She looks fully Jewish to me. Some Jews do have natural blonde hair that is not necessarily inherited from a recent European ancestor. Moreover, when I visited Israel in the late nineties I reckon about 10% of the Ashkenazi Jews I saw had blonde hair (possibly natural) whereas the percentage is much higher for northern Europeans by contrast. During that visit to Israel some of the Jewish tourists from Scandanavian countries had blonde hair and I wondered if it was sort of an evolved trait rather than the result of an infusion of gentile genes. On the other hand it could have been dyed, so we can't know for definite.

I can't figure either of these cases out which were filed in a neighboring county. In the first one Steel and his daughter are suing someone. In the second, Steele is suing his wife and some others. Both suits were dismissed.

This is the last significant record for Steele as a party. He has lost every single case in court with the exception of his dogs running loose. I don't know to what extent the legal system has ganged up on him for being a hate group lawyer.

OTOH, Richard Barrett, of Blessed Memory, was a very successful hate group lawyer. He sued cities for denying parade permits to the KKK and Southern heritage types. He won all the time. He also was the only lawyer to beat the Jew lover Morris Dees in court.

As of this post I have not found anything on the trials in which Steele was a lawyer for others.

This is the famous case against Aryan Nations and Pastor Butler for scaring an Indian squaw and her papoose. Their vehicle backfired which drew gunfire from the camp. The Jew Cohen and the Jew Loving Poverty Pimp Dees sued on behalf of the $PLC. Steele took over as defense counsel early in the game. The Indians got $6.8 million for being scared.

Jury: Aryans To Pay $6.3M in Suit

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho –– The civil rights lawyer who helped win a $6.3 million judgment against the Aryan Nations hopes the verdict is just the first step to shutting down the white supremacist sect.

In the wake of Thursday's award, Morris Dees said he would now try to take everything from the Aryan Nations, including its 20-acre rural compound and infamous name.

"We intend to take every single asset from the Aryan Nations now and forever," Dees said after the jury awarded damages to a woman and her son who were attacked by Aryan Nations guards. "We intend to even take the name 'Aryan Nations' and ... close that sad chapter in this nation's history."

The jury found that Aryan Nations leader Richard Butler, the group and its corporate entity, Saphire Inc., were negligent in overseeing the security guards who assaulted Victoria and Jason Keenan in 1998.

The Keenans were chased, shot at and attacked after they stopped to search for a lost wallet outside the Aryan Nations headquarters north of Coeur d'Alene.

Jurors deliberated about 10 hours over two days before setting $6 million as a punitive damage award, with $330,000 in compensatory damages to Victoria Keenan, 44, and Jason, 21.

Dees, co-founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Ala., has long used lawsuits to destroy the finances of hate groups. In six such lawsuits, the lawyer has never lost. In 1990, he won $9 million in Portland, Ore., against the White Aryan Resistance in the beating death of a black man by neo-Nazi skinheads.

He said he intends to seize the Aryan Nations copyright and then retire the name that has been synonymous with racial hatred for nearly three decades.

As for the Aryan Nations' fenced property, Dees suggested a different use.

"It's a property I don't think we could find a better use for than as a tolerance center ... to show the tragedies of the Holocaust," Dees said. "I couldn't think of a better use for it than for school children to go to the seat of hatred and learn tolerance."

Butler, 82, spoke briefly outside the courtroom, comparing himself to some biblical figures and declaring north Idaho a haven for racists.

"You can't stop us," Butler told reporters. "This is nothing. We have planted seeds. Most of north Idaho now is filled with the people who escaped multiculturalism or diversity or whatever you want to call it."

Edgar Steele, who represents Butler and the Aryan Nations, said he will move for a new trial. If that fails, he plans to appeal and may seek to have the judgment amount reduced.

Butler would have to post a $9 million bond to appeal.

"I consider this area to be one of the last bastions of free speech in America," Steele said. "You can write the epitaph for that now."

The jury found Butler, the Aryan Nations and Saphire Inc. 90 percent negligent; Butler and the Aryan Nations are liable for $4.8 million of the punitive award. Butler's chief of staff, Michael Teague, was found 10 percent negligent and liable for $600,000.

