor: Steele likely violated court order
Thomas Clouse The Spokesman-Review

A federal prosecutor alleges in court documents that former Aryan Nations lawyer Edgar Steele appears to have violated a no-contact order with his wife, a woman he is accused of trying to have killed.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Traci J. Whelan recently filed a notice in federal court saying that Steele mailed a birthday card from the Spokane County Jail with a plea for help to his wife, Cynthia.

“I know how to say ‘I Love You.’ though they won’t let me say it, they can’t stop me from loving you … nor you from loving me, of course _ which I hope you still do, Sweetheart,” the card reads. “I need you more now than I ever have — more than I ever have needed anything.

“Never, in a million years, would I do anything to knowingly harm you. Please understand how much you mean to me. Help me-and-our family-to weather this crisis do-whatever it takes to be able to stand by my side and to continue to be my partner in life. You never will regret it, I promise you.”

Steele addressed the card to his daughter, but prosecutors say it was mailed last month near the date of his wife’s July 29 birthday and the content of his full handwritten message is indicative of what a husband might say to a spouse.

“Of great concern to the United States is that it is clearly an attempt by the defendant to continue to influence his wife,” Whelan wrote in the court document.

Steele is accused of hiring a hit man to try to kill his wife and mother-in-law. He has been in custody since a federal raid at his northern Idaho home on July 11.

“It appears to the United States this is not only a violation of the Court’s No Contact Order but another blatant attempt by the defendant to persuade his wife to do whatever is necessary to help him,” Whelan wrote.

Angry A Line in the Sand

It is well past time for Steele's wife Cyndi to hold a press conference and tell the world whose side she is on. It she is going to testify for her husband, it blows this no contact order out of the water. It looks to me like total incompetence on the part of Steele's Public Pretender. He should have been filing a motion per day.

Larry Fairfax trial set

Free Edgar Steele site is reporting on Fairfax's trail.

Quote:
Mr. Allen Banks, long-time friend of Mr. Steele, reported that a trial date of September 7th, 2010 has been set for FBI informant Larry Fairfax. We apologize that no further data is forthcoming. We will update this entry as soon as details become available.

Recently, FES admins contacted the Coeur d’Alene jail to follow up on a rumor that Fairfax had been released. An officer of the jail responded via email on 8/16/2010 with the following:

“He was booked on a United States Marshall Hold 6/15/10. He was released
to their custody 6/16/10. I do not know if he is being held elsewhere
for the Sum’s. I am not the record keeper to know about any of his
charges. “

That should be an interesting trial. How much effort will the FBI put into prosecuting Fairfax? It would seem likely that Fairfax will be found innocent so his actions cannot be used in the cause reasonable doubt in the Steele case.

And why is the media not reporting on this? Doesn't Fairfax have "ties" to an Arian Nation Lawyer?

And where has Fairfax been?

I think that quote is more in context of "The U.S. vs. Edgar Steele", i.e., the United States being the plaintiff in this case, rather than stating that this matter is a concern to the United States in general.

Yes, but I considered more of a freudian slip.

Default Suppose that is the reason Steele's trial was postponed?

"Perfectly understandable tactics"

I know of a disappointing instance in which a known but careful and difficult to prosecute accessory to attempted murder was told she would not be called as a prosecution witness in a separate triple-murder case, as she would have been subject to examination by the defense muddying the water with another whole distracting can of worms. Prosecutors like to simplify cases for juries. In the same case, other arguably credible evidence of the presence, at least after the fact, of another "suspect" in the three murders, an indicted suspect on the lam for attempted murder, was essentially suppressed by the prosecution in the same case. The court record indicates that the woman was even observed by jurors signing to her husband as he testified and nothing was done about it. Happens all the time I'm told: Two birds in the hand being worth more than those in the bush, I suppose.

