The Fire Brigades Union says it has previously raised concerns about "poor career progression" for black personnel and "excessive informal disciplinary action" faced by black firefighters in Gloucestershire Oct 16, 2020 A union has put Gloucestershire's fire service "on notice" to tackle racism, saying "words are not enough". Introduce new firefighter headgear. The new headgear should be shaped like the pointy hoods of the Ku Klux Klan, just to irritate these whining and agenda-driven scum. All U.K. fire stations shoud have burning crosses outside of them, and trainee firefighters can practice their fire-extingushing skills on these crosses.