"We will continue the message of Aryan Nations and the white race as long as we live," Teague said after the verdict.

Former guards Jesse Warfield and John Yeager – who are serving prison terms for the assaults on the Keenans – were also found liable for punitive damages. Yeager was assessed $100,000 in punitive damages and Warfield $500,000.

Butler presides over the Church of Jesus Christ-Christian, which holds that whites are the true children of God, that Jews are the offspring of Satan and that blacks and other minorities are inferior.

His disciples have included some of the white supremacist movement's most notorious figures, such as Robert Mathews and Buford Furrow. Mathews formed a violent offshoot known as The Order and embarked on a nationwide crime spree before he died in a 1984 shootout and fire involving the FBI. Furrow is awaiting trial in Los Angeles on charges of killing an Asian-American postal carrier and shooting up a Jewish day care center last summer.

As we enter the second week of Steele Affair (or Steele Gate) there is a need to document what we know to this point. It is hard to know exactly how accurate the reported information is because of the long history of incompetence and lying by all involved in setting Steele up. Specifically, the FBI, MSM, and Larry Fairfax.

Below is a time sequence of events from various sources:

November 21 – Steele suffers near fatal heart attack.
November 22–30 – Steele is unconscious on a respirator
December 1-14 – Steele stayed in ICU, barely able to move.
December 9? – Fairfax claims Steele showed him a list of people he wanted dead, including Steele’s wife and mother-in-law. [1]
January 15 – Steele makes posting telling of his heart attack.
May 21 – Steele makes posting indicating he is back and intends to start agitating. States he has several books in the works include one title “Beneath Every Rock” documenting the jew and its impact on Western society.

April 9-15 – Fairfax files for bankruptcy
May 30 – Fairfax claims he put a pipe bomb on Steele’s wife car.
May 30 (?) – Fairfax claims he put a pipe bomb on Steele’s car.
May 31 – Fairfax claims Steele’s wife was to drive the car to Oregon. [2]
May/June (?) – Fairfax claims he traveled to Oregon City to scout the location for the car “accidents” murders.
June 9 – Fairfax meets with FBI claiming that Steele has hired him to kill his wife and mother-in-law. Fairfax claims Steele first showed him a list of people he wanted dead six month ago. [1] [3]
June 9– Steele and Fairfax meet to discuss the killings in a barn on Steele’s property. Meeting was recorded by federal authorities. [3]
June 10 – Steele and Fairfax meet again to discuss the killings in a barn on Steele’s property. Steele tells Fairfax he will call him the next day when his wife leaves the house. Meeting was recorded by federal authorities. [7]
June 11 – Planned date for the murder of Steele’s wife and mother-in-law. [2]
June 11 – Steele arrested at his house based on claims made by a secret “confidential” witness. [4]
June 15 (12:30) – Steele’s wife decides to get at quick oil and lube before attending the court hearing where charges against her husband for plotting to kill her and her mother will be made public. Mechanic finds bomb on car, bomb squad called and bomb was detonated. [5]
June 15 (12:30) (?) – Steele’s wife decides to have her husband’s car oil and lube before attending the court hearing where charges against her husband for plotting to kill her and her mother will be made public. [5]
June 15 (4:30) – Steele appears in court and pleaded not guilty. Steele claims "they" have taken his families life savings. Steele’s wife and son are present. Wife wants to talk with Steele but court prohibits.
June 16 – Fairfax arrested for planting bomb which he admits to doing on May 30 as a result of the first attempt to kill Steele's but forgot to tell the FBI.
June 16 (?) - Steele's mother-in-law is interviewed by local TV reporter off camera. Said something like "please, keep and open mind" when asked about her son-in-law's plan to kill her and her daughter.
June 17 – MSM begins damage control and character rehabilitation reporting that Fairfax is a loving husband and father and would give you money and shirt off his back if you needed it.
June 18 (?) – Fairfax is freed and charges are dropped.
June 18 (?) – Steele is secretly transferred to unknown location.



