Yes, this mafia-styled approach is very effective. The fear factor makes gypsies freak out and hide. They're cowardly bastards who tend to attack in packs. They seldom kill, most of their offensive actions are for intimidation purposes.

I was talking to a Hungarian comrade these days, they have a very large skinhead scene. They get in trouble with the police, the gypsies have some kind of protected status.