If I were a warden or a prison guard, and everything was collapsing, and we were told to just open the gates up and let them all out because there wasn't enough resources to keep the prison running, I think I'd just as soon burn the motherfucker down with everyone still in it.

The few political prisoners in there or no, I wouldn't want it on my conscience that I let out a bunch of fucking rapists, child molesters, nigger gangsters, cholos, whatever bad bastards you hate the most. I'd rather just see them all die.

Of course, the ideal scenario would be to just round up the guys in there that are in for the really bad shit and just shoot them, them open the gates. But if that wasn't an option, then torching or gassing the whole place is the lesser of two evils.

I would think if all of the staff vanished from the prisons, it would be open season on the unlucky White inmates. Since the prisons are full of hate Whitey blacks and other non-Whites payback would be a real bitch.

Default Feds and their informant make plea deal

Feds, Fairfax OK plea deal

Quote:
Federal prosecutors and Sagle resident Larry Fairfax, who was allegedly hired by Edgar J. Steele to kill Steele's wife, have both signed a plea deal, according to court documents filed in U.S. District Court here.

The documents say he'll plead guilty to one count of possession of an unregistered firearm, and a count of making a firearm in violation of the National Firearms Act. The firearm in this case was a large metal pipe bomb, which was found under Cyndi Steele's vehicle during an oil change in June.

Both counts carry a possible 10-year prison sentence.
Quote:
The 14-page plea agreement document alleges that Fairfax and Edgar Steele, an attorney who has represented multiple high-profile clients, had several conversations between November 2009 and June 2010 in which they discussed Fairfax killing Cyndi Steele and her mother
Interesting they are still committed to the the story that Steele was planing to kill his wife while recovering from the heart attack (ascending aortic aneurism) on Nov 21, 2009.

Quote:
Fairfax made the pipe bombs, and attached them to Cyndi Steele's and Edgar Steele's vehicles in late May. A day or two later, Cyndi Steele drove her vehicle to Oregon to take care of her mother.

"The device did not explode and Steele demanded explanation from Fairfax as to why the plan did not work," according to the documents.
Is any of that recorded?

Quote:
Fairfax and another individual, not identified in the documents, drove to Oregon to check whether the pipe bomb was still on her vehicle. They didn't see it and returned to Idaho assuming it had fallen off.
And who can that be? Why isn't that person being prosecuted as some type of accessory?

Quote:
On the day of the indictment, Cyndi Steele stopped for an oil change in Coeur d'Alene when employees at a lube station discovered the pipe bomb. The discovery shut down U.S. 95.
What a remarkable coincidence. Just imagine how different this case would be if that had not happened.

What is being lost here is why wasn't Fairfax charged with attempted murder? He built a large pipe bomb and attached to a vehicle of the attended victim.

And why is Fairfax not being charge with some interstate commerce violation? He is the one that crossed state lines and it was his bomb that the crossed state lines.

And since Fairfax drove to Oregon with another person, that person is definitely a accomplice.

Is it the case that Fairfax can just claim the bomb was never intended to go off and the fed and police just accept this claim?

And is there really a need for a second hit man if the plain was to just remove the pipe bomb from the vehicle?

And why wouldn't anybody in the right mind hirer a handy man to be a hit man?

Fairfax had already told two or three other people about going to Oregon in relationship to Steele's wife.

1) Fairfax told his wife is was going to see if Steele's wife was having an affair.
2) Did he tell his son?
3) Fairfax an assistant hit man. Was that his son?

So now there is a total of four/five (*) people that know about a relationship between Steele and Fairfax if you include Steele.

And just think how stupid Fairfax assistant hit man must be.

* This is not counting any members of the FBI, $PLC, ADL, etc who may have been participants in the hit.

Is that your experience Tracy?

I don't think you get it. Prisoners in these big white nationalist cases are kept in near solitary confinement. Matt Hale doesn't get to play basketball in the yard and shower afterwards. He's in his single cell and his single exercise area, and even religious services by videolink.