[1] Fairfax seems to be claiming that he met with Steele in a hospitals ICU while Steele was recovering from his near fatal heart attack? And it is implied that Steele was working on his list of people he wanted dead at that time?
[2] This seems to mean that Fairfax and Steele had made/planned two attempts to kill Steele’s wife? The first obviously failed but Fairfax went to FBI after he failed to kill Steele's wife on the first attempted and reported the planned second attempt?
[3] This seems to be claiming that Fairfax went to the FBI (not local police) and told the FBI about Steele’s plan to have his wife killed? On that same day the FBI sent Fairfax to meet with Steele’s after putting a recording device on Fairfax? Does the FBI have a Bonner County Idaho office or was the FBI just hanging out near Steele’s farm? It is not clear why the FBI would not have told Fairfax to report the crime to the local police since FBI would not likely have the time or resources or jurisdiction? [6][8]
[4] It is not clear if the secret “confidential” witness and Fairfax are the same person? If they are the same person why was there a need to make Fairfax a secret “confidential” witness only to disclose his identity when the bomb(s) were found?
[5] It is not clear at this time, why Steele’s wife got the itch to have maintenance performed on her and her husband’s cars just hours before the court hearing on the attempt on her life and her mother's life by her husband?
[6] It seems to be claimed here that the FBI reacted to Fairfax claim that Steele was attempting to kill his wife within a very short period of time? Likely the FBI reacted in less then 12 hours at most? This is interesting because Steele has claimed that he family has received threats in the past, including death threats against his young (at the time) children, and the FBI did nothing? Why now all of the suddenly was the FBI so concerned for Steele’s family?
[7] Hard to believe that anybody with a IQ high enough to turn the TV on and watch crime movies would be stupid enough to plan to call the hit-man before the hit and create a phone record link between himself and the hit-man on the day of the hit? Hard a believe a hit-man would allow the person that hired him to call him before the hit, even a hit-man as stupid an Fairfax?
[8] Maybe one reason for a need for a second "attempt" to murder Steele's wife was somebody at the FBI realized that the first "attempt" was not in the jurisdiction of the FBI? Maybe the FBI need the "attempt" kill Steele's wife to include the "planned" crossing of state lines so that the FBI could apply the "instate commerce system" laws, or whatever they call them, so that the FBI could get involved? Note that is must means there must only a be "plan" to cross state line and an actual crossing of state lines for the FBI in involve itself?

In what seems to be such a straight forward case, there are certainly a lot of contradiction and strange and unexplainable doings. It would seem that if the FBI cannot clean this mess up that Steele will have to die before the trial.

Wouldn't it be better if Steele did not try to serve as is own lawyer but have a White Nationalist lawyer defend him. Somebody that can give comments on the court house steps about the problem with the FBI case. If Steele tries to defend himself he will never be able to make his message known even to other WN much less the general population. But given the abuse that Steele has been getting in the media, e.g. lawyer with links to neo-NAZI, hates groups etc, who would defend him?

Unfortunately/conveniently, one of the few lawyers that would have, Richard Barrett was killed murdered by a nigger two months ago.

By his own words Mr. Spence states he has both AmerIndian lineage and is most assuredly not a racist. In one of the earlier newpaper articles, Steele was quoted as saying "they took my our life savings" or words to that effect--"they" meaning the police, prosecutors, etc.

As Richard Barrett, of Blessed Memory, has correctly pointed out, there are real questions of Steele's legal competence. As I have shown by posting Steele's legal record, he has been defeated at least 15 times in cases where he was a party with one win. That win was for having his dogs off leash.

A lawyer suing others has a big advantage. He costs the other side tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and costs himself nothing. Even then, Steele lost two libel and defamation suits against Idaho newspapers. Regardless of whether the problem is his incompetence or the Jews ganging up on him, he is useless as a lawyer. What did Richard Barrett win all the time when he was a segregationist?

It would be very positive if Gerry Spence was to defend Steele. It would be nice if a talented WN writer wrote a letter to Spence and tailored it to his sensibilities explaining the complete situation. In the presentencing report you will note that the number of images involved in this “crime” is fewer than ten. I was not even allowed to see these images, and then only briefly, until I was escorted to the FBI evidence room on August 22, 2007, in the eighth month of my imprisonment. At that time I and my lead attorney were able to view the files along with their associated metadata, showing size, date of last modification, and source, among other things.[3] Some of them are on my hard drive as a result of my actions and some are not. Only one of the charged files is even saved to the hard drive. All the others were deleted or never saved and no one (except a forensic investigator) could ever view them.

That one saved file was not saved by me. It was saved on a portion of the hard drive reserved for backups made automatically of my wife Elisha’s computer, and the file’s metadata confirm that it was in fact downloaded originally by her.

Responsibility

More than half of the remaining charged files have “last modified” dates after July 14, 2006 — the day I left my home to save my life and my children’s lives from Elisha’s violence. I never had access to that computer again after that date. I do not know exactly what was done to download or alter those files after that July 14, but one thing is sure: whoever did so was not I.[4]

By studying the metadata, I was able to determine that I was responsible for the presence of the tiny number of remaining files. Their source data shows that they came from an online forum I remember visiting several years ago. It’s a photography forum devoted to beautiful portraits, having nothing to do with sex or even nudity. Many wonderful, creative photos have been posted there. In fact, the rules of the forum prohibit the posting of any kind of pornography there. But, practically speaking, anyone can post anything there — and it will stay there until a moderator gets around to removing it.

[4] (It’s worth noting that only two or three of the charged files are in fact child pornography, and many are not even pornography at all. One was obviously a banner ad for an adult porn site, disgusting but not illegal, which prosecutors doubtlessly included because of the revolting and lurid text (“Teen Rape!”) plastered across the ad, which they falsely characterized as the “file name” in the indictment. The real file name was numeric and would not have made the desired impression on the public or the members of the grand jury.)

The last time I visited the forum it was flooded with spam promoting commercial pornography sites, with “sample” images some of which showed models that were children. Though the spammers used various tricks to evade the letter of the law (by blurring out genitals, for example), these pictures nevertheless were by turns sleazy, disgusting, and tragic. After seeing the first few images of the many in the group, I deleted them all, mostly sight unseen. Every image, of course, even the ones I never saw, left its trace on the hard drive. I never returned to the forum again. These files I “possessed” I possessed unwillingly...

It is hard for a layman to fairly analyze a lawyer competence but it is arguable true that Steele is considered the most dangerous man in the WN movement at this time by the ZOG. It also arguably the the ZOG considered Barrett little more than a nuisance.

This seem to be a very strange comment. Wanting to kill you wife is one thing. It not unimaginable that somebody would want to kill a spouse to get insurance money? But why would somebody want to kill the spouse's mother? Why kill an old woman that live far away and could be over 80 years old? Was there an insurance policy on her life? Do insurance issue insurance policy on the elderly?

Maybe there were significant problems with the Steele's marriage. And maybe Steele's considered his mother-in-law to be the source of the conflict. Certainly this would not be the first time that a man had a conflict with a mother-in-law. But how many energy would an old lady be able to interject into a relationship long distance. And the relationship had already lasted 25 years.

But lets assume there were problems with Steele's marriage and the mother-in-law was a significant source of the conflict. Surely the situation must have been near the boiling point for all involve if Steele wanted the old lady dead. If the were the case, the old lady would have had a deep hatred for her son-in-law in this situation. But when contacted by the media, the old lady did not say something like: "I always said the bastard was no good". No, she said something like "please, keep and open mind".

So if this is conspiracy by the ZOG to set Steele up the ZOG may have initial come up with idea to frame Steele for attempting to kill his wife and actually kill her and have blame Steele. But there is a problem with the plan. It would not include the use of "interstate commerce system" law or whatever it is called and therefor the plot/murder would be fall under the FBI jurisdiction. So the ZOG had to modify the frame-up by having Steele planing to kill not only his wife but his mother-in-law as well. This would require the murder plot to cross a state line thus bring the murder plot in the the FBI jurisdiction.

So in the two plan theory to set Steele up outlined above seems to fit into the fact there have been two reported attempt to kill Steele's wife. The first being with the pipe attached to her can and the second being the plain to create a car "accident" that looked like a murder in Oregon.
